The employees are so friendly. It's like a small town doughnut shop where you'll be greeted by the friendliest people. The doughnuts are incredible. Not only the flavors but the variety. This ain't your DD or KK. If it were a little more convenient we'd go more often.

The staff here are always attentive and super friendly. The pizza is delicious. Pepperoni is my favorite so far but we have also tried the barbecue chicken pizza in the taco pizza. The specialty pizza is coming in a different shape versus their cliché circle. The taco pizza I would give a six out of 10 the flavor was decent, but it was a dry pizza. They should've used taco sauce on the base. I think I put a chipotle ranch with mine. I made it delicious though The barbecue chicken pizza was really good just very messy and the pepperoni is just amazing. The donuts are really good. I got my son a coconut cream pie one for his birthday and put a candle in it and fun fact if you go before closing, sometimes they have variety packed donuts on sale for half price delicious spot and I love the wall art as well

Today was a perfect day for some comfort food--it was raining, so we decided to place a pick-up order from The Dough Haus. When I arrived, I was overwhelmed (in the best way possible) by the donut options. They all looked absolutely amazing!I was initially a bit skeptical about the coffee since it didn't seem like they specialized in lattes, but I definitely had to eat my words because the coffee turned out to be pretty good!Once we got home and took a bite of our donuts, we were blown away. They were fresh, fluffy, and looked like they were on steroids (in a good way!). Each bite made us fall in love a little more.I can't wait to come back and try their pizza next because they've definitely earned a solid 5 stars from me. If you're looking for a place that delivers both in taste and experience, The Dough Haus is a must-visit!

These are the best donuts on this side of the water! Each donut is massive and generously filled. The Bavarian creme donut is particularly delicious. The jelly donut comes in different flavors such as strawberry and cherry. The icing on top of the coconut Bavarian cream was sweet but satisfying. The service was excellent, and they even honored a military discount. The exterior could use a facelift, but the interior is cozy, and they always seem to be busy with lots of patrons. Overall, they offer great quality donuts, friendly service, and a convenient location. Nom Nom.

This is a very new place in the Lee Hall area of Newport News. Pros: Neat concept to have pizza, coffee and donuts! Friendly service Pizza was hot and fresh Sour Cream donut- good flavor Nicely decorated inside Cons:Chocolate donut-not a rich chocolate flavor. Needs more flavor Tomato sauce on pizza was not my favorite or my husbands, sort of sour in our opinion. Crust also not our favorite. This might be someone's else's jam, but I'll stick to other pizza and donut places in the future. FYI : there is no seating inside to dine-in.

We've become absolute regulars at Dough House with my son getting a donut and myself getting a coffee no less than twice a week. Janette behind the counter is always the kindest and makes a great iced brown sugar latte! They always have the cutest thematic donuts, with something new nearly every day. We love our neighborhood donut/pizza shop.

I almost don't want to review this amazing place because I want to be selfish and make sure they have doughnuts left for me. The doughnuts and the pizza are some of the best around. It's worth a drive to try them out. Make sure to call first and see if they have doughnuts, because they do sell out.

The place is pretty hidden but the food is still good nun the less. The donuts are amazing and so fluffy. I love that they have different themes from time to time. Absolutely delicious. But it does suck that you got to be there early to get what you want cus they leave the shelves fast.

We ordered 3 dozen assorted donuts and two big boxes of coffee for a work event and was able to have a pick up time of 5am! 5AM! No other shop would be open for pickup that early and this was perfect for our needs and they had the order all ready to go and waiting on me! The woman working the counter even helped me get everything out to my car! They were super friendly! The donuts are huge and are delicious! We will absolutely be repeat customers!

Absolutely delicious. Everything (doughnuts , coffee, and pizza)tasted amazing and the staff were super friendly. Well worth the trip.
