My baby is back!! Took my first long road trip on Saturday and stopped for lunch. My NEW 202O Spyder would not start!! Haven't even made my first payment!! It was towed to Cycle City Corp in Newport News, VA. They are the BEST!! Great customer service. They even walked my husband through suggested troubleshooting over the phone!! Ask for Chris, Service Manager

Selection of motorcycles is limited and the way over priced. The price of the bike is not listed on the bike therefore if you are going to browse you are forced to talk to a representative to get the price. Service department is very good however too expensive. 80 bucks for an oil change at minimum.There are plenty of better place to get a motorcycle. I can't believe I previously bought a bike here, never again.

Their service department is very good and knowledgeable but expensive especially for PWC. The sales department is very disappointing, very expensive compared to other shops and if you try to trade in a bike they will take the kbb and cut it in half and aren't flexible.

I do not recommend. Not the best bike buying experience.. A coworker bought a bike here, they took care of him, I bought a bike and they treated me second class. Just an observation. Try commenwealth power sports in petersburg,va.

The customer service from cycle city was the worst I have experienced in a long time, my 4 wheeler was slightly dirty and they told me they were going to charge me $70 to wash it before they would work on it, they are over priced and rude. I have spent a lot of money with them in the past, they have horrible customer service. Lost my business from now on.

Recently purchased two bikes from cycle city sales team is top notch would rec.this place to anyone looking for great deals on power sports equipment

so looked all round for a atv for my granddaughter. went to both cycle city and Casey cycles. ended up purchasing for Casey cycles. better price, better selection. my sales guy Mikhail Nadjkovis was knowledgeable, courteous. was in and out in no time.

Limited inventory, crappy salesmanship and No demo experience.. How do you expect to sell anything and the customer can't even turn on the equipment. I do not recommend.

Great selection and service and sales department! I enjoy my time there and I enjoy shopping there. The customer service was very friendly and a sales department. I was able to purchase all the clothes I need it and I was able to pick out a very inexpensive bike which was the right motorcycle for me. If anyone says otherwise then they did not bring the money, credit or have the finances to purchase a bike before coming there from the beginning!
