Beautiful grounds, very quiet and serene. Room was great but coffee maker broken (replaced as soon as I notified them) The rooms are huge and you have everything you need!

This is our second visit to Wyndham Resort, Governor's Green. It was a great place to stay once again. The staff is friendly from the moment you pull in. The space is clean and accommodating. The only bummer is my car was hit in the parking lot. They do say to park at your own risk which I did but sadly my car did not win this time! Even parked in the 3rd to last spot away from the building. That said, we love visiting and will most likely visit again.

Absolute worst experience ever. Talk about pressure sales, and the rooms are awful. I don't understand why and how people can keep paying for that crap. Rude staff and awful amenities. I would rather spend 4 days in prison than spend a night with these awful people.

On the first day of my vacation, Hotels.com called me to let me know Wyndham cancelled my reservation just three days before I was supposed to stay there. Wyndham never reached out and, when I called them, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They told me they prioritize the "owners" over people booking for a single stay. I am unlikely to stay at a Wyndham in the future.

This is the perfect spot if you are doing a vacation in the historic triangle. It's right in the middle of everything. I expected the hit up for the time share but they weren't pushy about it. Keyless entry and an easy to navigate area. We rented thru VRBO at $96 a night for a two bedroom. That's a great deal until you tack on the resort fee. Still, the amenities were nice even though we only used the pool. Lots of other things to do. When you check in, you find out whether you got a two bedroom or upgraded to three. We got upgraded which was nice. Full kitchen. Dining table and living area. Big bathrooms. Lots of outlets. A great overall experience at

I booked this resort for 5 days and absolutely enjoyed my time spent there. I booked us for the day before we landed so that we could check in when we landed (around 9am) instead of waiting for check-in at 4:30. I called before I booked to make sure they wouldnt mark us as a no-show for showing up the next day, they assured me that was fine. I went to check in and they said my room wasnt ready, I told them we had a check-in date of yesterday and called ahead, apparently when people dont show up on check-in day, the cleaners reclean the rooms, thankfully we were able to get everything cleared up and we were in our room. The cleaners were still in there when we arrived but it wasnt an issue. Our room was very spacious, clean and had a great view. The property has a lot of amenities (which we didnt take advantage of due to our packed schedule). The location is great, not too long of a drive to get anywhere and Lyft drivers were able to find us easily. Staff was super nice and even brought us a bunch of tea packets when my sister wasnt feeling well. I would definitely stay here again. You should definitely rent a car if you choose this property to make your time more enjoyable and it is free parking.

There's always a catch. They have high pressure, high impact sales tactics, deceptive practices and essentially if you walk into a club, Wyndham sales office, it should be 1000% buyer beware. They do every sleazy and nasty trick in the book. They refused to answer questions directly. When one sales rep can't get you to do what they want, they turn you over to another and over and over and over and the practice repeats itself until you are worn, thin and unable to resist and become frustrated and walk out. it is the absolute worst experience that I have ever had in a "new and improved" timeshare situation. Do not recommend, do not stay here and most certainly do not buy into their timeshare because it is a contract that you will never be able to get out of. a Wyndham contract is like herpes, once you have it you have it for life and you will never get rid of it. I am considering consulting law firm to get out of this because I don't want to continue to give Wyndham a single penny of my money. If I could rank this place zero points I would.

This hotel looked amazing when we pulled in well manicured grounds. Clean main building. With a big family I was excited that it was made for families and we could all stay in one suite. The playgrounds were nice and the mini golf as fun for the kids. When we got to our room/suite the room had never been dusted. There were no extra blanket or sheets for the pull out coach. If the people in the rooms around us used hot water we didn't have any. When I asked about this the team member said I would have to wait until the water heater caught up then I could use it. So I never did get to use the Jacuzzi do to never had enough hot water to fill it. When I told the front desk the next morning about my room not being cleaned. I was told to text my complaint to a number with pictures. So I did and was told they would come clean the room. I told them that would be great but we where not there. They said no problem we will take care of it. When we got back to the room at 2pm the bedding for the pull out was outside in a bag by our door. At 4pm I asked why no one had come and they said there was a do not disturb sign and that they tried to reach out to me. There was not a sign on the door and no one called or text me.As for the heated indoor pool the temperature on the wall was 61 degrees. It felt like ice and was too cold to use. With the dust and mold around the unit I am really concerned on the cleanness of the other units. I asked the manager for a discount and was told I have to go through my booking site.

Recently spent a few nights in a three bedroom suite and I would say it's a wonderful place to stay.In the three bedroom suite everything is included- washer/dryer- dishwasher- plates/dishes everything you need in a kitchen Restaurants/shopping is only a few minutes drive away so you can cook dinner if you wishMany activities are on the hotel grounds such as a full mini golf course which isn't anything fancy but it's still fun, there is indoor pool for the times it's too cold outside, and a small fitness room.A huge plus if you are staying with friends is that everyone gets their own room key so everyone can do their own thing.

Would not recommend!! Within 2 days we had already killed more bugs than I can count. Most were in our bathrooms but the kitchen also had a roach my husband killed! To top it off we were told months before our trip that my daughter who struggles with ptsd, panic & anxiety attacks could bring her emotional support dog that she relies on daily. It went fine all week until our last night. We got a nasty call from the front desk telling us they had gotten complaints about a dog barking & we had to leave because we brought an animal without asking. We informed them we did ask, we have the name of your employee that told us we could bring our dog & she told us there was no need to check her in the front when we arrived. (Which I thought was weird) the front desk woman very rudely replied that you are not allowed to leave animals alone in the room (which we were never told) We also tried to explain that our dog had been with us every day but that particular day she stepped on a thorn & injured her paw-so we left her at home to sleep while we played putt-putt right down the street. The woman again said we cannot bring a dog & threatened that we need to leave, luckily our checkout was 10am the next day. For context My daughters dog has gone to several places with us, Gatlynberg, Indianapolis, Florida-and we had never been so disrespected & rudely spoken to! I am an owner at Westgate & we never have an issue with them. I will not be returning to this facility or any other Wyndham owned property! I have also taken the dog with my daughter to our local service dog training facility for almost a year. They said since my daughter doesn't have a disability she is not eligible for a service dog only an emotional support animal.
