The lunch special is well priced at 7.95, and comes with a can of soda. The food is hot and fresh every time I've been. Only negative is there is no restroom.

This is THE best affordable takeout I have ever had, in any city I've lived in. I eat here at least twice a month. When someone visits me from out of town, I always pick China Dragon up so I can blow their minds because it really is better than all the rest. They have good quality vegetables and they know how to properly cook tofu. The lo mein is phenomenal, not greasy, perfect amount of veg, nice grill taste. Best of all, they are consistent. The dishes you order will taste the same the next time you order it. This is a small family operation and they know what they're doing.

Let me say first that the service was friendly and the prices are great. The food however, just wasn't very good. We ordered a few things- Sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli, wonton soup, and egg rolls. The chicken was cut in a weird way...the best way I can describe it is mini chicken strips, but super tiny like half inch, almost like a tiny tortilla strip. The beef was really fatty and inedible. We were sad because we really wanted to like this place.

Good Chinese. Tastes good. Better than most in our area. Preparation is quick. Average prices.

Cheap and consistent. The quality of their meat is pretty good and they've been pretty quick both times I went. Great spot to grab a quick lunch

When moving to this side of town, we had to find that take-out Chinese spot. Doesn't every neighborhood and area in Hampton Road have "their Chinese spot"? We needed to find that when you are in a pinch for time, hungry, and want something different. Chinese is that for us about once a month. We tried a few places and were very disappointed. I did my own Yelp search looking at reviews and I saw this place. Everyone told us this certain restaurant close to General Booth and Damn Neck was the best around here and I did consider that but this particular time, we were hungry and it all looked good to me plus much closer. We ordered and I got the house special Egg Foo young. to me, that will test the waters on a few things quickly as to how the rest will be. They cooked it fast and got it home piping hot. The Eggs were clean looking (most of the time it could have that dirty brown look) as if the wok was freshly cleaned and the rice nice and sticky with good flavors. The gravy sauce itself was very good which sold it for me. The rest of the food was also cleanly cooked and the wife was not dis-satisfied with her General Tso's which to this day, her favorite has come from another spot over by Bonney Road that she compares all of it too. Because of how fresh and clean it was and not a long wait, she was satisfied with it and became our spot for takeout. Recently we did try "the other spot" and didn't find it to be as clean or flavorful. It was good but more pricy and nothing much different to make us want to shy away from this place. Maybe I will try a main course at the other to really get a good review of these two but for now, China Dragon is right for us and will remain the our "spot"!

We wanted Chinese food and gave this take out a try. I called to place and order and we ordered the shrimp egg foo young, beef and broccoli and General tso chicken and lo mein. The flavors were really good and it tasted fresh. This will be our Chinese food take out spot now. It must be a popular spot too cause when I called it was a 45minute wait for pick up. They are open for takeout during COVID and if you go in to pick up your food if it's not ready they will give you a call, you just have to wait outside or in your car.

Real authentic Chinese food. The taste is amazing, I would ordered from this restaurant everyday for a whole week and each dish was amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are also fair compare to most places

For a quick tummy filling meal, this is your place! Friendly take out Chinese food that is big on portions and has good flavour. Love the lomein noodles!
