This place was recommended by a person in my office. It was easy to call up and place the order and it's not too far from VB town center. It's 2 stores down from the food Lion. They have a website for ordering and they're on Beyond Menu (app) too.The parking lot and this part of VB Blvd is older and a little run down. But it's easy to get in/out, there is a light close by that's not slow. The speed bumps aren't too bad.My food was great! The sauce wasn't too thick and tasted good. My chicken was nice and I enjoyed all the vegetable variety in the Chicken with Mixed Vegetables. It came in a cool eco-friendly packaging. Rice was getting a little dry, but no big deal.Definitely the new place for fast-food Chinese near work.

Definitely the best tasting Chinese takeout in the area. It actually has spice on the dishes it claims too. Most takeouts are just sweet to me even with general tso chicken. The general tso and lumpia are amazing! It's 10 min further than the place next to my house but it is absolutely worth the extra drive

One of the best Chinese spots! I can NEVER get good Chinese in Charlotte so it is a priority to get this on the way home. This spot & no #1 Chinese off Lynnhaven are my faves but I choose this one over the other if I have a choice. They are always so friendly and remember my husband every time & gives him a sweet tea. We love these people & it goes a long way when they show they appreciate our business the pork fried rice & chicken wings always hit. Chicken wings are big too. You get 4 which is plenty for how big they are. Egg rolls are delish. The shrimp fried rice is even good too.

Literally the best sesame chicken I've ever had. Order it crispy and you will thank me later. Their egg rolls are a little boring though. I typically order on Postmates and I swear I get the food to my door within 20 minutes of ordering, they are so so fast. We love Chinatown and won't eat Chinese anywhere else!

What can I say? It's not the best Chinese food I've ever tasted but I continue to go because it's close and cheap. The employees are friendly and the food comes out pretty fast. They are not stingy with portion sizes either. My favorite thing to get is the crab rangoon and chicken with broccoli. The garlic wings are really good as well. If you're in the local area you won't be disappointed.

Came here on Friday night, and I ordered the Pork Fried Rice, and my Wife got the Chicken with Mixed Veggies,and 2 Egg Rolls. About 8 minutes later, our food is ready, and we start to eat.Wife and I were very impressed with the food since we're both born and raised in NYC, and we know Chinese Food! LOL! Food was very good, and looking forward to trying the other Food they have here, and it is very reasonable. Much cheaper than NoVA! LOL!Can't wait to come here again, and also found out that the Owners are from NYC as well! LOL! That's great that they know what the customers want, and give to them in a reasonable time and fashion.

VaChinatown is our go to place for Chinese food. Not only is it fast, good and inexpensive but we are lucky enough that we are close. We've been visiting VaChinatown for a long time and have tried many menu items. Currently, our favorites are the lo mein, general tso, egg foo young, sesame chicken and, my "crack", fried pork dumpling. But, we mix it up and are rarely disappointed. The Chinese food staples of egg rolls and fried rice keep my husband coming back for more. He LOVES them. The egg foo young and pork lo mein are some of the best that I have had anywhere. This place knocks the socks off PF Changs and other more expensive places. Though the prices, like everywhere, have gone up- it is still a great value. They give you enough food to have it for dinner and then for lunch the next day.I don't like spicy food, so I'm happy that they give you a choice as to heat. My husband loves the general tso and chooses mild heat. We've been in there often enough that they know what we like. If we order something out of the ordinary, they notice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We've eaten at other Chinese restaurants and quite honestly we usually miss our neighborhood place. It compares favorably to much higher priced places.

Super friendly staff and consistently really good Chinese food. More of a takeout place- but we eat inside sometimes and food is always served really quickly! Recommend to anyone in the area. Really close to us so we always order from Chinatown!

I ordered chicken with cashews combo (which comes with fried rice & egg roll) & ordered beef lumpia appetizer; I was very disappointed. I asked for a chicken with cashews to be spicy and it was not the pork fried rice was just OK and the beef lumpia had more vegetables than beef in it. The egg roll was very good and I'm not a big eggroll person. I probably will not be going back. I would prefer to drive distance to go to the Chinese restaurant I had been going to off of pleasure House Road.

Dear hungry bellies, the food is by far the best compared to other restaurants in the area. Yes, the food isn't 'salty' neither is it undercook (where's grammar when I need it ?! lol) . Also, customer service is really outstanding; employees talk nicely to me and smile even when I'm looking hungry and grumpy. And angry. Furthermore, the parking and location is a plus... right next to food lion where I get groceries. Not sure why I'm advertising and now the place will be overrun with foodies like 'mi-self.' Bon appétit (not sure how to say this in Chinese dialect)
