Tonight had the joy of going back to coopers but instead of wine tasting I ate in. The reservation process was super easy thru their app as I am a wine member. You can also make reservations on open table. The parking lot was full but valet was offered. We were greeted by Ricardo and Thomas who were super sweet. We were seated at a very cute round booth with the best server, Sophie! Her customer service was top tier. She was so knowledgeable and super accommodating with our eating and a picky teenager. We truly enjoyed our food and the company of our server. I even made a special request for my espresso martini to be made with tequila instead and they were so happy to get it done. The Bartender April really outdid herself with that one! The music played in the background was 90s soul and R&B and really did something to my spirit. Overall the restaurant was clean, the service was top tier and the plating and taste was amazing! Go enjoy Coopers but make sure you make a reservation!

Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. For a chain restaurant the food is remarkably good. My husband and I decided to have lunch out. I'm going to be out of town for two weeks and we wanted to spend quality time together before I leave. We looked at lunch options but needed to stay close to home since we only had about an hour for our lunch break. We picked Cooper's Hawk because we know there are plenty of good options and the food would be great. For appetizers we got the blue cheese wedge salad and ahi tuna appetizer. Both were great but the salad...yum! I need to figure out how to make the blue cheese vinaigrette. I'm not a creamy dressing person so appreciate the lighter and tastier vinaigrette. For entrees, I got the tenderloin medallions from the lighter lifestyle menu, which came with Yukon gold potatoes, broccolini and grape tomatoes. It also had a nice jus that I think the potatoes were cooked in. I ordered medium rare and it came out perfectly. My husband got the shrimp and scallop risotto. He really enjoyed it. The cold weather calls for hearty food and this fit the bill. I really appreciate that I can have a healthy and tasty lunch. It didn't stop me from eating cookies when I got home but at least I saved a few calories because I would eat homemade cookies either way. ; )

Meh. For the price, $33, my scallop and shrimp risotto was just okay. 3 med scallops and 3 medium shrimp.... Not a huge meal. I wasn't impressed.I asked our server who seemingly forgot about a strawberry lemonade ordered at least 30 minutes prior if not longer... all the drinks from the bar had come long ago. And instead of saying, oh, I forgot about that let me check on it, it should have come out from the bar... she instead acted as if that was perfectly normal and to be expected. Which is ridiculous. As it turns out there WAS an issue and more had to be made from the kitchen or something... the manager came over and it was just all weird and unnecessary. My in-laws thought the bisque was lacking in the amount of seafood and just an "odd" bisque in general. Not what they expected. Overall just nothing to write home about. They were out of their coopera hawk beer which was the only lager offered and the only beer one of our guests was interested in. They had no other lagers to choose from. I expected more from this price point.

Shopping for some clothes to attend a wedding and then meeting our daughter and son-in-law for dinner, so wanted a quick bite kind of lunch. We go to Cooper's Hawk quite a bit when we are in the area. We went and sat at the bar (first come, first serve) and ordered a couple of apps while watching basketball on the TV. Bartender was super friendly and attentive. We ordered the ahi tuna and chicken potstickers. They brought their bread out too. All hit the spot and was delicious! If you haven't been, definitely upscale winery vibes, with a casual, friendly feel, not stuffy. We'll definitely be back!

I love a Cooper's Hawk. Didn't review this location the first time I came but I'm making sure to do it now. The menu concept with the pairing choices always make it easy to know what wine to order with your meal. If you're becoming a wino or just starting this foodie/wino journey you'll love this place. My favorites at Cooper's Hawk will always be Salmon, the Burger, their salads, and the Chicken sandwich.Service is always great as this is a "sales" type ofrestaurant where they hope you'll become a member of their wine club. Service is exceptional.Ambiance is a mix between elegant but also neutral. You could easily come in Jeans or throw on a dress! Most are dressed up. Cooper's Hawk will always be a winner in my book. We always have a great time when we come here. Yesterday we came and enjoyed a picture of the sangria, which was delightful refreshing. I ordered a combo of the flatbread with sausage and Burrata and wedge salad. The flatbread was absolutely delicious flavorful and this is my first time ever having a wedge salad. And despite never liking blue cheese, I'd rather enjoy it this time. My husband and I sat for a couple hours and enjoyed each other's company.

This is the perfect place to catch up with friends over a wine tasting. They offer three wine tasting choices: Sweet, Variety, Lux. These change monthly and the cost is $12. Cooper's also has delicious food. So, you can always have a meal before or after your tasting. I really enjoy the soup salad combo for lunch. The seasonal specials are also a nice touch of something different. Cooper's now also offers a brunch options on Saturday and Sunday until 2pm. They offer a Happy hour, Monday-Friday 3-5:30. The happy hour offers a sangria flight that isn't available any other time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wait time for tasting needs to be improved. People cutting in line, need a better system. Also, should be a time limit for group tasting of 30 mins. Saw groups still tasking after 45 mins- just crazy.

This year's Thanksgiving celebration was a deviation from our usual traditions, but it was no less remarkable. We dined at Copper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant, where we were attended by an exceptionally charming waiter. The establishment offered a special Thanksgiving menu, which was thoroughly enjoyed. We really enjoyed the Eggrolls as well. We had a reservation. It was a very busy night but we were sitting rather quickly and the service was quick but not rushed at all.

A great evening at Coopers Hawk!We started with a tasting at the wine tasting bar in front. Drew was our very knowledgable sommelier. He worked several groups of customers seamlessly answering questions and making us feel welcome in the friendly Coopers Hawk atmosphere. The staff at this location is exceptional, but I can't say enough about all of the wonderful customers that we meet every time we visit. We meet some of the nicest people during the tastings.!We had dinner reservations so after our tasting, we requested to be seated on the patio on this cool July Friday evening. Our server Krista was very busy, but she wasn't too busy to spend time to advise us on appetizer & entree choices and share some friendly conversation. We saw Krista serving her customers on the patio and treating them with the same professional, personal care. She shared some of her favorite menu choices. The Braised Short Rib Risotto (one of Krista's favorites) was fantastic!My wife's blackened ahi tuna was done perfectly and seasoned to perfection. I have only had great experiences at Coopers Hawk which is a testament to the quality of staff and consistent training of the team.
