Good brews, and good entertainment. They had unique flavors on tap during the fall time including a few sours and a hard kombucha. The kombucha packs a powerful punch and almost tastes like apple cider vinegar, but it grows on you. They had a live singer/ambiance and was worth seeing all the kids rock out to her.Dog friendly place with a taco (food) truck outside for a quick bit.

Fun brewery in downtown Newport News right by the shipyard! Good selection of beers, nice staff and they let dogs in! On the day we visited they had Flame and Pie Pizzeria Food Truck on-site and their cheese bread sticks were delicious! Would like to try some of their other yummies! Seems like they have different food trucks and different events as well, so looking forward to coming back! Also large inside with plenty of seating!

The most prolific attribute of "Benedito's"persona, and hard-work, is representedin the Cantiere's name which means"dockyard" in Italian.Newport News, Virginia too many is theoriginal home of shipbuilding anddockyards. Located near one of thebiggest shipyards in the world, Cantiere'sis one of Benny's "worksites"for their huge 28' pies (pizzas). Now open and located in Downtown Newport News, justbehind City Hall, serving up giant/delicious slices and HUGE 28"pies for all of the pizza lovers out there. This location is outstanding and should be broadcasted more. I just so happened to stumble across this location with my lady friend and we will be here at least once a week from here on out. We had an amazing time creating our slices and had an even better time eating them. If the owner/hiring manager reads this review; please feel free to contact me, I'd love to partner/promote/and/or even work at the physical location. I had such an amazing experience and would love to be apart or this terrific pizza place. I've shared with all my friends and would love to work with you guys in the future.

My husband and I came here for a couple of hours to enjoy some beer, they have a nice selection and relaxing atmosphere. I got the sour slushy beer which was amazing and I'm not a beer drinker. The vibes of this place was spot on so if you're looking for a nice relaxing night out, try this place.

This place is fantastic! The atmosphere and people are amazing, not to mention a great selection of awesome beer! They were great in helping me pull off a surprise party for my husband and were extremely easy to work with. We love coming here and will continue to do so. Shout out to Seth, Sara, and Eric! Coastal Fermentory is the kind of place you'd like to keep secret but you know everyone deserves to experience it. Their newly released Hazy IPA "Logic is Logic" rivals Treehouse the IPA king of the east coast. Both of their stouts are delicious and strong without being too thick or heavy. If great beer wasn't enough they offer a fun and welcoming atmosphere with courteous, knowledgeable staff, food trucks (such as Nosh) Fri-Sun and live music Fri-Sat.

Grand opening. Delicious beers. Awesome staff. Food truck galore! What better place to spend a weekend??

I have yet to have a bad beer here. Great location especially if your trying to escape traffic on the 664. All staff are great. See you here soon.

amazing beer selection! great customer service. environment for the kids and adults. ample seating inside and outside which we loved. multiple food options inside which was nice. overall a great place to go any day of the week!
