The chicken was dry, and other stuff was tasteless and gross. I do not recommend doing here!

A couple weeks ago I order food everything was great until i opened the food for the prices on the food I expected more pork meat this platter had more veggies then meat. So I called the restaurant the lady took my order answered and said she could refund my money but the other manager said no refund credit on account. Well a couple weeks later I ordered food again and the lady wasn't working but another supervisor came and told me she doesn't have credit on my account and I told her it was promised to me and she still refused to refund me my money so I lost the refund on my food and no credit on my account. She was rude and unhelpful. Last time I order this place over priced for the customer service you get

Over priced microwave food. Worst Chinese food I've had. I've never thrown leftover Chinese in the trash until today. Their General Tso's looked like chicken soup

Before this restaurant is the best in town now they are the worst restaurant.I thing they change the cook or owned.food quality is bad i hope they management need look back.

We have been ordering from here for a good long time and it USED to be the best Chinese around. That is no longer the case. It has been been getting gradually worse, but it has now gotten to the point where the food is no longer edible. We recently ordered lunch from them and every single entree was terrible. Not cooked correctly, no meat, and drenched in unappetizing and unpleasant sauce. The "fried" rice was not. It was white rice with MAYBE a tiny but of soy and a tablespoon of veggies. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend China Harbor.

Good option for take out near beach. Finding a Chinese restaurant in vb is a challenge. China harbor is very close to us and ordering was fast and easy. I ordered beef and broccoli, lo mein and dumplings. All were decent. Beef meat was a shaved meat vs more a steak meat. Price was just $25 for plenty of food!

I love this place so much. They can honestly make anything in the menu gluten free. I am so happy. It's so hard to find good Chinesse food that accommodates gluten free

I used to love this place. I'll never order from them again. Today I ordered lunch. Half way through eating, I scooped up a spoon of rice, and deep in the rice was this long white hair. (Maybe really blonde but appeared white to me). I immediately stopped and called them. The girl who answered (pretty sure it's the same shorter lady who delivered it to me) argued with me that no one has white hair so it must be mine. I have dark brown hair. No one in my home even has blonde hair, let alone white. I explained this. She offered to bring me a new meal, but to be honest, I lost my appetite at the long hair in my food and had no desire for a replacement. She stated they don't do refunds, but she could bring me more food. I'm sorry, but when I find hair in my food, I dont want more of your food. I understand mistakes happen. I would have been completely happy with a refund or even a replacement for next time, I would have been back. But how she handled it on the phone arguing and being rude, I will not be back. (Sidenote incase the restaurant reads this: you don't have to have a worker with white/blonde hair for it to end up in the food. It could have come from a delivery, from a customer and picked up on your clothing, etc.- when a long time customer assures you this hair was deep in the rice, don't argue with them that it couldn't have possibly come from the restaurant when it's clear it did.)

Ordered the hot and sour soup and the beef schezwan. The only flavor was salt. Way too much tofu in the soup and the schezwan was all onions. Stay away!

Pre-breaded dried up horrible food. This place took a nose dive and turned into the city wok from South Park. We called and they didn't care at all they said they've been here screwing it up for ever! All these recent reviews are 100% true they stopped caring a while ago stop going. Honest to god we can't tell any difference in either of our dishes it's all just drowned in sauce and sent out. Do yourself a favor and suck it up and drive to no1 Chinese's on shore drive or Chens wok, or go hungry. The frozen food section at the grocery store is better. If your in the mood to be extremely disappointed this is the place for you !
