We ordered online and everything was ready when my daughter arrived to pick it up. Online is limited when customizing your order. I got the old school sub and wanted to add tomatoes and lettuce but you could only add extra meat. So I was bummed about that. The sub meat was extra dry. The swallow felt like punishment with some of the meat. The other meat that wasn't overcooked was ok. It's supposed to come with cheese and grilled onions, but there weren't many onions and the cheese was lacking. I think I'll get something different next time. My daughter had a regular cheese steak and her cheese was cheesin'. So I guess it just depends on what you get. The Louisiana fries were good and I enjoyed the ranch. All in all it was ok.

Came to this location while on vacation at the beach. Our hotel wasn't to far away from this resturant so we decided to try it out not realizing there were Charley's outside of malls!My family of 4 all got different cheesesteaks and then we also got the meal and added some wings as well. The casher was fast and friendly and ensured she rung up our order correctly. We knew there would be a wait as there was a family of 6 in front of use so we just grabbed our drinks and sat down to wait. It did take around 20 minutes to get the order but we were on vacation mode so we were not in a hurry at all. Once we received our food we checked it for accuracy which it was. Once we got back to the hotel man o man did we punish that food. I can honestly say a regular sub and a couple of wings is enough the fries none of us could finish with everything else. My step-daughter and Fiancé could not stop going on and on about the mango habanero wings!Overall, we like the food at the malls but the freestanding stores are much better and have more options! We will definitely be back whenever we return to the beach.

I love Charley's and always have, and always will. It's just good, totally unhealthy (lol) fast food. I have a weakness for cheese steaks and I think they make a pretty good one considering they are a chain. This was the first time I went through a drive thru version, and I have some thoughts. I ordered the old school sandwich because I need my cheez whiz. It tasted the way I wanted it too, and it was good. I also got some loaded fries with cheese and bacon. I'm totally okay with that. If I had to get the exact order again, I would be happy with it. Look, this is fast food....not a Michelin star restaurant. I'm trying to judge accordingly. With that said, my one huge complaint is speed. Of course, logic has it that you can't rush the making of philly cheese steak so the idea of a drive thru service being fast is not realistic. However, If there are more than two cars waiting, I would recommend just going in, or trying another time. You will be waiting a LONG time. I was fortunate enough to be the one at the window, but the folks behind me had to wait for me and I started feeling guilty. Maybe next time....

Am I the only one who didn't know that Charleys has locations outside of malls? Anyways, I'm glad they do because it's way more convenient! This location is fairly new, so new that it still had the balloons up from opening day. The facility was relatively clean as well. Javien behind the counter took our order for us-- he was very friendly and thorough! Our orders came exactly how we ordered them, and we made extra requests to add/ remove certain toppings. My husband enjoyed his Philly Cheesesteak (he also added jalapeño), and I really liked the Pepperoni Cheesesteak though my husband begged to differ, lol. And those CHEESE FRIES! Amazing. I can foresee myself coming here just for the fries.I think they're still working out some kinks as we heard the manager fussing at the employees a little bit. But I'm sure they'll get it worked out in no time! We'll definitely be back!

SPOILER: Terrible wait times due to understaffingFood is good, delicious and high quality. Not worth the wait time though. I'm currently writing this in the drive three lane at 1100 on a Friday being the only car in the drive thru. Ordered a sandwich with fries and a lemonade. Been sitting at the window for ten minutes without even a hello. They might be understaffed and I've felt that struggle before. But bruh. I need my lemonade before my food if my window is sitting down. It's like 100 out. also there's always only 2-3 people working. So whoever is upper management for this franchised store specifically, FUCK THEM. If you're gonna charge two hours of minimum wage time for a sandwich, hire more workers. These people look tired and defeated.

I was so excited to see there was a new Charleys on my way to my friends house. We decided to order here when we got hungry later.I ordered:- Chicken Philly plain w/ teriyaki sauce- Philly cheesesteak with NO pickles- bacon & cheese fries - regular sweet teaShe ordered:-Bone-in wings w/ lemon pepper dry rub-cheese fries -Strawberry lemonade We got the chicken Philly w/ NO SAUCE Philly cheesesteak WITH picklesLEMONADE instead of sweet tea BONELESS wings with some sort of garlic sauce instead of the bone in lemon pepper dry rub My friends husband went to pick up the food for us and so we had no chance to discover this until we went to eat. Btw if you were wondering... the boneless wings are not recommended. This was a complete MISS from what I thought i remembered as a great place to eat. It only deserves the one star because the fries were good...

I haven't had Charlie's in a long time and wanted a Philly Cheesesteak. I have never been to this location, so we decided to try it out. Karlie was the one taking our order She is very friendly and bubbly and has such a sweet disposition about her! She was very busy, trying to take care of us, help another employee with an order and also had the drive-through window to take care of. But I didn't feel neglected just because she was trying to do all those duties at once.Karlie is an asset to your company, I wish all customer service people had the attitude that she does.The interior of the restaurant was OK. I did not care for the metal chairs other than that. The food was really good.

The California sub is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!The fries are so hot, thick, and fresh!The service is amazing and they have a variety of sizes. There could be a few vegetarian/vegan options but it's ok. Love this place!
