Dunkin'

I ordered two donuts and both were extremely stale. There was a set of sweet Asian twins there and they were nice but weren't informed at all. I was pleasantly asking them questions to come to an understanding why their donuts are consistently stale at every location I go to? I wasn't mean or harsh and all of a sudden a middle aged man started being rude to me and told me something profane and then proceeded to call me a Karen? I politely told him I was speaking to the employees and to mind his own business. The girls then told me it was their father. Weird.... He walked out angrily. The kids were becoming flustered so I walked out and researched. Dunkin Donuts bakes the donuts and then sends them to the stores frozen. This is from prior employees saying this.I refuse to ever eat their donuts again. When I was younger in the seventies and eighties Dunkin Donuts were amazing but not anymore. That father was a tool.

Always absolutely awful. I've ordered delivery a couple times from here and they have never once given me everything I've ordered. How can you call yourself "Dunkin Donuts" if you NEVER have donuts? It's insane that there's never donuts in the morning. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and it came rolled up. Who in their right mind literally rolls a sandwich and makes the toppings come out of it? It's insane that they're still open despite never being able to do anything right.

As others have mentioned, the employees need customer service training. Walk in, no one else in line, we are not greeted, eventually told "we will be with you in a moment." Ok, fine. Meanwhile, 3 other employees are on the side just staring at their phones. A random Dunkin' Donuts shirt is on one of the chairs. Multiple employees' phones are plugged into the wall outlets. We are eventually seen, and served old crumby donuts despite it being a little before 10 AM.This is sadly emblematic of the entire company going downhill.

Never had any issues with this location. The staff is always friendly in the drive thru and they make their drinks consistently taste the same. I have been there when some popular donuts were sold out early but you have to realize that this location is right next to the base and multiple government offices. It's very likely they get sold out due to people bringing donuts into work for staff.

First off 4 stars is only because mobile ordering only works here sometimes. Most of the time mobile ordering isn't available and the app will say the store is closed. Not sure why. Still able to pay with scanning the app at the window.Ok that's out of the way!This Dunkin is one of two close to my house and my preferred location. Staff has always been polite and helpful, even apologize when they are out of drink carriers!Donuts are well Dunkin. Honestly Dunkin aren't my favorite donuts but they are always decent. And MUNCHKINS... there's always a few extra in the box! I do enjoy munchkins!Coffee...that's why I go to Dunkin! And now they offer almond and oat milk makes it even better!

It saddens me, since I love this company. Unfortunately I understand that, in this store, the big issue is definitely management. Many of the employees in this location need customer service training to understand the process and what is expected when customers approach the drive-through. I am never greeted and end up waiting large amounts of time to receive service. There were times that I left the drive through and went over the the Starbucks across the street. I've given y'all way too many chances. If customers stop going to your store, you lose your job, understand that.

Always rude and running out of stuff and they always sound miserable. i work in food service so i understand but this is unacceptable!! maybe it's just the drive through but they need to be retrained.

first of all, i asked for an iced matcha latte with almond milk. tell me why shawty put milk in my shit. like who would want milk in their drink when they asked for almond milk? the math ain't mathing here. second of all, shawty put the whole damn continent of antarctica in my cup. shawty done gave me an iced latte with matcha... emphasis on the iced. lowkey got scammed. riddle me this tho... she gave my man almost a full cup of actual drink, bur gave me a cup of ice with a little bit of drink. weird. also, the hashbrowns they gave me were disgusting as fuck. that shit literally tasted the way a 7/11 smells. lowkey tasted like opening up a freezer.

The manager was wearing a green shirt today it's Easter . My husband and I are at the drive thru, we're in the middle of ordering a dozen donuts we only had 3 left to choose and he's outside and just tells us to pull ip and so we did and we get to the window he goes inside and proceeds to tell us we can't order a dozen from drive thru and we said we didn't know that we weren't told that while ordering he cuts us off and says what donuts do you want we tell him and he say "I just told you you can't order it because we're out of that one" we say bro calm down why are you being hostile . We change the three to what they do have and he just gives our box to us no thank you no have a good day even though we were being respectful and thanked him anyway. We get it he was having a bad day with his employees but absolutely no reason he should be taking it out on us or anyone for that matter. Especially from a 'manager'. I'm a manager myself and it takes a special skill set to be one and I just don't think this guy had it. What if a customer is having the worst day of their lives and he treated them like he treated us . Not okay. Very disappointed.

Just don't go to this location. It was 9 am and they were sold out of glaze donuts the most common donut like wtf. It's always something at this location‍
