Coach Outlet

This review is mostly for Drew, who was very supportive and helpful when my mom and I were shopping. She gave honest opinions, price checked multiple items for us, and lead us in the right direction for the gifts we were looking for. The store had a lot of options of cute purses AND great deals. It was a great place to spend too much money while waiting for a friend to land at the airport.

Horrible! Manager is a liar and racist ! When I walked in I go directly to the cashier counter and kindly asked someone to help me. Then the manager was there and she looked at me so mad and said "what do you want?" I ask like wtf I was just trying to return a bag I bought online. Then she told me I was out of the returning dates without looking my receipt! Excuse you? I am not! I called the -1800 number and I chatted online both customer services told me I was within the return policy dates I am allowed to get my credit back without any issues. Lucky I did a little research before going in to the store. Finally got my money back after waiting there an hour and barely customers were there. The manager rolled her eyes again to me then walked away without any apology not even a word! Disgusting people!

This Coach Outlet store in the Norfolk Premium Outlet complex is pretty big and very well stocked with tons of classic Coach items.They get new items often and feature colors and styles for holidays and upcoming specials. During my most recent visit they had just gotten a beautiful bubble gum pink pebbled leather feature color and had wallets, bags, and Mother's Day gifts in that color. This store has it all, jewelry, watches, perfume, scarves, bags, wallets, belts, men's items, etc. The men's section even had some nice leather duffel bags, wallets, and other items for my boyfriend to browse while I was looking. As Mother's Day is right around the corner, they had some really nice featured and suggested gifts near the registers that were adorable. They do this for every upcoming holiday and special occasion. A large selection of bags and wallets, all for great prices, most for 60-65% off the regular price. I also saw some Disney-themed items. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the register area was moving quickly and efficiently so there wasn't a long line despite the healthy amount of people inside looking while I was there.Loads of parking outside, easy to get into the Outlet shops area, and tons of other shopping and food nearby. If you are a Coach lover, this is a great place to come and browse.

Great store with a wide selection of products ranging from purses to jewelry to clothing. There are multiple discounts available and o even saw them change a sign in front of me from 50 to 70% off. Military 10% discount always in play. Ask for the small coach boxes when you purchase so you will have the perfect size gift box. The boxes are free. Ample staff roams the store and are very knowledgeable on the products.

My friend and I were lied to by sales personnel about the 10% military discount. We didn't have the military ID on us at the time of purchase and were told that we could receive an adjustment by bringing our receipts and military ID back to the store another day. However when we came back the next day with the ID and receipts, we were told that we couldn't get the adjustment because we didn't have the merchandise. None of the sales personnel who were there initially and witnessed the transaction stepped up when asked to corroborate what we were saying, displaying a lack of integrity and character. My friend and I will be returning our bags and have vowed to never shop at Coach Outlet again.
