Cape Charles Coffee House

My husband and I really enjoyed going to Cape Charles Coffee House for breakfast during our weekend trip there. So much so that we ate there twice! I had the breakfast burrito and added sausage. It came with sour cream and salsa. It was very filling and I enjoyed the fruit that came with it.The service was a little slow, but since we were not on a time crunch it wasn't an issue. If you're coming with a larger group (over 4 people), there may be a bit of a wait to get seated since they don't have many big tables.

Had a pretty solid breakfast here. We came in with a larger party of six on a Saturday, and it was pretty packed. It's small inside, so be prepared for a wait unless you get lucky like we did. We were able to snag a table outside right when another party was leaving. They have a quaint little menu with typical breakfast items and lunch fare. I ordered the breakfast burrito and added sausage to it. It was pretty good, and the salsa added a little kick to it. This with some fruit and a glass of oj made for a very solid breakfast. Be patient with the servers, and keep in mind that a little bit of kindness goes a long way since it does get packed here. Every time our server came to the table, she was really nice and apologetic about the wait. I'd definitely come here again and try something else on the menu.

Had lunch at the charming restaurant in the heart of Cape Charles. Great service and possibly the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever eaten! Shout out to our waitress Amy!

Did a carry out at 11am Saturday morning, the ambiance is enough to make you want to sit down and hang out for a while.Our food was just a tad slow but worth the wait, and our barista was helpful and friendly.Coffees were excellent

THE place to have breakfast in Cape Charles. Belgian Waffles, French Toast, Eggs galore like Breakfast Burrito. Their lunches great too. A top favorite is chicken salad with dried cranberries and walnuts - served with Lettuce or as sandwich. Their cream of tomato is delicious. Of course the variety of coffees you can get are great: lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Have a variety of yummy pastries.

We were on our way home from OBX and we were looking for a breakfast spot and found Cape Charles Coffee House!I don't know where they get their coffee, but their espresso was FANTASTIC!!! I'm still thinking about it.I had their Brioche French toast. Oh my!!! It was the BEST french toast EVER. My granddaughter had a BLT, which she loved. My wife had the two egg platter. The restaurant was packed, So the food took longer than I like, but everything was wonderful!The ambiance was old western saloon style.French Toast

Came down to Cape Charles for a wedding and looked around the area. 2 male waiters took our order and their service was excellent! It was really busy as expected since we went on a Sunday morning. Ordered a Chai Oatmilk drink and it was delicious!

Good food and coffee! The service was slow but there were not too many servers which is understandable. Overall the people were friendly

Service was slow . Took 20 mins to get a water and wasn't even that busy. Food was not good. The bacon tasted old. Was very disappointed. Would definitely not go back again. I also feel like there was poor sanitation.

Food was great as well as ambience. Service was slow, but waiters working very hard. Appeared to be short staffed. But would def return.
