Dunkin'

Yelp 100 - #26March 2023Located just off 95 across the street from Biscuitville. This is one of the best Dunkin locations in the area. The staff is friendly and your coffee is made correctly. I ordered a black coffee with no cream or sugar, a small caramel macchiato with oak milk, and two blueberry donuts. Of course the donuts were already made but they were fresh and delicious. The young women at the drive thru was friendly and even chatted with me while my order was being made. The exterior is clean and well kept, and if I am in the area, then I will most defiantly be stopping by again.

Way too slow and when my order was finally ready they gave it to the wrong customer. So I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes for a bagel. Go elsewhere!!!

I've never really thought of reviewing any DD locations bit this place deserves it! Awesome customer service and... Interior is very nice! This is the first DD I've seen with this kind of setup. The ones I'm used to are the old, tiny/cramped, corner ones in NYC so this location left a good impression! Service was quick as with all the DD I've been to and drinks were made as requested. Pinning this location because it's worth a stop on our annual road trip to O-town.

One of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The interior was clean and they had outlets available for charging devises. There was lots of seating available as well. When it comes to the food, the donuts were behind glass on display and looked fresh while the iced coffee was straight off the tap unlike many other locations i've been to. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and neat. A lot of locations just throw the ingredients together making a messy sandwich but this location did a very nice job.

Dunkin is the brand that customers love but there is no love for the customer service that is the "face" of Dunkin. This morning (11/23/24) I asked for the same coffee drink order I do at all locations when I travel for work. The problem I have at this location is they don't stir or put sugar requested in my coffee. I requested sugar from someone new at the window who later identified as the new "Manager Brie". I tapped on the window, and she belittled me and didn't know I received my order, argued at me when I tapped on the window and told me not to come back when I pulled off. I went into the store and asked for her name and informed her I was going to write a complaint on her. Her response...Oh well. The disrespectful, unprofessional demeanor of the staff at this location.

there was plastic in everything bagel. horrible. they sucked pickle butt. coffee good tho.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts to get a pumpkin spice latte and they said that all pumpkin products were out of season until next year. I replied "But it's Halloween!!!" I ended up going to Starbucks who was still serving pumpkin products as they should.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!I would rate it -6 if I could. Poorly managed establishment, rude to customers, poor time management skills (mobile ordered a single suprise donut, waited 30 minutes, did not recieve donut, left out of anger) workers did not know the location of their spoons and their was a strange brown liquid covering 1/4th of the floor. I sacrificed $1.59 for my sanity and went to Sheetz instead (their tacos are amazing)

The employees were so nice, food was yummy. Super clean, nice new location. One of the few dunkin locations that doesn't make your flavored coffee way too sweet. Pumpkin iced latte was great.

the staff are not in tune to the customer. iorder 2 coffees and 2 donuts ;was given donuts but not coffee ans she went on her merry little way. i just stude there waiting for my coffee after several minutè a guy ask to take my order. i explained i just wanted my coffee.she had only put 1 coffee in. she was standing no 3 feet from me all this time doing nothing.trainlng needs to be repeated.won' be going back and i am local
