Great burger, however don't come here with a big party unless you want to sit at the bar. Table of 4 max. Food was superb.

Burgers were good, fries great, wings were not something I'd try again. Cute place, great location- service was strange - overly solicitous on the one hand with several staff members checking in with us way too frequently and on the other hand a negative undercurrent from some of the staff. Not overly fun or comfortable, but a good place for a quick burger.

I wanted to love it, I really did! But, this new Williamsburg joint disappointed with an all-wrong Reuben. Some good fries and 20$ later I can only offer 2.5 stars. Reuben's are classics. Don't mess with them. Thinly sliced corn beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Russian or thousand island dressing, all on toasted and buttered rye.Sadly, this was thick sliced fatty corn beef, Swiss cheese, and some sort of dressing concoction that had onions. Onions!!Greasy and messy.On the plus side, the fries were very good (small portion), and the staff friendly and fast. I'll be back to try a burger, but I can't recommend the Reuben.

Food: Good deal on Tuesday nights for $15 all you can eat chicken wings. 1 pound of wings at a time for 90 minutes. Sauce choices are Buffalo, ranch, blue cheese and cheerwine sauce. Enjoyed the wings a lot but would ask for no old bay as it was a little overpowering. Fries- Very good! Enjoyed them!Homemade egg nog was also very delicious! Service: our server was very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. Checked on is often to make sure we had what we needed. Ambiance - booths, a large bar and a few tables inside, with a retro feel. Can see inside the kitchen a little . Also have a few arcade games when you walk-in.

I was looking for a place to pop into and have a bite after walking colonial Williamsburg. I did some research on the Yelp, and came across Cook's Burger Bar. The only first available seating was at the bar. So my awkward self sat there. That is totally not my scene or type of seating, but I embraced it. I ordered my water with lemon, and participated in the all you can eat wings for that night. I did two rounds. They had a nice crisp and flavor to them. The wings are scrumptious! I did not get a burger but, I did hear other patrons brag about their burgers.The interior was small and eclectic. The exterior dining looked great. Parking is a large lot shared with other businesses. Pricing is on point and reasonable!

Thrilled to see new restaurants using beef tallow for all their frying. Food was delicious and service impeccable. Definitely a new favorite in Williamsburg.

Good menu and really tasty burger. I was gonna get the blue plate special, which was eggs and tomatoes. However, I did not want to eat eggs with a soft drink as there is no coffee, available. Our server Jacob was great . However we asked for water , and a glass of water came room temperature with no ice. No straw either. The mushroom burger was very good and the bun is very tasty. The fries were good especially with the malt vinegar provided.

Great place in Williamsburg. Found this place during a stay in area. This place was packed on a Wednesday around 6:30pm. But we were seated quickly. Savanna L. was funny and nice as well a other staff. My opinion is this location is trendy and fun with good decor, a pinball machine, couple of electronic games and full bar. Seating includes booth's, 2 & 4 topers and plenter of bar stools.This is a unique burger bar with interesting combinations and more unusual starters. I was intrigued with the Spam fries so I started with one order to share with wife. They are flash fried and then tossed in honey for the salty and sweet experience. My wife had the patty melt which seamed to be your usual sandwich. I ordered the muffelatta burger which included sliced Virginia ham, swiss cheese, patty, lettuce, garlic mayo and vegetable giardiniera. The burger was enjoyable but with it including the word muffelatta I was expecting the giardiniera to have olives.All in all the visit was enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and informative. The old diner decor was a whole vibe. They executed it perfectly. I also really appreciate how thoughtful and fun all their specials are. We stopped in for "Weiner Wednesdays," which worked out well cause my son was craving a good old hot dog. Which brings me to the food overall. It did not disappoint. We ordered the farmer's fries for the table. The fresh farmer's cheese and garlic aioli really set these fries apart. I only wish I had more to dip the fries in! I ordered the double bacon burger. The meat was fresh, juicy and flavor packed. The bacon was so thick. It was essentially a third patty. My only critique was that the black pepper bacon was quite strong and threatened to overshadow the other flavors. Their Cook's Lite was a crushable lager that paired perfectly with the food. All in all, lots to love and much more to look forward to next time.

Wow, this was like a walk back in time. I had to leave a review, just a bit of a rhyme. Love the food and the waitstaff to boot. We love everything made with beef tallow, and the side of fruit. The ambiance was fantastic, second to none. After a soccer game, it was time to have some fun.
