Service is bad you can barelyHear out of the drive through speaker and the workers there are so rude they get mad if you ask for condiments especially the red haired white lady. Food is good but I don't think it's worth going because the people there act like you are a nuisance, do better. Arath yusue thank you for being so rude I hope this lady isn't the manager

What a deal !! The burgers and shakes are so delicious , make sure to ask for the cook out sauce !! The price for the combos are super affordable and you can get multiple items for one price.I must say the menu is a little challenging to understand but once the cashier explained it I went about my way to order. I got a burger with cheese, lettuce ,tomato ( you build your own burger ) , cheese fries and a cookies and cream shake . Yum yum yum! Now I wish one would open in NJ!!

I first experienced Cook Out driving home from Florida and loved it. The closest one to me was Fredericksburg VA, but now they have one open in Manassas. I have been twice and it's as good as I remember. I forgot how great their shakes were. Plus love on the tray you get 2 sides. I get fries and HUSH PUPPIES and OMG the hush puppies are great. I highly recommend this cookout. Staff is super friendly, helpful and fast service.

For the uninitiated - this is a southern (North Carolina) based fast food (burgers, fries, chicken, shakes, and even quesadillas) chain that operates a menu largely based on a la carte offerings with easily adjustable toppings (of which many possibilities exist) as opposed to focusing on pre set meal combinations. The burgers are adjustable in size/weight and are delicious!This location is clean, fast, and like other Cook Outs I've been to, the food is made to order fresh as far as I can tell. The staff was pleasant and efficient.

I am staying a couple days in Norfolk and wanted to try their burger out. I do like the way they set up the menu. Getting a burger with some custom toppings and a choice of sides was pretty sweet. The sides I chose, onion rings and hush puppies, were both crisp and freshly made. But I'm going to say this burger was more on the average side. It tasted an awful lot like a Burger King burger to me. Now I don't mind Burger King. But only if I expect Burger King. I expected something a little more flavorful here. I will say this though. The Oreo peanut butter shake... off the hook! Decent but not memorable is my verdict.

I had the cheddar style burger with a side of jalapeño cheese fries and onion rings with a peanut butter banana shake. It was okay. Visiting from California this food felt very unhealthy but take that with a grain of salt. It was still tasty; the shake was the best part. The service was great though and the place was super clean!

I walked in because of the name of this establishment, and I'm so happy I did. Cook out has mix and match menu of tasty options. My order is as big double burger with fries and onion rings; and got cook out style hot dog. The burger was so delicious, the bun was soft and the burger tasted like it came from the cook-out grill. Fries and onion-rings were tasty with cook-out sauce added to the goodness. Service was excellent Austin working front counter was awesome because I had some first timer questions. Cook out is counter service place with booth seating. Cook out is worth your time and effort. ***this place is Flight Attendant approved***

This location is amazing: Ftiendly employees and the food is always hot and taste good. So much better than all the other fast food places around it.

First time out on the east coast and my boss brought me here for lunch I have to say the food was absolutely delicious the burger are amazing food and service was awesome and the employees were very efficient and professional

Great cheap place to go RUINED by Karen's that hold up the line! 3 times I've come here and both lines have been held up by very rude obnoxious customers who just park their car there and wait! What in the world is wrong with people?The right drive through speaker box is also very badly damaged and you have to scream and repeat yourself multiple times to order.
