If I could give no stars, I would. I called in an order to go but the guy working there kept me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and redialed them, asked if I could place a to go order. The man yelled...YELLED...at me "I'm busy!" Wow. If you're working by yourself, you can at least let me know instead of RUDELY yelling at a customer who has ordered from you for 5 years. In a city where there are so many Chinese fast food places, I would definitely go farther than this spot near my house. Never again will we be coming/ordering from here.

Been my go to takeout spot for 10 years+. Their food is always good and consistent. Same family been working there since I started going there. Not the best customer service but what Chinese spot does? Frankly if they aren't borderline rude, short answered, and saying "10 minute" everytime you order on the phone no matter the size of the order, I DON'T WANT IT! lol Highly recommend

I ordered shrimp egg fu young. Food was hot and ready when I picked it up. Restaurant staying in compliance with social distancing. Gravy was delicious and they do give you a lot of rice (which I couldn't finish). Will return again.

You know those places that you go into and you just get an uneasy feeling the minute you walk in the door? This is one of those places. The customer service is nonexistent at best, and everything about the sitting area just feels old and dirty. I'd be terrified to read a health code report of this place. The flavor of their food isn't bad really. I wouldn't call it great, but I've had much worse. If you like lots of veggies and extras in your rice you'll probably like their fried rice quite a bit. Their general tso has a decent amount of kick to it, but it's nothing overly flavorful. Average taste, average value, below average customer service, and a filthy eating area. There are many better options.

Ordered chicken wings here because I was craving them and the lady at the front was so sweet and patient even though it was super busy! The chicken wings were delicious too! Will definitely be coming back.

Wow. Don't waste your time trying to be a customer here. Came in for a lunch carry out. Left looking for food somewhere else. Rude woman at the counter fit the exact negative stereotype. What a shame I took my money elsewhere!

We placed a $70 order through Postmates. We didn't wind up getting half of what we ordered, and when we called, they had no interest in helping us and told us we called the wrong number. The food that made it here if halfway decent at least, but we won't be ordering from here again.

Outstanding!! Best food in the area. Customer service was fantastic! Highly recommend.

So ordered chow mein. No noodles. Was cool with that figured they might be busy and forgot so I called. But the lady answered and stated yelling at me that she put the noodles in there yelling over and an over. Heard someone in the back talking to her and she was yelling at the guy then told me " I gave you noodles!!" Then hung up on me!! Yeeeeahhh you didn't and that's not very professional at all. I get having a moment but wow. Went up there to get it fixed and even more of a problem!!! Apparently customers do NOT come first if this woman is working!!! I do NOT recommend going there or even ordering if you want your food created or even delivered correctly, especially without a drama-filled-yelling-at-you-experience about how YOUR ARE WRONG experience isn't wanted.

After a really long day, I was looking for a quick and delicious meal for my family on the drive home. I stopped at China Wok because it is just across the way from my house and I was hopeful that I had made a good decision. Everyone in my family LOVED their meal, even my often picky kiddos. I only waited about 15 mins for my order, the food was nice and hot, and very reasonably priced! We will be back soon!
