Crab King

Excellent raw seafood and great lunch and dinner specials-take out only. Friendly staff.

My husband and I were camping in the area and wanted some Blue Crabs. A friend told us about the Crab King and how big their crabs were. We called several other places and they told us they had no crabs. We went to the Crab King and when we walked in we were cheerful greeted by the owner. We told her that we wanted some crabs along with some spiced shrimp. The crabs were huge, Number #1 Jimmy's. They were spiced perfectly. We bought a pound and a half of large Spiced Shrimp. They were also large and cooked perfectly. We also bought some Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad. Those crabs were very large and they were delicious. I can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks when we go camping in the area again.

Love their soft crab sandwich and grouper sandwich. The grouper was HUGE and JUICY....I will come back to this place every time I'm in town.

You need to stop here for the best deal lunch in town! Fried food ah sandwich is bigger than your head! Hot sandwiches and food for take out, also fresh seafood to take home! 2 thumbs up!

I went to Crab King for soft shell crabs, was told by my server (female) they only had a limited quantity of small and medium sized crabs and was presented with an almost empty box of crabs to choose from. A couple from out of town was also shopping for soft shell crabs and were having an animated discussion with their server (male) on the correct way to clean soft shells, they were told the store had a large quantity of soft shells in stock in a variety of sizes. After overhearing their conversation I asked my server to check in the back and she returned with a full case of crabs. At that point I did not want to push her for larger sizes, picked 6 and left. I am still mystified by my servers behavior, I won't be back.
