Bertrand all was great with all parts of getting a new custom suit. My wife and I were finally going on our honeymoon and I wanted a new suit. The suit came out amazing and fits perfectly. I am definitely looking forward to going back for another suit in the future and wholeheartedly recommend Details for my friends.

One of my friends goes here to get fitted for suits on the regular. I couldn't find this place for the longest. Wall downtown purchasing cigars I walk right past it and decided that I'd stop in to see exactly what they had available. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. Gentleman asked how I heard about them and I told him who recommended them by last name. He knew the first name and the name of the gentleman's mother that recommended the spot to her son. That tells me that they remember their customers names and that goes a long way with me.This store pretty much customizes everything. Suits shirts belts ties socks. Everything but shoes. I set up a consultation for the next week to go in and so they can get a sense of what I was looking for what I already have and go ahead and set up a plan for me to get my wardrobe back to where I needed to be. It's been quite some time since I've had a suit fitted I'm 6'5 so it's very hard for me to find a good suit. I'm looking forward to it and I'll give you guys an update when I do so.

There is nothing but excellence here. The attention to detail is spot on, as well as the knowledge I receive about fit, fabric, etc. I'm very particular about my look and fit.I'm always impressed my the professionalism I receive. Client for life!

This shop is fantastic. Randall and Josh are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they have some great garments and cloth in the shop. Josh has tailored two jackets and trousers for me and has been spot on with his adjustments. Can't say enough good things.

My experience here was superb. Josh was excellent in every way with assisting me in getting a custom suit for a wedding I was attending. I had an idea of what color suit I wanted, but Josh helped me put together the rest of the details. I was excited to receive the suit and conduct the final fitting. I informed them I had about 45 days until the wedding which was in Los Angeles and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. Well, there was a problem, for whatever reason, my suit got held up in Customs coming out of Italy and there was concern it wouldn't get to me in time. Josh called me immediately to inform me of the situation and asked me to come in and select another fabric that was in the same color as my original suit but a different material, so they could have another suit made by a different tailor with about three weeks to go. A week before the wedding I was told my suit was in and it was the original suit that was ordered. I went in to do a final fitting and the suit fit perfectly. The hemming was completed in about 20 minutes and I was off to LA with my new custom suit. When I tried the suit on at home for my wife, the first words out of her mouth were "Damn!" Then she said that's a good-looking suit. At the wedding I received about 8 compliments on my suit (three from women I didn't know) and it was clear that aside from the groom, I was the best dressed man at the wedding. Did I mention Josh helped me figure out the best color shirt to wear with the suit and gave me a tailor-made shirt for free. I will be heading back soon for my next suit. Super professional, very detailed, excellent service. I highly recommend Details on Granby to anyone who wants to have extraordinary bespoke clothing, but bring your wallet because it is not cheap, but it is well worth the price.
