"This boutique is absolutely adorable! The vibe, music playing and the eclectic style is perfect! The owner - Ginger is a sweetheart and gives you 100% of her attention while deciding on what to buy. She has a cool vibe and great energy. You will find one of a kind clothing and jewelry in her boutique. If you are in OBX - check this place out."
"What a wonderful boutique! My first experience with the shop was at a pop up they did this past winter and I've been following them on social media ever since! Both their store and their social media offers adorable and unique pieces in a variety of styles that appeal to many shoppers! For the store, I loved how much space they have to display the beautiful clothing and how welcoming and helpful the employees were! I spent some time talking to one of the girls and she went out of her way to make sure I found everything I was looking for! I shop at a lot of boutiques and what I really like about Teal Eagle is that they have a variety of styles at good price points! Dresses for less than $50 that are great quality and fit plus so much more can be found both in store and on their website/social media! They also do a Facebook group for shoppers looking to buy that way! Teal Eagle has really figured out their market and is appealing to buyers in more ways than one! Check them out, you will be sure to find something you love!"
"Cute little shop located in Wee Winks Square along the boardwalk. A majority of what is available inside is of the jewelry variety. Other items are available for purchase as well. Ultimately it is a souvenir shop that has a jewelry department. The thing I loved about this store was the dog. Yes, you read that right. This dog is so well behaved in here that it puts some kids to shame. The dog keeps to itself unless there is a friendly face that enters and the dog is aware. The UPS guy showed up and the dog went right over to him and waited patiently until a treat appeared for the dog. Any other time this dog did not pay any mind to any other patron on here.It is funny that I remember more about the dog than I do about the store."
"First time for me, I've driven by this plaza many times and always wanted to go. So happy I did, I was greeted by Ginny with a huge smile and welcome. Surrounding the adorned walls from local artists, there is something for everyone. All priced extremely well from jewelry to greeting cards, pottery to sculptures. Please make sure you stop in to this amazing shop and they've been in business for over 30 years!!"
"A very charming boutique located in Downtown Cape Charles! Love Letters is a more high-end boutique on the Cape Charles main street featuring women's and children's clothing, pet accessories, gifts and more. It is beautifully assembled and you can tell the shop owners care so much about the overall look and feel. We were in town for a wedding and searching desperately for something classy that said Cape Charles on it. Most of the other shops (though nice) only offer the kitschy, touristy t-shirts that my Mom and I just do not wear. A starchy t-shirt with fish in flip flops with a design that says Cape Charles probably have their place, but it doesn't appeal to us. We found the most lovely sherpa pullover that simply said "Cape Charles" in a stylish font at Love Letters. Whew!We also purchased a very cute collar bowtie for our new rescue dog. I loved their selection of more upscale accessories for your furry friend. This is overall a lovely store worth your stop if you are someone who genuinely enjoys shopping local. To provide comment on the other review: you are getting what you pay for. If you're searching for a less classy experience, there is abundant shopping in the area that is more budget-friendly. I loved this beautiful store! I'll definitely be back."
"On my first visit a few months ago, I browsed and was impressed. It's a small consignment shop AND boutique packed with a wide selection of clothing, bags, and jewelry. Not a lot of shoes, but not a big deal -- just a note. On my second visit and as a first-time consignor, I casually met Michelle (the owner) and wow, was she super pleasant! A genuine friendly customer exchange literally gives me a greater joy in supporting small businesses. They host a Facebook live showcasing new items every week. That's kinda cool. You can also shop online at any time. When you consign with them, you do not get any money on the spot; you get a check once a month. Overall, I find Michelle's to be a better experience than franchise consignment shops and I'm pretty sure you will, too."
"Look no further. I don't even have to explore more to determine that this is the best, most inclusive boutique in the area. Location is convenient with lots of parking, the gals working are all incredible, but their inventory is the main star. Tons of cute options and very size inclusive which is so important and awesome! I'm really tall and plus-size and found a bunch of really unique, flattering, non-frumpy options at a reasonable price. Their hat collection is also impressive! Don't skip this boutique when you're shopping!"
"This consignment shop is laid out beautifully. It's easy to find your size and style. Some of the racks are separated by designer, which makes it convenient if you are looking for a particular brand. Most of the prices seemed a bit high to me, so definitely wait for the discounted prices to take effect, unless you can't live without the item! There's a good selection of shoes and an enormous jewelry department. Much of the jewelry is crafted by artisans and quite unique. They also stock nice gift items, books, mugs, pens, etc. Be sure to look in the back clearance room... up to 50-75% off. I found some amazing deals on jewelry, a cool yellow bracelet for $3, some necklaces for $4, and even a picture for $12. The service was a bit slow but Worth the Wait is definitely worth the stop!"
"In love! I have passed this place a few times heading into Gloucester. They are about 3-5 min on the left side when you come across the bridge. The store has so much charm! They have decor, jewelry, limited clothing, limited children's items, pillows, some furniture and many great gift items. Farmhouse vibes for sure! Heather was helpful while I shopped. She greeted me when I walked in and informed me of any sales they had. She then just let me shop to my hearts content. Allowing me to place items up on the cash rep area so I could use both hands to shop. She was awesome!"
"Bottom Line: One of my favorite stores in the Outer Banks and the closest thing to a treasure chest on the barrier islands. This updated review is loooong overdue. I love Seagreen Gallery and I'm the proud owner of many finds from this store that sells salvaged items, antiques, repurposed items and hand crafted items. My all time favorite find is my string of lights made from tumbled wine and beer bottle necks - I have several strings and they make me so happy! I've also collected a Coca-cola crate, flowers made from old maps, picture frames, various art pieces, stickers, coral, old telephone insulators, cork fishing floats, driftwood with decoupaged vintage photos and a whole bunch of other stuff. The decor of my home in Maryland is somewhere between traditional and transitional so I didn't initially think the eclectic Seagreen Gallery would be for me but it absolutely is! On every visit to Nags Head this is one of my must-go places. In addition to neat items the staff is always friendly and I appreciate that they are taking COVID seriously by requiring a mask to be worn and providing hand sanitizer."
"Nice quality items-just on the expensive side. Found a beautiful desk someone had refurbished. Staff is exceptional!"
"Bottom Line: A lovely clothing store along the Manteo Waterfront for ladies of all ages.Sister's Boutique is a lovely clothing store for women of all ages and body types. The displays are charming and the racks are well organized and stocked. The fashions sold here are modern but still classy. Because this family run business uses a collaborative approach to sourcing the best fashions, the clothing and accessories here target several decades. Even if you aren't in the mood for trying on clothes, be sure to stop in to check out the shoes and accessories."

