For a hotel just across the street from the beach and in the middle of the strip for shops and restaurants, one cannot beat the price. Very small pool (reason for stars), but room was clean and average size with mini fridge and microwave. Smart TVS to allow both Netflix and Prime access to your favorite movies and shows. Price includes free breakfast which is not a full selection with fresh fruit options or breads other than white and wheat slices, but hot selections of eggs and sausage. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For a place to feast your head, relax at night and fuel up in the morning for free, I would recommend.

Worst manager ever--rude beyond belief! Avoid staying here if you want to enjoy your vacation because dealing with Jerry, the manager, will ruin it.We booked two connecting rooms, but one of the air conditioners was broken. The manager claimed it would take days to fix and dry the carpet, so we had to settle for just one air conditioner for both rooms during a hot summer. On our last night, I spoke with a front desk staff member, mentioning how uncomfortable it was to have only one air conditioner for two rooms. He immediately arranged for the air conditioner to be replaced while we were out for dinner. This option could have been offered by the manager on day one, but instead, she insisted it would take days to fix.I requested a late checkout for one of the rooms, asking for noon instead of 11 a.m., given the inconvenience we endured for five days with a warm room. The manager refused, accusing me of changing my story about agreeing to have just one air conditioner, and then walked away. She never mentioned the possibility of replacing the air conditioner the next day. She lied when she said it would take days to fix.

Checked in for one night, front desk clerk stated they had no available rooms at time of check in. Arrived at my room and the door was already opened. Worked for a few hours, then realized it was hot in the room, and the AC unit was off. Turned it on to only have the loudest rattling keep me up ALL night. Got ready at 5:15 and left the room given it wasn't worth staying. Told the front desk clerk at check out about my displeasure, he took my info to have the hotel manager call me, never happened. Contacted Expedia to no avail since they called and were told no refund due to me staying the entire night in the room, per the hotel staff. Be careful booking this hotel.

This is a beautifully decorated/renovated hotel. I stayed five nights during the Christmas holiday and was pleased with almost everything. The rooms are enormous compared to most; the decor is soothing and beautiful, and the staff is friendly. The reason for 4 stars versus 5 was due to the weird smell throughout the hotel. They were trying to either remove mold and mildew in the carpets or cover it up. I hope they can fix that because the hotel is pleasant otherwise.

This place is dirty, has molded carpets, poor customer service and feels like a really bad motel. Great location but all the negatives don't make it worth the savings. STAYER BEWAREThe hotel was NOT renovated as stated. Halls have "touched up" painted doors, the SINGLE elevator is very slow and dirty. They have these automated air fresheners in the hallways to hide the mold smells AND they only made our room ONCE during a weeks stay despite asks at the front desk or to the maids in the hallways. They just kept giving us towels that looked clean but had a very heavy perfume scent. Ewww. Nightmare. Pool in the parking lot was filled with large families with diaper wearing toddlers. Eww Place hadn't been painted in years. I'm surprised they are allowed to stay open.

This hotel was DISGUSTING. it was so dirty and gross. As soon as we walked in there was an unappealing stench. The left mattress was moldy and the sheets had hair and crumbs on it. the public bathroom had hair and oranges. We had to change our room, it inconvenienced me and my family. we should NOT have to change our room because the staff does not know how to do there job correctly. me and multiple of my friends came here to relax and have a good time and this hotel completely ruined our stay. Do not waste your money on such a disgusting hotel. I am in complete disgusting over the condition of this hotel. never bring your business,kids,money, or friends here.

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGSDo NOT stay at this hotel at any means. I highly encourage anyone with a future reservation to cancel IMMEDIATELY. Our room was disgusting upon checking in with stains on the bed, wall, ironing board, floor, etc. When pulling up the sheet we noticed what looked like dried up blood on the bed bug protection layer. I immediately went to the front desk when the male worker laughed it off and said that he would sent housekeeping in the room. The female housekeeper was extremely rude and said that it was "normal" to have stains on your bed. I asked her if she would ever sleep in a bed like that and she LAUGHED! The housekeeper proceeded to swap out THREE different sets of sheets, all had either yellow stains, or black/red blood stains. I've never been so disgusted in my life. To make matters worse, the housekeeper slammed the door every time she left and entered the room, even replying "GOD!" When I showed her another stain on the sheets. I could no longer stay at this establishment after being treated so poorly by both the staff and the health/safety concerns. Was not able to capture pictures of all the stains due to housekeeper boxing me out like I'm Shaq.I currently still haven't received my refund after checking out 1 hour into my 5 day stay. The hotel GM Jeri sent me a basic robotic email apologizing. Upon responding to the email asking questions, there was NO ANSWER. Spend the extra money and go somewhere CLEAN, SAFE, and FRIENDLY.AWFUL way to run a business.Place has BEDBUGS don't believe anything these workers tell you. Currently staying across the street and there have been ZERO inspectors on the property.BE SAFE and STAY FAR AWAY.

On 10/18/2024, I booked a room through 10/20/24 at this hotel (motel) for my sisters wedding in Virginia Beach. What was supposed to be an exciting and magical weekend was turned into pure hell by this hotel. I reside in North Carolina and I knew I wouldn't make it until the early morning hours of 10/19, which is why I paid for the two nights, although I was only staying for one night, just so we could check in early morning. I also called the night before and they confirmed that it would be okay (which they said it was) AND I left a note on the booking that I would be arriving the morning of 10/19. After an extremely long drive with small children , we arrived at the hotel. My first red flag should've been how long it was took for someone to come to the desk. I went and found maintenance, and still had to wait for someone at the front desk. The second red flag should've been a customer waiting with me and was furious because they hadn't seen housekeeping in 3 days and had no toilet paper or towels. But being that I was scheduled to be at my sister's wedding in 2 hours ( that I was a bridesmaid in) I just wanted to get us checked in and dressed and my kids were ansty. When the front desk guy FINALLY showed up, his entire demeanor reeked of " I don't want to be at work". He immediately told me " We no-showed you and you can't check in". I proceeded to show him the notes from my booking and the call log from someone at the hotel and he was COMPLETELY DISMISSIVE OF ME. He did not care at all and basically told me that the only way I was going to get a room was if I paid for the booking, AGAIN. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused that also. I am a single parent and I don't have hundreds of dollars to just throw out willingly. I wanted to be present for my sister and I did my due diligence to ensure we would have a place to sleep. I told the clerk about himself and left with no place to rest and a car full of tired children. I called my credit card company and informed them of the situation in order to ensure I receive a refund and Of course they had to reach out to the hotel, and this LIAR told the company that I CANCELED THE RESERVATION. I told the credit card company that I absolutely did not cancel and they just refused me a room because they most likely already gave my PAID FOR room away. So now a week later , I am in dispute with trying to get hundreds of dollars back because this hotel employs THIEFS AND LIARS. If you want to have a good vacation, just avoid this place at all costs. They're this party owned and have no higher up's to report to so they make their own rules and do anything for a dollar . RUN, RUN , RUN! Do not waste your money!!

Do not stay here. No one speaks English. Arrived at 3pm when room should be available. Not able to get into room until after 6pm. No sense of urgency by anyone and no one skilled in English well enough to explain why. Breakfast poor. Powered eggs that were thrown away. Bland frozen potatoes not fully cooked. Sausage was only thing good. Ran out of hot water in Morning. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The room smelled like wet dog, the vending machine had no water, there was no ice, and the lady at the front desk wouldn't answer the phone so had to walk down to just ask a question. Also pictures are deceiving- the pool is small, fitness room is three machines in a tiny area, breakfast is powdered egg, sausage, and white bread and in a room with hardly any seating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
