Chef Todd Ramsey

I CANNOT recommend Chef Todd Ramsey enough!! We haven't stopped telling folks about our parents anniversary dinner since he left. We will 100% be scheduling dinner with Chef Ramsey on our vacation to town next year. Chef Todd, and his event coordinator Kristen, were extremely helpful with our plans, and they were always attentive and quick to respond. The food was honestly to die for. After every dish of our 7 course dinner, we all said "that course could have been the meal itself and we'd be beyond satisfied!" But the courses just kept getting better and better. Chef Todd was a true magician in the kitchen, and also a saint for putting up with our rowdy dinner crowd. We look forward to the next dinner!

Came over and prepared five course dinner. Mark and Candice were awesome. Very attentive. Wonderful meal and so easy for the guests. Can't explain how excellent this was.

Our hor d'oeuvres and dinner for 6 people prepared by Chef Ramsey was absolutely amazing!! This was a double birthday celebration and Chef went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. As the hostess, I did not lift a finger! Chef arrived on time, he brought everything and did not need to use any of my kitchen items...not even my trash can! He cooked, served, poured wine, brought out the birthday cake, and cleaned up afterwards. He hand washed my crystal, china, and sterling silver flatware! He is so friendly and loves his job. Our hor d'oeuvres: Date goat cheese Philo puffs, sesame crusted tuna, and butternut squash soup shooters (topped with crabmeat and bacon) were excellent! Our 5 course dinner including the beef short ribs were mouth wateringly delicious!! An evening to remember due to Chef Ramsey....period. I will definitely schedule another dinner with him. Finally, his event coordinator, Kristen was always available to answer my questions and I appreciated her prompt responses and professionalism!

Hired Chef Ramsey for a Mother's Day Dinner while on vacation with our family in Norfolk , VA. Can not recommend him enough! Everything was absolutely amazing. if you get the chance to hire him you will not regret it

Chef Ramsey prepared a five-course meal for us for Valentine's Day. It was superb--and also romantic! The appetizers were spectacular. The fish course was incredible--tender, tasty and cooked just right. Chef Ramsey does a great job and is very witty and fun. Book him for your intimate dinner or event and know you'll have a splendid time!

I don't have enough good things to say about Todd and his food. We had him for a dinner to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday while vacationing in Sandbridge. Throughout the whole evening Todd was fun to be around and enjoyable to talk to. The star of the night however was his food. There was not one thing we ate that was not outstanding. From the she crab soup, to the scallops, to the beef tenderloin. This beef tenderloin didn't even need a knife to cut it because it was so tender. We couldn't have been happier with the food and how the evening turned out. I would have zero reservations about booking Todd for your private event, I would use him again in a heartbeat!
