Creme is definitely a boutique with name brand styles that comes with a price tag toooo! But you can always find some good stuff and they do have sales. If there's a sneaker dropping, better believe they will have it!The staff is always nice and helpful. It's a small place so it's easy to shop for what you want, pay and walk right out- HA!

I ordered a pair of pink Vomero 5's on august 17th , it's now September 6th and I've only received a email stating "label created" this PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT BUY WITH THEM ONLINE!!!! they will steal your money and your products. Such terrible service.

Ordered on 11/11 and still have not had item shipped. Zero response to emails. This store is selling fake sneakers and generally don't even ship even the fake pairs. Buyer beware.

I ordered my Air Jordan 1 high OG Denim's 2024 on July 16th and received my shoes on July 27th. So as you can see, the entire transaction took 11 days to complete. I recieved my tracking information within 7 days of the order and it came 4 days later. My item came in perfect condition and I was surprised! I've gotten merchandise from shoe palace, snipes, champs etc. with damaged boxes but not creme. I also emailed them with a question regarding my order and they responded within 2 days. Finally, I verified the product via check-check and the legit app and they passed as authentic as well. I am giving them 4.25/5 stars because the shoes smelled like cigarette smoke. To the creme321 team: I recommend not smoking in inventory, near inventory or while packing and sorting goods.

Ordered shoes 2 weeks ago, received no updates. Tried contacting them and their number is disconnected. Only after I did a charge back did they respond. Awful site, don't waste your money.

This is the worst experience I've received from a shoe store. I ordered shoes on 8/14 from their website. I reached out to them on 8/23 because I never received any shipping information. They emailed me immediately and told me shipping information takes 7-10 business days and stay safe. I immediately knew I was dealing with a very unprofessional establishment and individual. Today 8/28 makes the 10th business day and I received a notification from PayPal that my ordered had been cancelled and I had a refund. These shoes were a gift for my daughter. Now they're sold out due to the lack of efficiency and effort this sorry store put fourth in fulfilling their orders.

slow shipping everytime u order it takes at least 2 weeks for a shipping label to be created then u have to wait another 7 days to see if it actually even ships lol THEY NEED PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK NOT LAZY PPL who want to get paid for doing minimum work I work at a shoe store lol it doesn't take 3 weeks to ship a pair of shoes unless I have lazy employees

Terrible experience stay away!!!Order took over a month to process and still haven't received. Customer service is non existent. Avoid this terrible store at all costs.

This place sucks. Read the reviews. I had the same problems. My dunk low pandas look fake !! I can't believe how poor the quality is. Either nike did bad QC or these are reps ! I have 70 pairs in my collection and I looked through them all and none look like these dunks. I'm going to look into this more and update then to let every one kind if they are reps !

I've been here 3 times in recent memory. 1st time I bought socks and everything was fine. 2nd time the store was locked even though it was during their open hours.3rd time was 2 hours into their being open time and they were loading stuff in. I asked if they were open. The worker told me to come back in 10 mins, then under his breath said, " obviously we're busy as hell". I left after that and didn't return.
