Service is fast and friendly, drinks and appetizers arrived quickly. And the food shortly after. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli. It was OK. If I return I will not be having any pasta. As stated in a previous review, the pizza side is better than the pasta. Frozen chicken breast, and frozen broccoli mixed into a prepared watered down sauce. A piece of chicken fell off my fork, sauce splashed everywhere in a 3 foot radius. The garlic bread was despicable. The place is clean, there's a TV on one wall. They serve beer. I would come back to try the pizza side of things.

The food was horrible. Ordered Eggplant Parmigiana sub. The was hardly any eggplant! Sliced paper thin and loaded with breading, sauce and cheese. The bread was like a toasted hot dog bun. Could not taste eggplant at all.

I ordered a mini ham, cheese and Italian sausage calzone and my friends ordered a pizza. My calzone was loaded with cheese with a small amount of processed ham and no Italian sausage. The pizza was loaded with veggies that were waaaaaay under cooked and not slot of meat. I was very disappointed. Service was decent hence 2 stars. I won't try it again.

This place never disappoints! I usually get the Philly cheese steak, but today my husband and I got the Fettuccini Alfredo with Jumbo Shrimp and my husband got Chicken Parmesan with a side of Pasta. Both meals came with garlic bread and a salad with homemade dressing. It was completely hot when I got home 17 miles away on Lake Gaston. I will return as usual! Oh yeah, and the sweet tea is banging!!!!!

This is truly a tale of two restaurants. On one hand, Carrini's makes excellent pizza. The crust is crunchy and chewy in just the right ways. Their slices are large and foldable, and the cheese is high quality. This is as close to NYC style pizza anywhere in this zip code. The cheese steak hoagies are also comparable to Philly cheese steaks. Also, the strombolis are made fresh and are STUFFED with meats. Do not order a full stromboli for fewer than three people. Now to the downside.Unfortunately, the pasta offerings do not compare in quality to the more fast food fare. I can't prove it, but I don't believe it is made fresh---how else can the fresh made pizza, hoagies, strombolis, and fries be so good and the pasta so bad. I have tried the sampler: parmigiana + lasagne + stuffed shells. Everything tasted the same and was drowned in the saltiest sauce I have ever tasted. Spaghetti came as a side order with a fettuccine dish and the spaghetti was worse than Chef Boyardee. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was surprisingly delicious. Ultimately, the menu is hit and miss: order the right thing and you will be in bliss; order one of the dubious red sauce pastas and you'll want to fling it back into the kitchen or feed it to your in-laws.But seriously, try the pizza, strombolis, and subs. They are magnificent.

Love this local place in comparison to marinas. The food has always been good every time I have eaten here. Stromboli good, pizza good, white pizza good. Everything just tends to be good. Also the cheese sticks are good and stringy.

I went here a couple months ago and It was the worse pizza I ever tasted it was under cooked, and on the bottom of the pizza was a piece of some kind of metal bristle cooked into it. Never again
