Cousins Maine Lobster - Virginia

So glad I "caught" them in my hometown of Bluefield VA! I had them in NC a few years ago so I knew how awesome it would be. Ordered on the app so no wait in line and same as before food was amazing! Service friendly! I hope they'll be back to Bluefield again soon.

Hubby and I came to Big Ugly Brewing and saw that Cousins Maine Lobster was there. Surprisingly, there was no line at the time. Anytime we have a chance for some lobster rolls we always take it. We've never been to this one so we were in for a treat. Hubby opted for a lobster roll Maine style and made it a combo adding tater tots. I also chose a lobster roll Maine style and added tater tots. I chose a sparkling lemonade and he chose a blueberry soda. We took our food to a nearby park and ate it outside. Our lobster rolls were delicious. I must admit, I expected to see bigger pieces of lobster. I would have liked my bun toasted a bit more though. They gave us a huge portion of tater tots that were yummy. We got all this for about $78. Very good. I will say their rolls could have had bigger pieces.

Little pricey--a lotta worth it! Get what you pay for and Cousins Maine Lobster is worth the cost! Grilled cheese was delicious and I haven't stopped thinking about it sense I had it. Quick service and friendly staff.

I've been an avid follower of Cousin's Maine Lobster on social media for a while, so stumbling upon their food truck at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News was awesome!The food truck itself is a super cool work of art, but crowning jewel is undeniably their lobster roll. I personally like the Connecticut. The roll itself, buttery and toasted to perfection, serves as the perfect vessel for the star of the show - the tender, flavorful lobster. Each bite was a celebration of freshness, with the lobster meat being the epitome of succulence, beautifully seasoned and generously portioned. While they offer tempting sides, I found myself completely captivated by the rolls alone, so I had two. The food presentation was very nice showcasing the dedication and passion behind the owner. The service matched the quality of the dish. Some might raise an eyebrow at the price, I firmly believe that the quality justifies it entirely. Cousin's Maine Lobster is a true standout and defines excellence in food truck dining.

This food truck is a hidden treasure. They pop up in different areas, and if you get a chance, I suggest you stop by for a treat. The bread is toasted perfectly, and the lobster roll will leave you craving for more. I did have a difficult time finding the location that they popped up in, but I was glad I decided to search just a little more. The food is great it is a bit costly, but you won't be disappointed. Hopefully, with enough support, they will open a store front.

Huge chunks of tasty lobster. I wish the butter was a bit more impactful but that could just be the time it took to get home and the soft roll soaked it up. Still good though

Cousins Maine Lobster food truck in central VA is outstanding! They've visited Patch Brewing in Gordonsville, VA several times now and it's always top notch. The food is outstanding and plentiful for the price. Always look forward to catching them around the area. Highly recommend checking them out.

When I bought my Connecticut roll, it looked exactly like the advertisement. I came out to the food truck on May 29th 2023. The whoopie dessert is good too.

As a native of Massachusetts I will travel far and wide for a great lobster roll. Cousins met the mark! Delicious tender lobster in a buttered roll is exactly what the perfect lobster roll is made of. The lobster bisque was yummy and top it off with an authentic whoopie pie(ifykyk), I'm in bliss. I must say pictures can be a little deceiving because the roll was smaller than I expected. Nonetheless, a must try!

Very good authentic lobster roll, service was great, wish you were in my area every day, love the lobster roll
