Cycle World

I don't even know why I went back to this crap hole. I never have had a good experience with them. Hence why I would never buy an ATV there.I dropped my daughter's ATV in there three weeks ago. Said they would look at it. Every time I call, it's 4 more days. For more days.CHarged me for a new battery even though it had a new one. Wants to open up the motor and see the problem but who knows if they will get to it.Oh yeah. And rude on the phone.

Decent place for basic bike service. The staff is nice. The prices could be better. My reason for 4 stars today is the waiting room smells like a wet fart. Not sure if it's the refrigerator or what but it smells bad.

Took our jet ski in for annual service. Quick and easy. The only thing was service department called offering us 2 different types of battery replacement, we chose our choice but it was replaced with their choice. Not quite satisfied with that. We didn't realize until we got home. Called back and was told the battery was out of stock which we thought it was odd that they offered both choices on the phone at first. Just saying

Greta prices and huge selection of bikes!Staff is well trained and knowledgeable! They don't push you to buy a bike from them, they want you to buy your bike when you are ready.

wish I'd seen the reviews before. echoing many of the same complaints, won't tell you a price, and after a year of ownership finding additional "warranty" that I didn't even know existed and didn't sign! sure I'm an idiot for not checking more thoroughly through the fine print, but the fact I paid for a "contract" that was supposed to be signed by both myself and the dealer and wasn't shows dishonesty.avoid at all costs.

My name is Kevin Duncan. I recently came to this shop for a oil change. The Service person made me aware of the other things wrong with bike and told me of a interest free loan that wasn't based on credit called snap.I was told it would cost a 1000 and I was approved for a 1000. When my bike was finished, I was directed to sign the loan papers to receive my Bike back. These papers looked nothing like the original it now said over 2000 was owed. I either had to sign the papers or come up with a 1000 on the spot!!!! I needed my bike for work that day so I felt compelled to sign. On the order it says labor charges added up to 700 at 110 an hourI dropped my bike off at 930 and it was done by 1145Cycle World works with a predatory lender who charges %187 interest!!!They didn't work on my for 7-8 hoursMy bike was returned to me in 2hrs!!!I am a 60 yr old working man trying to make it and I needed my bike desperately for work

Not all that stoked on Cycle World. I bought a dirt bike inner tube and didn't need it as it was a beading issue. Never even opened the box. But Cycle World has a policy where they don't do returns on inner tubes, citing customer integrity and product integrity return issues. No one advised me of this policy upon purchase and I think the parts guys could do better in advising customers when there is a no return policy on an itemPurchased

Dropped my bike off to get a tire mounted was told it would be $111 with tax when I go to pick it up the price changed to $138

I was charged for a motorcycle battery and it was never replaced. I brought my Suzuki burgman to this shop which took 4 weeks get an ideal what was wrong. It took another 2 weeks to replace my solenoid. Pick up and return drop off cost me over 500 dollars an no new battery. This place reaks of rip off. Buy beware
