Crabby Cali’s

Wednesday 8/14/2024I came across this spot in the comment section of a tiktok and I'm glad I did. I made a takeout order through DoorDash for wings (bbq) & shrimp (hot honey) with seafood Mac $25 and the fried fish sandwich combo with crabby fries $19.- The bbq wings were good but the shrimp was a bit better. As a rating I'd give it a solid 8.3/10.- The hot honey shrimp was very good and as a rating it would get an 8.5/10. My only nitpick is that it would've been alot better if they had tossed the shrimp in the hot honey sauce like they did for the bbq wings.- The Seafood Mac was a miss for me: it was cheesy but lacks flavor and the only seafood you get is the few peices of shrimp.- The fried fish sandwich looked amazing and tasted even better. The sandwich was tasty & flavorful and the sauce was a great addition.- The crabby fries come with lump crab meat and a cheese sauce under the meat layer. This is a cool combination but definitely needs better execution: the fries didn't seem very fresh or seasoned, the cheese sauce could've been spread out more, but the lump crab meat was fine. Despite the sides being underwhelming, crabby calis was HIT for me and is definitely a spot I'd come back for and recommend (especially for that fish sanwich & hot honey shrimp). The main dishes are done very well but the sides definitely need some more work and attention.

Finally got a chance to try out Crabby Cali's. There are some tables and chairs but the restaurant looks more like a to-go place. The service was fast and the cashier was chill. The prices are high but considering their items are mostly seafood and inflation, it's reasonable. I'm not a big eater so I couldn't finish one full meal anyway.I ordered their weekend special (today is Friday), shrimp fried rice for $15 with +$4 lump crab meat, and I'm not disappointed. The amount of crab meat is generous, the shrimp are huge and fresh, and the rice has a hint of creole seasoning with a kick from the sauce that was drizzled on top.I'm a huge seafood lover, can't wait to come back and try other dishes!

One word: DELICIOUS!! The food was delicious. I got the fried shrimp tacos with crabby fries and I was not disappointed. The food was made to order and the presentation was everything. Service was great. I definitely felt welcomed. There are some high top tables in lobby to eat at. I will be coming back!!

They started off strong years ago. But they never have the crab dip. I don't care what time of the day it is. Someone needs to learn how to manage their inventory.

The food is so good here. Full of flavor and always served nice and fresh and hot. The service when you order is quick and friendly. The owner is generally there and comes out and speaks and ask how I'm doing. 10/10 highly recommend

OMGGGGGGG !!!!! This place was nothing short of amazing. I'm always skeptical getting crab fries but I said let me give it a shot. Mannnnnn!!! It was real crab meat. Not imitation. The cheese sauce on the fries was really good and seasoned. A bit pricey but truly worth every penny. I also like there's old bay available for extra seasoning. The customer service was top tier. The cashier answered all questions and was sure we'd enjoy our food.

Five star food no doubt about it. Someone knows how hat they're doing in that kitchen.The prices are very reasonable for the portion and quality you get. My only issue is the place is mainly pick up, not very welcoming to sit and eat there. In my opinion, seafood is not good once you box it and take it home, I gotta eat it right then and there. So please get some colder drinks or a fountain drink machine so we can enjoy your tasty creations the way they're meant to be enjoyed. But again the food is top notch, highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Support small family owned businesses!

I ordered their wings and shrimp combo after reading all their rave reviews and people saying "OMG!". I requested the wings traditional Buffalo Style and because I couldn't find any option to add a side of cocktail sauce, I instead had my shrimp with the Hot Honey sauce. First, their shrimp are HUGE. The wings were perfectly cooked. Crispy, but juicy! There's so much food also! Didn't even try the fries, have to admit. But the reviews are REAL. Great food, surplus quantity, served or delivered hot and fresh and a great deal for your dollar!

I'm on the fence about this one guys. So over all the shrimp were huge and fried really well. Chicken was well seasoned and fried nicely however the crabby fries were a huge disappointment. It tasted like just a can of crab opened and dumped on top with a drizzle of bland cheese and I REALLY wanted to like these but just couldn't. The huspuppues were also not on the online menu to order but a bit pricey for their size. Overall I'd go again for the shrimp alone but pass on the fries.
