Amazing food and great service! Come here all the time. Prices are also fairly cheep

Food arrived hot and portions were large. 2 items were missing but they were promptly delivered. I will definitely order from here again.

Worst experience ever! I placed my order online and arrived 20 mins later. The woman told me that the food wasn't ready, to go outside and she will call me when it's ready. I waited 40 minutes! I finally went back inside and she acted like she'd never seen me before. My food had been sitting waiting for who knows how long. I asked if the food was cold and she touched the bag and said it was hot. I brought the food home and 75% of it was not what I ordered. The food that we did order was terrible! The Egg Foo Young was burnt to a crisp and greasy and of course, everything else was cold and tasted bad (except the Bourbon chicken)! I called to speak to them and the woman kept screaming at me how busy she was and hanging up on me. She hung up three times! DON'T GO HERE!!!

I am so grateful for New China Star. When everyone had closed down on me, New China Star was there for me and my Chinese addiction. The food is good. It has become my favorite Chinese Restaurant Spot. Please try it.

Our favorite Chinese spot, we go here a lot. The food is always delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Prices are cheap and you get a huge amount, just like all Chinese places. The staff is friendly

Ordered take out. It was absolutely horrible. I might as well have threw $40 in the trash. I tried a bite of each thing I ordered... all terrible. I recommend china ocean which is right down the street and their food has never disappointed me.

Fantastic beef and broccoli tonight! Love their sweet and sour chicken and general tsos chicken!

This is not a robot and I am not some randomized persona. There is no doubt this is the best Chinese restaurant in Virginia. The quality of the food and the price well never be matched by any restaurant. I have lived in this area for three years and every time I try something new it doesn't compare. Anyone who lives in the should try their chicken teriyaki, egg foo young, beef and broccoli, and the seafood delight. They are such hard working people who produce a great product. Why they don't have chain restaurant is probably due to the fact they provide such good food for so little in return. Please try some of their food you will not regret it.

I just use Yelp to find places, I don't really leave reviews. Only reason i'm leaving one is so that i can add pictures of the menu , cause I mean it's 2020 and you don't have pictures of your menu posted!?! Unacceptable. Food is fine. All chinese take out is the same. can't convince me otherwise.