Great experience! Cool looking store, products offered range from hats, jewelry, t-shirts, just generally cool things. Owner was very attentive and helpful. Good music playing, store decor was fun. Definitely pop in, prices are reasonable for uniqueness of items.

I stop in every time I'm in town from Texas! Management is SO friendly and helpful, and the products are cute and hilarious. I always walk away with a cute new outfit and adorable goodies for my girlfriends whether it's a magnet that states "Balanced AF" or a candle that reminds us "in a world full of bitches, be a bad one"- I love this boutique shop!

Prices are moderate to high, but I was visiting after the traditional tourist season so there was a 30% off sale in progress. It was interesting that they were having a "silver polishing party" while I was there. All of the ring trays were on top of the class counters and polishing was going on. Good sign!Other than jewelry, there was clothing, mugs, seashells, Christmas ornaments, etc.

Cloud Nine is an amazing space. The beads are gorgeous and very reasonably priced. The jewelry is beautiful. And GINNY - well, Ginny is the icing on an already delicious cake. Ginny is super friendly, talented, and most of all, KIND. She is patient when teaching and inspires creativity in her students. My sisters and I made sea glass, shell, bead, and drift wood mobiles and they turned out TERRIFIC. We love them and will think of our visit to OBX every time we look at them. Go to Cloud Nine, and if you can, take a class with Ginny. You won't be sorry!!!This place is a GEM and a great local find. I am not sure why Yelp is "recommending" the one negative review (which the reviewer posted twice...), but trust me, that review is wrong. Cloud Nine is a special place and you will be happy if you visit.

A super cute shop in Cape Charles. It is a small shop with a lot of cute items. Some of those items are clothing for both adults and kiddos, dog treats and toys, Overture key ring and wallets, some shoes, jewelry, and a few other items. Let friend purchased some dog treats for her pup at home. I almost purchased a key ring and wallet but decided not to. I honestly felt like I could purchase the same item for cheaper. Which I later did find out. Normally I am all about purchasing from a small business. But, as I walked around and noticed the pricing I was high on so many items. It just does not match up with the area the store is in. I saw a cute dress after I passed up the key ring. The dress was $150. Ouch. Cute dress though. The owner was very nice and polite.

