We love our school. My daughter is in the infants and childtime has been amazing for a first time mom transitioning to daycare. I love getting photos and updates all throughout the day. My daughter loves getting to eat school breakfast, lunch, and snacks, and it's so nice not to worry about packing food or diapers/wipes. My daughter will actively leap out of my arms into her teachers arms and start waving goodbye to me. I love being able to see what she's doing throughout the day by using the cameras, and love some of the things I see, such as my daughter getting extra hugs after her nap or getting special book time from her teachers.

My boys have been attending Childtime Tiffany for 4years now and we all love it! My boys love their teachers. Jamie (pre-school teacher) is amazing, she's so great with the kids, we were so sad she was no longer my youngest teacher daily. But he loves seeing her and telling her about his day at big boy school and his weekends. Amber in the office is amazing she's great with the kids and is always here for us when there are any issues. She's been so amazing with us and working on keeping the school, teachers and students safe during this whole COVID-19. Amber needs to be promoted to Director of ChildTime Tiffany!!

I just wanted to say that the director I met with here really helped me in the process to get my child enrolled. They answered all my calls and emails promptly as I am new to this daycare thing. We are just getting started but the process was smooth, informative, and pain free. Thank you! Tiffany Lane Location.

I rarely write reviews but I was completely appalled by the way Child time treated my child. I heard raving reviews about Child Time through family members and how great of an experience they had. When it was time for my child to attend daycare, I was really excited to attend Childtime. I contacted the director at the time in March of 2022 and was advised they would have a spot for my daughter who was 12 months at the time in July. I communicated with the director Ms Ramos for months in between and filled out all the registration info to make sure my daughter was able to receive a spot in the toddler class. My daughter wore a cranial helmet at the time and was also not walking. I told this to Ms. Ramos. I was then told I needed to fill out accommodation form. At the time I was told it was because she wore the cranial helmet and they wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause a distraction which I'm not sure why it would. So I took the form to have it completed by my daughters doctor. I was then told by Ms Ramos that my daughter could start July 5. I sent a message to the director on 06/21/2022 and she advised no other information was need and she can start 07/05/2022 after the holiday. I entered Childtime on 07/05/2022 and was greeted by the assistant director telling me my daughter wasn't sup to start until July 11, 2022 and the director I previously spoke with was no longer there and also advised she will have to have an Accomadation day where she will come in and they will observe and approve if my daughter could be in the toddler class because she still wasn't walking. I said ok and brought her Thursday July 7, 2022. I had access to the cameras. The whole day they let my child cry at the teachers feet and they would not pick up my daughter at all even if it was just for a second to comfort her. There was 3 teachers who took turns holding another child ALL day and would not give my daughter any attention. I went to pick up my daughter and never returned. I never received a Call back nor did I feel like they wanted her there because she wasn't walking or was not doing what the other children were doing. Childtime made me feel as if my child was not wanted.

Just wanted to warn everyone to avoid Childtime on Tiffany Lane in VB. We started there at the beginning of the year and have had experience with three of the classrooms. They went through 3 directors and two interim directors in that time and the most recent one is awful. Multiple staff members carry/drag children by one arm in the infant classroom, toddler classroom, and twos classroom. They have choking hazards in the toddler room and only removed items when I called in multiple times about it. They have had so many teachers assistants in the twos room there is no consistency. I caught a teacher on camera pick up a little boy in the twos by his arm, forcefully put him down, lower her mask while "talking" to him and pointing her finger in his face. They tell you they don't do time out and I have seen them do time out so many times. They have been out of ratio multiple times. They send toddlers outside to play in the cold without their jacket, even though the jacket is hanging up in the cubby. The kids came home multiple times with really bad bruises, when I would call the school once we got home I would be told oh ya we forgot to tell you and will have an incident report for you tomorrow. Didn't get an incident report half the time. We were told we could send a stuffed toy for nap, it would never be used and blankets would be taken away. How do they expect toddlers to sleep when they have their home comforts taken away. When we asked multiple times to have a parent teacher conference we were pushed off and told they would figure out a time we could. We were asked the morning of if we could come in at lunch to have it, we couldn't because of work and were never given another opportunity for one even after asking multiple times. We stayed with them for longer than we should have to try and keep consistency and make sure we weren't being dramatic. I contacted CPS and the licensing board and was asked the teachers names so I asked the director for the names of the two new assistant teachers and she wouldn't give them to me. They use WatchMeGrow for cameras and brightwheel to update families. I was told that the problem was that my husband and I watched the cameras, not that teachers were physically and mentally harming children. I did file a report with the licensing board so hopefully something happens, but wanted to share my experience as well.

We had ordered pictures for our son from Chiltime for the cost of $100.00. After waiting 3 months for these photos to arrive I was forced to place my trust in the company to mail them to me at their earliest convenience, as I was moving to WI. After 20+ phone calls, promises made to us that they would overnight our child's photos to us, the management had neglected to do anything at all. They had after some time given these photos to a random employee to "deliver" to us. We had to track down this employee and see where our photos were. They said they would mail them that day and we would have them the next day. When we didn't receive them after one week we attempted to reach out and we were ignored. After contacting a friend, we were able to track down the employee who had "misplaced" the photos and almost a year after ordering the photos the employee "found" them after we contacted Chiltime management who was "disgusted" that they were not delivered to us. They were delivered this morning 22Sep2018 at 11a.m. Upon opening our package, the photos were not in there originally sealed package and show what appears to be melted together, not a single photo is useable and a complete waste of almost a years' time and my finances. Chldtime at Tiffany Lane is completely unreliable and if they can't even manage getting the photos of your child to you the customer how can you trust them to care for your children?
