"As for the bad reviews, we're pretty highly rated."I was in the market for some dressers and I found this merchant through Offer Up. They listed a 5pc bedroom set for $899. When asked about the purchase for just dressers, they offered $799?? and stood firm on their price. The CSR I chatted with came off rude and condescending and so when I advised I will be posting this, their comment was "As for the bad reviews, we're pretty highly rated.". Nice, right? I will never do business with such arrogant folks.

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem. They are so helpful and great quality products. I called last week about a bicycle and Jay was quick to help me out. He took my name and number to get me on the list for the kind I wanted and he followed up, as promised. I decided to pop in to check out the selection since I was in the area and BOOM... There was the bike for me! Please do yourself a favor and pop by here for anything you need. You will not be disappointed! Thank you all so much for the help. Josephine you're such a sweet person. My sister and I appreciate your help.

Horrible service .. This company post prices online for cheap vs when you arrive it's way more expensive.. I found three bikes on the site each 45.. I get to the store all three were mistakenly priced online ... bullcrap ... this place is a RIP off

Went in store to look for a carpet and other items. You're better off buying it new. Wayyyyy overpriced and not worth it.

Always a new surprise when you walk into this quirky emporium... it's all about the fun furniture finds, some of which are delightfully over the top. I purchased a lime green velvet chaise lounge here, if that gives you an idea! Staff is always super-friendly... FUN!

Have been here a total of 2 times. Over priced for the items they have. Looks like a furniture store but as soon as you walk in it looks like a thrift store gotten really bad.

Wow! So many different pieces of furniture, kitchen appliances, even some sporting goods! I got a tramontina non stick pan for about 70% off of what I saw it listed for online. That thing will cook your food and slide it right on to your plate! Cleaning is super easy too and now I am not scrubbing til my arm gets tired like I was with a previous pan I had. Super friendly staff!

Went in to inquire about some camping chairs outside that I recognized from Costco. They were priced the same at Costco as in store here at Deals R Us. I was willing to haggle and pay cash and owner recommended that I purchase them at Costco. Glad she did as I was able to snag two at $39.97 each with an awesome return policy. Thank you for the recommendation but you can't stay in business sending your would be customers to other businesses. Check prices elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.

I bought a couch a few months ago for $700. We were happy with it until it completely snapped in half for no reason. I expect a couch that's $700 to last a little bit longer than 3 months even if it's not top quality. They told me there was nothing they can do about it so I was disappointed in customer service. I would not recommend this place if you want your furniture to last.

For a thrift shop they have some decent stuff, HOWEVER, they are EXTREMELY overpriced. I saw stuff in there that was almost double the amount of the price at a regular store for the same product.
