Taco Tuesday this was my first time at Colley Cantina and I was pleased. Parking was a little stressful due to traffic and I went at 5 pm but I ended up finding a spot. The restaurant is nice inside and I enjoyed the range of music they played. There were only 1-2 servers it seemed like so service wasn't horrible but was a little slow; however, our server was funny and nice. I ordered 4 beef hard tacos Baja style (9/10) they had a decent amount of toppings and were very juicy. I thought they were pretty yummy, just needed a little more seasoning. I also ordered a bowl of queso (7/10) it was alright, definitely lacked in taste. I also got a $5 strawberry margarita and it was so good (10/10). For dessert we ordered the churros (10/10). I definitely see myself going back for their taco Tuesday deal again.My overall rate of experience : 8/10

We recently stopped by Colley Cantina located on Colley Avenue in the heart of the Ghent section of Norfolk. Parking can sometimes be an issue but there is street parking, if you can find a spot.They weren't busy when we arrived so we grabbed a couple of seats at the bar. The bartender was pleasant and attentive. We had our drinks and menus in front of us very quickly.She made several recommendations about their different food options and we settled on the hot wings. We also split a garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette. The salad arrived quickly and all of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The vinaigrette was delicious as well.Almost as soon as we finished the salad, our wings appeared, it was like a well trained orchestra at work here with everything just naturally working together. Good job!The wings were piping hot and they were very tasty. Unlike some wings these were HUGE, very meaty and cooked to perfection!Check out Colley Cantina, you'll be glad you did and you can rest assured that you are supper out local restaurant community, because that's what it's all about!

When you find a spot that offers an upbeat environment, great food/ drinks and friendly staff, you stick with it! I'm not stranger to Colley Cantina (hello happy hour!) and was super excited to make it in time for Taco Tuesday after work. First off, $3 soft tacos & $2 crunchy tacos?!? WITH chips & salsa?! Phenomenal price and there is an option to choose from chicken and beef. Tacos arrived to the table fast, stuffed to the brim and hot. If you are in the area, this is the place to go!

Not a bad late night spot! The spicy margs are delicious. Service was great. Ambiance was chill and I ordered a burrito with shrimp that was slightly salty but still pretty good. I love that they're open later than most restaurants in the area.

Right off the bat service is amazing , first time coming here was craving tacos so my husband and I stopped the environment is chill people laughing I love it the food smells delicious!! Definitely come here if you want a drink after work !

I went with my bff after a movie at WRHO, and I really enjoyed it. I planned on getting a little bite to eat, and I haven't been in forever. I got the nachos with two dips (guacamole & melted cheese), and then a teeny side of salsa & sour cream. It was a good meal, the service was excellent, and $5 all day margaritas? Sign me up! I'll be back for more.PS- from an old customer, please bring back the tofu tacos!!!!

So I'm definitely a "maybe" on this one.... The lumpia was tasty! I wasn't impressed with my steak tacos . They came as a duo and I only ate one. There wasn't much flavor at all. No picture was necessary.As far as variety of food-- It is definitely a cantina with a little bit of everything- but your expectations low. It's more of a local bar with food than a Catina that is a setting for everyone. It seems that the ambiance of the place has somewhat been lost in its identity or lack of one. They weren't busy- so atleast we could meet with our friends without much distractions. It is right on colley Avenue so close to the University but parking as you can imagine is difficult.

Bartender Waitress personable. She was the only one working the bar and serving food. Ahi Tuna taco's we're delicious ($15) and the margaritas very tasty and strong ($5). Food and service good. Music - only played rap. Nothing against rap but it was crap for the beautiful day sitting outdoors,Good food and service. Should be playing a mix of Latino music (more of) and then other variety.

Food and service were excellent- had the Baja shrimp tacos and they were yummy! We will definitely be back.
