Degollado Mexican Restaurant

A Mom and Pop Mexican restaurant you have to try! My Dad caught the whole family by surprise by introducing us to Degollado. This family owned restaurant looks like it was at one point an old Wendy's fast food restaurant. The margarita menu has so many flavors to choose from. If you know you know about the white sauces that are served with chips and salsa at Virginia Mexican restaurants. Not all white sauces are created equally, but this one is just right. Make sure to come back for the Happy Hour and Specials Daily. Some of my favorite days to enjoy Degollado are the following days: Mondays Burrito $9.99 and Fridays Enchilada Platter $9.99

My favorite restaurant to go the service is always amazing no complaints , the food is top tier !! The queso sauce is my favorite and the environment is perfect always quiet which is what I love !

Degollado is a place we have been going to for a long time now. I'm not sure why I haven't made a review yet but here we are! It's a family run business and we've always had wonderful service. I love there white cream sauce and salsa that comes with the chips. They service big portions and their margaritas are on point (I didn't have one this time though) I've never had a meal that didn't satisfy my taste buds.

Great food and service! The food is amazing. So much variety at much lower prices than the others. Loved the tortilla soup!!

Let me start by saying they have a very extensive menu-- I feel certain they cover most of Latin America.Very nice family atmosphere. Tell it's family owned as they seemed focused on customer service.I went with more a a breakfast dish even though it was 7 PM.Arrived Hot and Fresh ! if I didn't know better I would say the chorizo was home made. The rice well that was a dry and seemed like it was sitting out for a while.My Amigo had the Arroz con Pollo... I was going to asked him if it was good but by the time I looked up he inhaled it.. and had that happy grin on his face.I did notice a few drink specials, Didn't try any but they appeared to be price right.Plenty of Parking !! I will go back many times Im sure of that

Service was fantastic but the food was quite greasy and none of us finished to include the kids taco and chicken nuggets. It's decorated extremely cute and very culturally on point.

My mom and I have always wanted to check out this place ever since her friend recommended it. I was delighted I saw it on Doordash today. We decided to order their food from Doordash. We both ordered the Chorizo quesadilla. We were both a little disappointed because the quesadilla was salty. It would have tasted nice if wasn't salty. She couldn't even finish it. The nachos that came with it tasted better. I will probably give this place another chance

I ordered the Al pastor traditional Mexican tacos and they were okay. The sauce on the meat was too sour. I had to add some white sauce to make it sweeter. But overall I enjoyed it. Solid 7/10

My mom and I are the biggest fans of this restaurant!! Hands down this restaurant is authentic mexican food and size of the huge plates of food and the service is a ten out of ten from us! I will say if you go to Jose tequilas down the street it will cost you way more and you get way less and I feel like when i go to Jose Tequilas I end up broke and still hungry but mostly broke. Any who we love this place!! You will too!

The food was awesome!Even the salsas ran the gamut. My daughter brought them over, so both the ambience and the service superb Next time I'll make sure she upgrades the chips!
