Crispy Burger

Hey, guys! Today I checked out Crispy Burger in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They're all about that crispy fried chicken and burgers. I swung by during their soft opening and had to get a taste of their chicken. I went for the 4 wings with half fried spicy and half roasted Orleans chicken. Let me tell you, that roasted Orleans chicken was bursting with flavor - the spices were on point and the chicken was juicy. The fried chicken was solid, but when you sprinkle on their special seasoning, it takes it to the next level. Can't wait to go back and try their burgers!

This was our first time at Crispy Burger. When we walked in we were cheerfully greeted by the cashier. The hubby wanted a sandwich and opted for a combo which came with a huge amount of fries and a drink. I was somewhat undecided so I opted for spicy nuggets, onion rings (batter dipped) and mashed potatoes. Omg, everything was delicious and we WILL be back!

The food is bland. Ok for kids. It's just another chicken place with no seasoning. I will pass. The service was good and it looked nice

Crispy Burger is a new addition to the shopping center with the popular mochi donut shop and future Handsome Biscuit in Virginia Beach. Apparently it is a fried chicken and burger restaurant that is Asian owned. It really has the looks to be a great place to dine in. It also has the problem that all of these restaurants and businesses have which is limited parking for this area.I really wished my experience was better as it has that curb appeal for good chicken, burgers, and food. I was surely disappointed in what we ordered as I know it could be better. We ordered a 4pc chicken meal, the original chicken sandwich, and couple of fries. We also ordered their special sauce on the side along with hot sauces. The food came out fairly quickly and fresh as well. I tried hard to like the chicken but it was not seasoned well and it was really dark meat in the thighs and drumsticks which were off putting. The biscuits were dry but the fries were decent. The original chicken sandwich was nothing memorable and it had the same seasoning as the fried chicken. The only saving grace was their special sauce which was super flavorful. I wished they put that sauce on their chicken sandwich and have it complimentary with their meals. You have to pay extra for it smh. I really hope Crispy Burger improves on its offerings as we may take a long time to return. I am hoping that since they just opened, maybe they can get better. Only time will tell

Um, not good- we got chicken that's ammonia smell/taste. Absolutely not. That means it's spoiled for those that don't know. Praying my family doesn't get sick from the little bit they tried.

Had today disappointed actually. I even tipped because of that the reviews I kept reading. Order 4 items. Got the bags something told me to check the bag inside. Drove off only to find my wife didn't have her chicken wrap or fry's in the bag only her drink. So we had to return. Me not thinking didn't check my 3 pc chicken order. Once I finally started eating noticed my 3 piece was only a 2 piece. Had to check my order over. Only thing I enjoyed because of the mishaps was the fry's.

This place was good the portions are awesome you definitely get what you pay for however I feel they are cheap when it comes to the sauce it should be 2 sauces in each order not 1 because of the portion sizes.

The customer service was great. Greeted as soon you come into the store. They have a self kiosk or you can order at the counter. Me and my boyfriend ate in side the restaurant and they brought the food to the table once the food was ready. The food is cooked to order so it was nice fresh and hot when it arrived to the table. For the beverage selection they have can and bottle drinks.

Food is amazing Nothing fancy just great food Simple ordering Prices aren't bad.

Kind of mediocre. Unfortunately, chicken and Asian-American chicken market is quite competitive these days. Frienfly service.