This place is great if you want to get your feet wet but not totally dive into the world of thrifting. Michelle's has the perfect touch of femininity. The store is called a Hybrid shop because it's a mix of gently used /brand new articles. It's specifically geared towards women and children . A few notable brands you may find are Hatley Mud Pie and Michael Kors. The store is VERY NEAT and VERY CLEAN. I love a store that has order because Shopping should be therapeutic. The store consultant was so nice and extremely helpful. She found some cute outfits for my daughter who wears a 2t. 5 stars easily

I was on my way to Green Tea and Pebble spa, and I was a little early. I am not usually in this area...So I am not familiar with any new stores. I pulled into the parking lot of the Golden Hour Boutique. As I was sitting in the parking lot. I saw the girls working rolling out some clothes on a rack. It looked like the clothes were cute, and was like "eh, I guess I can take a look"I walked up to the rack, and quickly loved what I was seeing. After getting a few looks of their clothes..I decided to see what else they had. When I walked in the smell of their store is AMAZING! I thought it was a perfume...but its not! They use some kind of filter to make their store smell the way it does! They had some cute dresses, outfits, accessories...Decent quality. They are kinda pricey though...for example...a dress was around $86...I had asked the girl if they were gonna have any upcoming sales, because by that time I had to leave for the spa...and didn't have any additional time to look any longer. She had told me that the next weekend they were having a pretty decent sale. So I had made not of that! The following weekend...I made it a point to roll through and try to get some dresses for my vacay. I had to bring my one year old...who unfortunately HATES sitting in a stroller. So I knew once I walked in there I had to be fast. When I showed up...I wasn't wrong...my son was throwing a fit...I had just drove an hour to this store...and had no time to really check it out...but saw the dresses that I wanted from the previous week! The associates kindly took my clothes and hung them up in a fitting room and gave me the chance to try them on. I picked out the ones I loved and purchased my items. I saved $300 bucks in sales and spent $300....I can say I will definitely be looking cute on my vacation with the cute dresses I got. They also threw in a free shirt, because I spent over $200.I will definitely be coming back.

This consignment store is a fun spot to find awesome deals! They add new stuff every Tuesday, and they have some amazing name-brand steals! I found some gorgeous Michael Kors heels, Sam Edelman boots, and a few name-brand tops for a fraction of the price you would buy new - all of them barely worn or still with the tags on! I was torn on whether to write a review because I want to keep this hidden gem all to myself :-) But I'm a firm believer of sharing the love and promoting great small businesses. Caution: You might find yourself frequenting this place and buying things you never knew you needed!I gave it a 4 star because from week-to-week it is "hit or miss", but it is always fun to stop by when in the area and see what I find.

