The wait to get seated was crazy! They told us 15 minutes, but didn't take down any names. It took about 40 minutes to get seated. People who came in after us got seated before us, which was very frustrating. When we inquired, we were told "oh, I'm about to seat you now. I'just going to seat everybody." I will say once we got seated, our server showed up within minutes. It did not take long to get the food. The grits were thick, but lacked flavor. I had to add salt and pepper. The catfish was delicious. I had a side of bacon. I thought it would've been at least 3-4 pieces, but it was only 2. I should have asked beforehand. My friend said the waffle was good, but the chicken wings had too much breading. The server didn't come back to see if we needed anything. But, she was nice.They have booths, tables, and bar seating. They even have outdoor seating. They had a DJ so the music was quite loud. They also have several TVs up for you to watch. I might try it on another day and see if I have a better experience.

I didn't bother to take pictures of the food or establishment. My party of 8 were seated at 1pm at 230 the manager came over with shots to offer because we still had not received doodood. When I asked what if there were people in my party who didnt drink, she said with a nasty attitude "do you want them or not?" Or dood arrived at 240pm and there were problems with the food. For over an hour and a half wait we all received $5 off our meal which the automatic 20% gratuity added it back. That plus the nasty attitude of the manager and not one apology for their negligence, I nor my sisters will be returning. I surly hope you all save yourselves the trouble and just don't go. Their are better places out their that have good food and good customer service. This is not one of those places.

I visited this location in honor of my teen daughter's friend birthday celebration. I believe it was the third Saturday night in December 2023. We arrive a bit after the start time, but was still able to sit with our party without reservation.My daughter and friend sat at a long booth with individual chairs on the other side. They seemed to be enjoying themselves, while the grown ups dined at the other end of the long both with a few added chairs. My chair was added in the middle, kind of in the way, but they made it work.I wanted a particular tequila, but was told they were out. I ordered my second choice and it was all good.I ordered the salmon meal with a side or two. My meal took a while to arrive to the table, but the server did recognize the long wait and apologized. Nevertheless, others received their meals and I still waited a bit longer. Well I guess good things come to those who wait, because my meal was on point!My daughter and one of her friend's mentioned they did not enjoy their meal at all. Well sorry for them, I tore mine up!!Parking was not too bad. I was able to find street parking a few steps from the restaurant. I imagine a parking garage is nearby, or a large parking lot, but I did not have to search high and low for a spot. And the street parking was free.The vibe of the restaurant is nice. I can see why the young ones love somewhere like this.If you are into music and a high vibe, check them out!The restroom could use some TLC, but I loved the lighting and mirror inside.Have fun and enjoy life :)

This place has a lot to improve on. The ambiance is decent and the restaurant appears to be somewhat clean. The service was okay. Let's get into it:-The bathrooms had no toilet paper. Somebody dropped a deuce in one of the bathrooms and I wonder how they were able to wipe. Yuck!-The drink was good. I have no complaints about it. I had the peach mimosa.-Let's talk about how some of the things on the menu were not available. I originally wanted a guava mimosa, but they didn't have it. My friend wanted the bananas foster French toast, they didn't have it.-The food is overpriced with no flavor and no effort. I could've cooked this whole meal better at home.-They use fake eggs.-They charge $8 for two pieces of catfish. It's literally just one catfish fillet cut in half. You'll notice how skinny the two pieces are. The audacity. The catfish was too greasy, yet unseasoned. -The red velvet waffle was too thick and doughy. It didn't taste like red velvet. It kinda seemed like it was a regular waffle with red food coloring and some icing. I have no plans to return here and honestly, I feel like two stars was even too generous. This place just really needs to start over and try again.

Good food! My jerk lamb chops were EXCELLENT! Full of flavor and cooked to perfection! The DJ kept the party going with great music, keeping the atmosphere fun and lively. Out waitresses provided good service. We were so busy eating lol we didn't need to call on them too much. My best friend and I had a great time.

That fried salmon and shrimp with regular grits was a 10/10. We dined during brunch, the service was A+ and the atmosphere LIT. Good music. Good drinks . I happened to return the following evening and ordered a fish sandwich to-go and once again I was not let down.We will definitely be back.

Outstanding service and food. The place is amazing and highly recommended. Food is on point.

Prices are a little to high but the food is great! The service is horrible. Waitress did not know the menu and it took almost 2 hours to get Fish & Shrimp. No cotton candy martini nor a dirty martini. Very limited drinks availability.

There workers are very unwelcoming and rude this the second time i done been in there and never got sat they are always saying wait a minute and never come back but be huddled up having a damn debate about absolutely fucking nothing, while customers wait hours. Very MUCH SO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Listen, don't do do it. We waited an hour to be seated after being told there was a 30 min wait. When we came into the establishment we weren't greeted. Security didn't even acknowledge me and waived in some people who had arrived just before us. After standing there for 10 mins someone finally came out. I should have listened to my intuition from jump and left at this point. After being seated it was an hour before our food came out. Service was basic at best. There appeared to be several workers but everyone was sitting around. It seemed extremely odd. I ordered the vegan burrito bowl, which was trash. There was no seasoning whatsoever. Everything was dry and bland. I ordered a drink which was good, however the second one tasted nothing like the first. It reminded me of some country time Lemonade. I also ordered the buffalo cauliflower wings, which were just some steamed cauliflower with buffalo sauce on it. I was expecting at minimum a breaded cauliflower. Then these fools included a $30 delivery fee. Uhhh...deliver to what? My table? GTFOH. Another thing, the food is heavily overpriced for the quality. This whole experience was crazy and underwhelming. I came to the one in Hampton because the one I went to in Norfolk was great. I was expecting a similar experience but got the complete opposite. I will not be returning to the Hampton location.
