I've been getting food from this restaurant for four years consistently. It's hit or miss if my food is going to be cook per my request. But it's still edible. That changed recently my last three orders my food was not good.I don't know if they got a new cook. But they need an another one. The first order nasty order was General Tso's chicken. The chicken was cook to long and the sauce tasted weird. But my other food was okay. So I just didnt order it the second time.The second order chicken wings and fries were over cook. The shrimp egg rolls were extremely oily. Threw those away. I reluctantly order this last time. Because as I stated before, I've been ordering food from them for four years and I've never had this bad of an experience.This last time it wasn't even edible. I ordered wings and fries. Wings were fine, fries were over cooked. Shrimp lo mein noodles were soggy and the shrimp were overcooked it was disgusting. I have one bite and tried to take the next bite. But I just couldn't do it. I called the restaurant and spoke with two different managers, one female and one male who heard my concerns and say they will call me right back. It's been six hours and I have not heard back from either one.The last phone call I made. I let them know that they were about to close and I still have not heard from anyone and reference to my food being disgusting, I still have the food because the first manager let me know that they need the food, but they did not resolve my issue. Go to another restaurant.They don't care about the quality of food or their customers and doesn't matter if you a long-term customer or not, I would never order anything from this restaurant ever again good riddance

Best House Special Lo Mein I've tasted in this Area! Which includes Fresh Mushrooms! Dish is Cooked perfectly. The WonTon Soup is delicious as well. It's a little Spicy, but Fresh and very tasty! Now the restaurant claims no spicy spices added.

My Mom placed an order for delivery. The order was missing several items and one of the dishes were wrong. She called four times to explain. The man who answered the first time hung up on her, not once but 4 times. He told her, "we know" and that was it. No refund, no new order, nothing. If I could give zero stars I would.

China Inn decided not to send multiple items with an order, charge the entire price, and decided when called to hang up 4 times on a senior citizen. Pleas avoid ordering from here.

Fast and decent Chinese food. I've been there a few times, and they are consistently fast and the order is always correct and hot.

Never have I been so impressed with an orange-flavor chicken chef's special, that I can not do another thing until I tell everyone about it! It was divinely breaded; not so textured as to bruise my gums, and not a hint of gumminess, nor mush. There were a few actual orange peels left as a garnishment. This small detail lended true distinction to the meal, for it is a satisfying remnant of the deliciousness in which the flavor is born. I haven't ordered from China Inn before and I'd like all to know that this restaurant is the first of its kind to stand out among its many peers. And, I had placed my order for delivery close to their closing time and this spoke volumes about their prompt service and acute attention to detail.

Ordered from here for last 5 years or so was never great but was kinda average, maybe a 3, but was good enough in a pinch and was convenient. Been about a year and tried again and almost could not eat it. Fried wontons had no flavor and were soggy. Rice was cold. Orange beef was over battered almost no orange and really wasn't even sure it was beef. Beef and broccoli was over sauced. Definitely never trying again.

Terrible! We ordered for delivery like we have done many many times before and they POISONED ME. I ordered chicken chow mein because I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO SEAFOOD AND MY DISH ARRIVED WITH SHRIMP BURIED IN IT! I will now be sick for several days with diarrhea and vomiting until the contaminated food leaves my system. I called when I found the shrimp and spoke to a manager who called the owner and I was offered a free order of chicken chow mein. so a $9 comp is all my health and life are worth. WHAT ABOUT MY MEDICAL BILLS OR TIME OFF FROM WORK? YOU POISONED ME! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ROTTEN TO THE CORE! you may find us outside their establishment with a sign soon. THEY TRIED TO KILL ME!

The only reason I am giving two stars is because most of my order was right. I was super excited to have chow mein for dinner but i only got beef. I had called hoping to get my missing noodles but instead the man was rude and arguing with me that chow mein doesn't have noodles. At least my boyfriend got to enjoy his soup.

I'd give them negative stars if I could. Worst Customer Service - our delivery order was not complete but that happens. We informed the delivery driver we were missing items and he said he'd bring them. After waiting 45 minutes, we called for a status update and were told they were not bringing the rest of the order - they would "get us next time". Meanwhile, our food had grown cold while waiting for the missing items and no one even bothered to call to tell us they weren't coming back. This isn't the first time this has happened with this establishment and they did not remember to "get us next time" Absolutely horrible customer service not to mention they took our money and didn't provide the ordered food. There are dozens of Chinese restaurants in this area and we'll take our business elsewhere and I'd recommend others do the same.