"Absolutely lovely! We stopped in while away on vacation and stepped into a refined lady's la la land :) The shop is lovely and filled with oodles of delightful finds. The staff there are extremely helpful and welcoming and are always available to help you find what you need or to talk about pieces for sale in the shop. There is a great selection of estate jewelry, a section filled with Brighton and another filled with Pandora. Also on hand are other sections of jewelry as well as a large assortment of purses. The clothing is of high quality, comfortable and fitting for lady's who lunch :) There was a lovely baby section that had a great selection of items to gift to new moms. There is a cafe within the shop that had a solid selection of items to eat as well. I'd highly recommend stopping in if you have a chance!"
"Bottom Line: A women's clothing boutique with fun accessories and some gifty items. The French Door is abeachy cross between Anthropologie and Francesca's. They have quality brands and fun colors. But sometimes I don't feel like trying on clothes so I like that I can skip that side of the store and oooohhh and ahh at the soaps, jewelry, scarves, purses, cards and such. I always walk out with something."
"First off it's the Outer Banks, so give them a break. It's not huge, but it's something and it's actually pretty nice with known stores. I've been coming for years. The Outlets at Nags Head is approximately Mile Marker 15. Access is easy as there are three entry points. The center has a signal light. The surface lot is typically large enough to accommodate guest and it's close to the building, The strip is one long connected building with a covered sidewalk and they do offer restrooms, but no food. The structure is 30+ years old, but it's well maintained. I most often shop at Edie Bauer, Polo or American Eagle. However there are over 30 stores and is managed by the TORG group. I would recommend, especially if vacationing and it's a rainy day running you off the beach."
"In the beautiful small town of Edenton is a jewel of a fine jewelry store. Brightly lit, great selection and variety and smiling sales folk. They treat even a watch battery replacement as a major piece of business (its only $10!). Enjoy yourselves."
"It wasn't hard to find treasure here- this store is packed with lovely items. I got a small pair of sand dollar earrings for my daughter, mermaids for little pool divers, and a beautiful oyster shell pedestal plate. I could have bought a lot more- the mermaid options were plentiful and the jewelry was very reasonably priced and unique. Will definitely return."
"I visited her Studio/Store at Liberty Station in San Diego. It is located in an impressive, renovated building on the former Naval training base.Ms. Despain makes the jewelry which is some of the most well done and artistic I have seen. She uses seashell molds to create some of her gold/silver pieces which result in amazing looking jewelry. She is a graduate of the highly prestigious Gemological Institute in NYC.I was really impressed with the creativity and talent on offer and left with a cool silver ring."
"This shop is in the Duck Waterfront. There's plenty of parking. The nearby shops are also fun to visit. There's also a coffee shop and a casual eatery. This shop has some of the BEST stuff for gifts, and just fun stuff to buy for yourself. Staff is super friendly! Follow them on socials because they have some great FB live shows with heavily discounted items."
"Way cute! Stopped in earlier and browsed. Tons and tons of cute home decor and gift items with lots of jewelry. They have Alex and Ani and have a lot of Mermaid-themed home goods and jewelry as well as lots of pretty glass art for the home. It's just a really cute shop with a ton of great gift ideas for a lady in your life (I'm thinking moms and grandmas or girlfriends or wives) not much I saw that would appeal to men I'm afraid. Staff were friendly and quick to greet - but did kind'a lurk and stalk us after while I was looking around making comments on every single thing I said or did or touched. I just kind'a like to take my time and browse - chit chat is fine but walk off after a minute, you know? Still, had a good time and will def. add this to my list when shopping for a special item or occasion for something (or myself)."
"Neat gift shop that carries a bunch of things that you simply won't find elsewhere. Some creative clothing items, greeting cards, toys, shirts and a lot of "Norfolk" items that are pretty cool. Many are definitely hand-made quality.I spotted a dish towel and I really wouldn't usually buy such a thing but it made me laugh out loud. At that point, I couldn't refuse."
"Super cute newish boutique in Tim Buck II. The selection here is definitely more trendy and unique than what you'll find at other stores, more fashion forward and commemorative t-shirt vibes if that makes sense. Prices are a little high but they had a sale rack full of discounted items available in a wide variety of sizes, which I appreciated. They have clothing for summer season as well as a few winter items (which were on sale when I was there, so I'd imagine if you're coming here in the fall you'll have your pick of discount summer clothes. On top of clothing they also have lots of super cute accessories -- sunglasses, bags, jewelry, you name it. Service is friendly especially if you want to try anything on or need help finding something in a different size or color. Worth a stop in if you're in the area."
"Kindred Spirit is another spiritual spot I happened to stumble upon since it's near my work. -I love the communal feel of this shop. -Everyone is very helpful and friendly. -The cats that roam the shop like Glenda the Good Witch is a plus.-They offer many services here like classes, readings, reiki healing and palm readings. -They give out descriptions of the crystals you purchase which is a nice touch -They create a lot of their scents here They had a customer rewards program going on but during the last day of mercury in retrograde 2018, the system crashed but they are trying to revive that now. Anyways, there are plenty of reasons to stop by !"
