"Bottom Line: A women's clothing boutique with fun accessories and some gifty items.The French Door is abeachy cross between Anthropologie and Francesca's. They have quality brands and fun colors. But sometimes I don't feel like trying on clothes so I like that I can skip that side of the store and oooohhh and ahh at the soaps, jewelry, scarves, purses, cards and such. I always walk out with something."

This is a great little shop in Kill Devil Hills. They have unique artwork, pottery, jewelry, clothing and shoes. No trip to the Outer Banks is complete without a stop at the French Door and I don't think I have ever been there without buying something. The prices on the clothing and shoes are a bit high, but they tend to have things that you won't see in other shops. It's a great place to pick up a fun hostess gift or something for that person that is hard to shop for!
