Just bought an rv from here. The staff/owners are SUPER friendly and willing to help in any way. I had an issue with hauling the rv and they were quick to assist eventhough it was after closing. They have my HIGHEST recommendation!

Coastal RV is a great place to buy your camper. Their motto is "We make camping affordable" and they really do. We bought our first camper from them and it was a great experience! We have bought from others since then, because of our impulsive tendencies and them not having what we were looking for. However, we always look there first. No other dealership has been able to give us the same level of friendly service. Check them out!

Great people to work with buying our new camper. Financing was smooth, the instructional walk-through was very knowledgeable and the whole atmosphere was like being with friends.

After our third purchase we will never buy from this dealer again. From sales, to finance to management we found them to be unprofessional, misogynistic, and argumentative.

I bought a new 5th wheel Sannpiper from Coastal rv last fall. As with anything new you purchase whether it is a new vehicle, home,boat, or in this case a 40' rv this sometimes need fixing or adjusting. I need both done. I called and explained what the issues were and Coastal told me to bring the unit in and they would take care of it. After a couple of weeks I received a call from Mandy, the service writer, and she said it's all fixed and I can pick it up. When I picked up the unit I had questions. Andy, the mechanic, was an expert with the repair of rv's and answered every question I had. The service was excellent and so were the repairs. And the best part was the unit was under warranty, so I didn't have to come out of pocket a dime! Great work! Thank you Coastal Rv,Billy Wilder

We have been very disappointed over the last few months by the lack of customer service that we have received from Sean, the service department manager. There has been no communication when requested repairs were not preformed and he laughed in my husband's face when he expressed concern about the brake failure that occurred when we were towing the trailer with our daughter in the truck. We escalated this issue to David, the owner, who decided that he would prefer to support his employee that mistreats customers instead of standing behind those paying customers who were treated so poorly. We were also waiting for parts to arrive for an insurance repair, only to find out months later that those parts were never ordered and they are now refusing to service the trailer that they sold us less than a year and a half ago. We prefer to support local, family owned businesses and frequently make recommendations to friends and family to help them do the same. Due to this experience we will definitely be telling them to steer clear of Coastal RV.

Service was exceptional from the time we stepped foot at the dealer until we left. We went there having a specific RV in mind but realized it wasn't what we were looking for. We gave the sales person our wants and was able to narrow down to our perfect RV. They say there aren't any perfect RVs, well this one was for us. Checked all of the boxes. For a small dealer we found what we were looking for while being taken care of from the entire staff. So glad we found Coastal RV. We are very happy.
