CM Chicken Hampton

Sophia and I were in the area seeing what to catch for lunch. It has been a while since we stopped here so we decided to dine-in and see what they've been up to.We were greeted by the staff immediately after entering and got seated. There were a few people inside eating their meals. Their flatscreens were off but they had a mixture of Christmas music and pop playing on the speakers. A calm vibe indeed. After a few minutes, our food was ready. I ordered their honey garlic chicken tenders with curly fries. I noticed this flavor was added to the menu (don't know when exactly) and I'm glad they did. It was flavorful and well cooked. The honey didn't make it taste too sweet which is a good thing. There was also a slight kick to it as well but not overwhelming on my tongue. They had enough curly fries to take home which was the case for leftovers. And the food tasted well later on in the evening. Sophia ordered soy garlic wings with fries and enjoyed her meal as well.Thank you CM Chicken for having both if us full for the afternoon. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Till next time :)

I don't know what's happened in a couple of months. I haven't been here, but it did not taste the same.I don't know if the oil was older, however, the chicken seem to be less and more expensive. Not entirely sure how that happened.The taste wasn't even the same usually get the soy garlic and something was unfortunately just lacking today

The restaurant was not busy, but it was windy and rainy out, when we walked in. The server immediately came and took our drink order. Came back quickly with drinks and answered somequestions we had about spice levels. I ordered the garlic spicy wings with curly fries and my co-worker got the garlic soy wings with curly fries. The food came out quickly and served hot and fresh. The wings were AMAZING! Not too spicy and had a delicious flavor. The fries were good as well. To be honest, the wings were filling enough that I could've left off the fries.Definitely worth giving a shot!

I love Korean fried chicken so much that I drove an hour to get here just for their food. They are one of the best Korean fried chicken places in Virginia. There used to be one nearby, but it closed down during the pandemic. I tried two different locations after that, but neither had Tikkudan. Tikkudan is a fried chicken dish where the chicken (wing or tender) is coated with sauce and then put back into the oven to cook. This method helps the chicken absorb the flavor of the sauce and prevents it from getting soggy. The finished product has a light charcoal flavor.I noticed the price is getting higher since the pandemic. they offered lunch special which is not really anything special when the price is lower but portion cuts half. Service was a bit off, the waitress gave us the menu then never came back to take order, i had to walk over to the counter and saw they were just talking behind the counter ignoring the customers.

I ordered chicken tenders, tasted very good, fries were served first in basket with paper liner. Top complaint price seperate for each item no combo with side and drink. 2nd no military or any discount, 3rd no free refills on drink serve you bottled or can soda. The placeHad single row of tables sitting beside wall. Most customer took order to go. Menu had price increases wrote in, instead of printing new menu. Overall food good price to high no discounts or specials available.

Korean Fried Chicken. Cant beat it.Got some for my my mom and her work (they are all Korean) and they couldnt stop talking about it. only down fall, is its pricey for what you get. I rank my decisions to eat somewhere again as:1 star - if someone else buys it I won't eat it, I would rather go hungry.2 star - if I'm hungry, no other options are open and someone buys it - I would consider eating it3 star - I'm ok with eating it as long as someone else pays4 star - I will eat again and pay for it and be a semi-regular customer5 star - I will travel for good food and pay good money and be back on a regular basis and maybe even pay for yours just so we can go

I am not playing or over exaggerating when I say... THIS IS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN I HAVE WVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Hands down CM chicken is my favorite wing spot in all of Virginia.they care so much they give you instruction on how to properly take the chicken home in a box and bag. I love these people , the service is amazing they care so much, the Ambiance is perfect not to much light not too dark tv music and the smell of bomb food. A price of Korea right here in Hampton

Worst experience! Chicken was iced cold. The Mountain Dew soda was the best part of the meal...

Hubby and I was looking for a good spot to get some chicken from. So we decided to give this place a try and babeee let me tell you this place did not disappoint. We got the garlic spicy chicken wings, onion rings, bulgogi rice and vegetables bowl and the bulgogi mandu Korean dumplings. Everything was so so good cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The chicken was nice and crispy just how I like it. The customer service was excellent everyone kept checking on us to make sure we were doing good. The place is nice inside. The ambiance was perfect. This place is definitely a must try. We will definitely be back soon.

Great chicken! My pregnant wife enjoyed the plain wings. It is worth the price. Great wings to heat up after a night out.
