They put on a special RSVP, valentines dinner and it is so fun! They dim the lights, have champagne if that is your thing (but there are other beverages too!) and serve a 3 course meal. The food is just as delicious on a regular evening, and you get your choice of dogs. Service was excellent and loved that they decorated each table. A valentine's for the books.

After a full day of shopping in Williamsburg, stopping by Dominion Dogs was exactly what we needed to end on a high note. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family--they were not only friendly but had us laughing with their great sense of humor, joking around and creating a light, fun atmosphere. It was refreshing to find a spot where the staff clearly enjoys what they do, adding to the warm, welcoming vibe. The food was fresh, delicious, and arrived quickly, which was perfect after a long day out. Each hot dog was made with quality ingredients, and the toppings were spot-on--flavorful without overpowering the main event. I tried one of their specialty dogs, and the combination of flavors was just right, balancing that classic comfort with a creative twist. You can tell they put thought into every option on the menu, so there's something to satisfy any craving.Dominion Dogs is definitely a must-visit in Williamsburg. Between the fast, fresh food and the incredible staff who make the experience even better, it's the perfect place to recharge and enjoy a fun, casual meal with family. We left with full bellies and big smiles, already planning to return for another round of laughs and great food!

Yikes, I hate to do this to you, Dominion Dogs, but we just were not fans.Considering the high reviews on this place, we wanted to check out Dominion Dogs while we were in the area. This couple-run and -owned business seems to be pretty popular with the locals.Honestly, we didn't really have a good initial feeling, and the vibes we felt was just weird; the place is clearly run only by a husband-and-wife team, and there was no one (else) at the register. The husband was focused on having a conversation with one of the patrons, and didn't even say someone would be right with us or anything, even after making eye contact... it was bizarre. Another patron came in after us, and it was just a longer wait than necessary until the wife finally came out, still attended to another food thing, semi-acknowledged that people were waiting, then put our orders in, without any apologies. We ordered the Chili Cheese dog - I did request to add chopped onions, which was at an extra charge - we were a little confused, because onions are usually a standard for chili cheese dogs, no? Kind of felt like a nickel-and-diming type of a situation. The onions were still forgotten, so make sure you check your orders for missing items/inaccuracies.In addition, there were just halved cheese slices that were stuck on each side of the dog and were not melted - just felt that there was a lack of quality control and there wasn't much care or thought into it. The prices definitely didn't reflect what was received. The hot dog itself was skinny, but it had a nice slight snap and tasted okay, with a saltier kick; the buns could have been steamed.A plus is that they had glass bottles of RC Cola, which was a pleasant surprise. The downside was that this was being sold for $3.50 each. There's a handful of seating, but the table surfaces weren't tended to, so it was sticky/dirty - it seemed like it was our responsibility to clean up after others. There were some tables outside for those who enjoy al fresco dining.I wished we had a similar positive experience as others, but ours was super disappointing.Located in the James-York Plaza, there's plenty of parking in the large shared lot.+inaccurate orders+charges for basic ingredients/toppings+located in the James-York Plaza

Incredible. Absolutely incredible. Great variety of hotdogs and both that I tried were delicious. My favorite was the bandito but the bacon wrapped lord of the rings dog was really good too. The fried pickles were also cooked perfectly with a great breading. For a cheap price, I was a huge fan. I will be coming back.

They have always had a great dog stand and their brick and mortar restaurant doesn't disappoint. Good variety of hotdogs, beer, and even some wine options. This is a very family friendly establishment with juice boxes, gender neutral bathroom, changing table, and diaper wipes. The family run atmosphere lends to great service.

Cute place and sort of hidden from the road. Friendly staff. We were the only customers there. Wanted to give this place a try to support local family owned businesses. But the dogs were pretty small (hubby finished one of his in 2-3 bites. We ended up spending $28+ (before tip) for 3 hot dogs and onion rings (no drinks). We were still hungry afterwards :(

The food was good. Service was great. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have fountain drinks.