"They just upgraded to a new computer and seem to be moving towards a boutique feel, but it still feels a bit more like a consignment store. We went on Black Friday and they didn't have boxes for the jewelry we purchased and we got a plain plastic bag to carry our purchases out. Having said that, they were extremely friendly and the service was outstanding. If it hadn't have been for that, they would have been a three."
"Gen Z Art and Gifts welcomes artists of all ages to share their creations in our shop! Lauren Smith opened her art boutique in June 2021 on the Nags Head causeway. In Jan 2022, she opened a larger shop at 3022 S. Croatan Hwy in Pirates Quay Shops! Come in and have complimentary tea and enjoy a cool vibe of art and gifts!"
"I used to vacation in Duck with my family as a kid, but hadn't been here in over 20 years. The minute I saw the Gray's sign, it brought back instant memories of going to pick out our t-shirt souvenirs growing up. I went in to get my son his first Duck shirt, and upon finding the perfect one, I saw his size was out of stock. The friendly staff called around to find it, and helped locate one for me! You can't stop by Duck without a visit to Gray's."
"I came here to check out the Jikoni Cafe, but they also have a metaphysical shop. They sell crystals, books, jewelry, and other spiritual items. They had books for quick sale outside for $1 as well. I found some pretty good reads. They sell natural soaps and vegan desserts as well. So much to look at!!I enjoyed looking around while I waited for my food. They give you a buzzer that goes off when your order is ready. It's a vibe. The restaurant inside sells vegan food which is pretty good whether you're vegan or not. Street parking is available and the staff is nice. Check them out!!!"
"Bottom Line: A store packed full of nick nacks and collectibles. The store name on the building is "Antiques, Etc." and I was quite curious about the etcetera part so I popped in here. The store is packed full of stuff so those who like a hunt will find plenty opportunity here. Mostly the store was small collectibles that were arranged by theme which I appreciate (e.g. automotive, cartoon characters, pop culture, glassware, etc.). There wasn't too much here of interest to me but I'm always glad to check out a local business."
"My friend told me about this beautiful jewelry shop located inside the Sugar Creek Restaurant. The restaurant and the shop may have been known by different names in the past, but the quality and selection of the jewelry shop is beyond amazing! We hit a 40% off sale for Labor Day, so I found some great deals! The rings I purchased were reasonably priced: one small moonstone and sterling silver, the other was a uniquely styled orange agate, garnet and mother of the pearl set in sterling silver. I also found some stud earrings, a precious glass blown hermit crab, and a few gifts. They have lots of mermaid jewelry too! In addition to gems and stone pieces, they also carries costume jewelry, make up bags, jewelry cases, beach accessories, scarves, some Yeti items, and other nautical gifts. I was impressed with their selection of Larimar. I'd love to see them put more items on their FB page for sale and keep their Instagram up to date. They offer shipping! The saleswoman was helpful showing me various baubles, alerting me to the sale items, and answering questions. This is a gem of a place and I'll be absolutely stopping in whenever I'm in the OBX!"
"My mom, daughter, and I love arts and crafts, so my daughter found this place on the map. We instantly loved it. They had cute jewelry boxes, clutches, jewelry, etc. My daughter got this cute clutch that I would even wear. The owners were super nice, and we were happy to learn that they are from the DC area. Very cute shop."
"What a lovely pit stop on a cold, sunny, wintry day. Wandering through the store, you'll not only find a great selection of used and new books, but some interesting and different souvenirs.I particularly loved some of the Chincoteague Island posters, but they were a bit out of my price range for the large ones. Maybe next time!Staff were super friendly, lots of little spots to sit and peruse books without being bothered. Great location next to free visitors parking."
"Every time I come to OBX I make it a MUST to stop at this spot. I love how unique all of the offerings are and the owners are really friendly and helpful. The store is literally overflowing with the most memorable vintage shoes, bags, dresses and jewelry. OMG so much jewelry! Usually when I come in I head straight for the handbags and then the earrings. I love grabbing a few "new" pieces. The prices here aren't super cheap-- but are definitely fair. Just don't expect $5 and below. Think more, mid range as far as prices go (bags for $30-$80, dresses for $20-$50, earrings for $8-$15)."
"There are several OBX locations, selling T-shirts, sweats, children's clothing, and souvenirs. Cute stuff, somewhat high prices, but good quality and sometimes you can catch a sale. Great sweatshirts, and my gf bought a purse there that she absolutely loves and has gotten several compliments on.I only gave it 4 stars because of the prices, but it is still not that bad considering the general price of all OBX memorabilia. For similar items but of slightly lesser quality, head to Wings."
"such a unique concept store... somewhat of shabby chic boutique. nestled in the very quaint downtown area of Manteo... from sleepwear to handbags, to vintage jewelry, to bedding and even high end bath and beauty products... everything displayed perfectly.. set up in what could of been a living room in a house. -- ran by a very sweet lady with just the right southern hospitality touch.. I loved my experience here at this store... found some lovely things... and attempted to go back for more, however lost track of time and had no idea how late it actually was... this store is super cute.. and provided a very pleasant shopping experience.."
"Beautiful store. Such a lovely selection. We bought a few pieces of jewelry and clothes. Highly recommend this high-end boutique. Hope we can visit again."
