Dream the La Cream

If you want your sweet tooth satisfied, look no further and come here! I love the girly decor and the ice cream milkshake did not disappoint. I wanted mine to be a little bit customized for photos and he gave it a bit more pizazz. Such a cute spot to end the night with. I would come back again!

This place was a stop for a dessert other than ice cream and their crepe was absolutely delicious and wonderful! Thanks for the special crepe!! Yummmmm

This was a good ice cream experience. While on Atlantic Avenue I was searching for a good ice cream parlor and Dream the La Cream popped up in my search. Central Atlantic Avenue on Virginia Beach has plenty ice cream options, many of which are just good enough for beach goers and kids lacking discriminating taste, however, this ice cream parlor is a good option for trendy, non-chain ice cream. The interior has fun decor and the vast ice cream selection and menu is just as fun. Although the workers didn't seem as friendly as I would have liked, the customer service was not bad. There is seating on the inside, albeit booth seating, which virtually limits seating to three intimate parties. I would like to see more individual seats perhaps across the side wall. Overall a good ice cream experience and I'll visit again. Give them a try.

Open an hour later than the sweet spot is great! The milkshakes were great and my daughters were shook.The decor is cute and colorful and the employees handled the shakes with care.

Highly disappointed in this place. We had high hopes based on the pictures but did not get the experience we had hoped for. I got the salted caramel milkshake, which did not include all the toppings as advertised. They put in so much milk into the milkshake and not enough ice cream that all I tasted was milk and no ice cream flavor. This also made the texture too thin. There was a biscoff cookie and mini crunch bar on top. The edge had chocolate frosting around it with pretzels stuck onto it. I didn't taste any caramel anywhere in the mix. My husband got the brownie frappuccino milkshake, which again, only tasted like milk because there was way too much milk and not enough ice cream, so there was no coffee flavor. His toppings were better, there was a whole brownie on top and brownie stuck around the edges with frosting. However, it was again missing toppings that they advertised on the sign. Finished it in a few minutes and still felt hungry afterwards. The man putting together our milkshakes didn't add to the experience at all either. He turned his back to us and didn't let us watch him make it and didn't chat with us at all, other than to tell us they were out of the Reese's milkshake. This poor experience for $15 EACH for a total $34.50 bill. Do not recommend, do not waste your time or money.

I love to treat my little guy to a good ice cream spot. This place is Ice cream heaven. I love the creativity and thought put into the menu. There's a variety of milkshakes, drinks, floats and Ice cream. The service was great and 100% kid approved. My son actually said this is the best ice cream he ever had.I purchased the warm brownie with vanilla ice cream and sampled the cotton candy flavored ice cream. There's so many flavors with the option of trying things out before you make a purchase. I will definitely return to this location whenever I visit Virginia Beach.

A place to get ice cream. Got butter pecan flavor and sundae flavor. Both were creamy but butter pecan was more solid. Pricey though, was almost 10 bucks for two scoops on a chocolate waffle cone (which was kinda stale). The attendant was nice though. It'll scratch your itch for some cream but that's it.

This cute ice cream place pulled us in with their advertisement of their offerings ( baked goods with ice cream). Once in there, we were jammin to upbeat dance music. The place was clean and they offered ice cream & other baked items to eat with the ice cream.I got cookies & cream ice cream but I did try the Birthday cake ice cream which was just as good. My friend had the Strawberry which was equally good.Prices were moderate. Not too expensive but not too cheap either, depending on what you order.Great location from the beach. Would go back.

We stopped here to get a break from the heat because this place was cooler inside and was pet friendly! They allowed our dog inside and even offered her water. We had a strawberry mango smoothie which was delicious (likely due to the added flavoring syrup) but seriously spendy (~&10 for one smoothie). At least it was enough to share!

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because there was only 2 people working which created a super long wait time. Because it's summer time, this place is located across from the beach, and now everyone is outside, I would recommend this lovely place to have more staff. Other than that, the treats were wonderfully put together. So aesthetically pleasing! Your treats will make great Instagram pictures. They also have exotic drinks, non achololic, and healthy because there made out of pure fruit which they blend in front of you. Even the establishment itself is so cute! They have a cute flower wall which makes good pictures to.
