We had dinner tonight at Cooper's Hawk Restaurant in the Lynnhaven section of Virginia Beach.They were busy for a Wednesday but we were able to score a table for two within minutes of walking in the door.We started with the meatballs and they were delicious. There was a generous amount of sauce and the bread was toasted perfectly. Next we split the Wedge Salad because it's a rather big portion. The ingredients were fresh and very tasty.For our main dish we split the Filet Mignon served with broccolini and roasted root vegetables. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the veggies were very good.Our server was very attentive and we had a great experience here.

We come here all the time for the wine tasting and to pick up our bottles. But this was the first time we'd actually tried the dining area or food. Of course we already love it here. We love the feel of the entire place. We have a favorite wine-tender, a favorite spot for tastings, and lots of favorite wines. Now we have a favorite app too! Our service at the tastings has always been amazing so I knew the dining room wouldn't be any different. Our waitress was top notch and we never waited more than a few minutes for anything. We always do a ton of apps, so we tried a few different things. The drunken shrimp, the Thai lettuce wraps, crispy Brussels sprouts, the meatballs, egg rolls, and tried a side order of Betty's potatoes. Everything was so good! The Brussels and egg rolls I think were my favorite. The potatoes were good, but just had too much topping. Long story short, we'll be eating here again soon.

Beautiful restaurant love all the cute retail items. Lots of cute holiday items. We had a reservation which I definitely recommend! We were a group of 6 for brunch! We were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We ordered drinks and appetizers they came out pretty quickly. Everyone enjoyed their orders I ordered the caramel donuts they were very tasty. Someone ordered the Brussels sprouts which was highly recommended and a flat bread. Moving on to the main entrees some of ordered lunch and some ordered brunch. I was very excited to try the French toast, but unfortunately I was disappointed. For me it had too much cream which made the French toast mushy. Also the cream tasted like it had cream cheese in it which I'm not a fan of. So I only ate one bite. I did inform the waiter I did not like it but it ended there. There was no offer to swap it out or anything. I also had the candied bacon and breakfast potatoes, they were delicious. The other dishes ordered was spaghetti and meatballs both of the people that ordered that were not very fond of them. One of them said the pasta tasted very undercooked. The other one said it was just average. they both packed them up to take them home so that they can doctor them up, possibly later for leftovers, One of the friends has gluten allergies and dairy allergies and they were very much able to accommodate. Being that it was our first time that most of us at the table had been there we all agreed that it was pretty good and that we would come back, possibly for lunch or dinner. We all like the fact that you can sample wine while sitting at the table eating, which is very nice because it helped us to make a decision if we were going to buy a bottle on our way out. That I mentioned before I am a happy hour junky . Shrimp and bites were delicious, just the right amount with wine . Wine is from the happy hour and it is delicious as well, ambiance is awesome by the entrance they have little (kind of ) shopping area . Had a reservation on Sunday at 6:30, and only had to wait about five minutes. Loved the atmosphere and the vibe, and our server was attentive at first, though there was a bit of a wait later on. The bread was a nice starter. I had the shrimp and scallop risotto, which was decent, though it felt like it was missing something. My friend had the chicken piccata and loved it. Overall, I'd rate the experience an 8.5 out of 10.

Where do I begin? My family and I came last night to celebrate an engagement in our family. It was a party of 8. We arrived at 8:30 PM and we immediately ordered 3 bottles of wine. Those bottles of wine took 45 minutes to come out. During that time we also ordered three soups and apps that came out BEFORE our wine? We ordered our food as well and our food didn't come out until 10:05PM. They close at 10 PM...my sister grabbed a manager and she was apologetic and said she is going to look at it and come back to us...she never did. The MANAGER never came back to check on us. This is probably the worst service on such a special occasion. The good...the lobster, crab and shrimp bisque was the best I've ever eaten and the playlist they have is absolutely fire. The com... my parm crusted mahi mahi was dry but since it was over 10 PM, there was no point in speaking up. If you're planning on coming here, please make reservations earlier than 7:00 PM.

I came in with a few girlfriends for a wine tasting, we decided to get food afterwards and our server Michael was fantastic he was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendation! we started with the potstickers and they were fantastic I also had the shrimp scampi and that was also great! I will be returning!
