Catherine's Catering

I can't say enough great things about Catherine's Catering meals to go. This week we enjoyed more delicious entrees, salads and seafood bisque. This is my 3rd week of ordering. It's fun to scroll through the menu and find new favorites to try every week. The meals are perfectly portioned, fresh and delicous. Using Catherine's Catering makes mealtime easy. I have also used Catherine's Catering for a holiday open house. Everything was delicious.

I placed an order for a meal for my family for Rosh Hashana: brisket, potatoes, and squash. Everything was delicious! She has so many meal options on her website, it was hard choosing which one to order! If we need to cater another meal while in this area, we will definitely order from her again. Plus Catherine was so friendly and a true pleasure to work with.

Cat's like my big sister.. With 20+ years history alone in Hampton Roads, it's a no brainer eating Cat Food! DUH! I know how hard she's worked. OMG do I know how attention to detail she is. If you don't know what a dish is that she prepares? She'll explain it to you "respectfully". Unlike some of the smug and snooty chefs that work off their NAME, 10-1 burn water and can make anything taste like carboard. You order from Catherine.. STAND BACK.. Facer smackin' yummy goodness.. (Can I get my $50 now?) JK

Catherine catered my son's wedding rehearsal dinner for 60 guests last Friday at a local brewery and it was outstanding! Catherine was accommodating, supportive and patient during the planning stages and helped us select a fantastic menu that appealed to all. The food was nothing short of delicious and the staff went above and beyond expectations throughout the evening running out to replenish supplies when needed. We received numerous compliments on the quality of the food, its preparation and professional service throughout the wedding weekend. Catherine was kind enough to package up and store the leftovers for us so we could share and enjoy them after the wedding. Do not hesitate to hire Catherine's Catering for your event! You will not be disappointed!!

Catherine was extremely responsive and planned a reasonably priced menu for our occasion. She was able to incorporate all of our requests and took the time to call and speak with me directly to make sure she addressed our needs (vs. a straight email connection).

I contacted Catherine to cater our company's anniversary party. She was quick to reply and ask the right questions to put together a sample menu for our needs. After comparing a few other companies in the area, we settled on Catherine's and I'm glad we did. Not only was the pricing competitive and the menu exactly what we were looking for, she definitely delivered on the day of the event. She and her staff arrived early to set up, produced delicious food, and was happy to help out in way possible during the event. As the event was winding down, her and her staff packaged up the leftovers in such a way that our employees could enjoy some the next day and we could take some home. I was very pleased with the price, service and quality of Catherine's catering. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for your event.

Catherine catered my family reunion last week. We rented a large house in Virginia Beach for a week, 30 to 35 adults and 4 kids, Catherine cooked dinner for us 5 of the 7 nights. It was such a pleasure not having to worry about cooking. Her food was delicious and very reasonably priced and she was an absolute delight to work with, very flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend Catherine for any and all your catering needs.

I am a fan of Catherine and Catherine's Catering and highly recommend her, her team and her company! I did an internet search from FL for highly rated catering companies in Virginia Beach and immediately came up with two companies. I called the other company first and asked a few basic questions like; were they available the date needed and could they give me some menu options for a memorial service. I got responses like..."I don't know if we are available for that date, I'll have to get back to you" and "I don't know about menu options, I'd have to ask the chef". I felt like they didn't care if they got my business or not and made no effort to help me. It was such an emotional time in my life I really needed help and when you're planning a memorial service everything needs to be done yesterday. Then I called Catherine's company, she picked up the phone, checked her calendar, confirmed the date and emailed me some menu ideas for the brunch. She even made some of my dad's favorites for us (like grinders) to add to our celebration. Her responses were always positive and can-do! She even offered to pick up a podium from the rental company because we needed one at the last minute. We had the service at our family home in Sandbridge. Catherine arrived with her team early and was well prepared. I got to the food late because I was greeting guests at another location. When I walked in many guests came up to me to tell me how beautiful display of food was and how tasty it was too! Besides the food, my guests were thrilled with Catherine and team because they were so accommodating. One friend wants to use Catherine's company at her daughter's wedding. BTW, if Catherine tells you you're ordering too much (like she told me) listen to her, she's the professional. They cleaned, packaged the extras for us and packed their vehicle up when it was all over. The event was very successful and Catherine played a big role in that. It was a great way to honor my dad. I am happy to refer Catherine and her catering company to anyone and now consider her a friend!
