I placed the entire order online so I can't speak to customer service but their site was easy to use and I will definitely consider them when placing orders in the future. I shared a "what we got vs. what we purchased" because I think the arrangement was incredible and they delivered big time!"

I ordered from Julian's because my dear friend's father passed away from COvID-19. I wanted to get something beautiful and cheerful for my friend. I did everything online! The website had beautiful photos to choose from and made picking a bouquet simple. The prices were a little hefty and I had to pay a $15 delivery fee. However: I was supporting a local business, the flowers used were seasonal and they delivered so the price justified itself. The bouquet was beautiful and looked just like the picture!!! I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone looking for beautiful flowers to celebrate an event.Thank you! I can't wait to come in person and/or order in person."

My boyfriend and I visited VB Florist to buy a unique and thoughtful bouquet for my parents. Needless to say, we were incredibly impressed by the selection of the flowers and skills of florists at the shop!The florists were receptive to our preferences in style, color, and budget. Bouquets were made on the spot and wrapped up within 10 or so minutes. I cannot recommend VB Florists enough!!

I wanted to surprise my wife by giving her flowers and I contacted Julian's Flowers. When I talked to "Jay" he asked me what was the occasion. I told him it was no special occasion I just wanted to surprise her. Jay suggested a floral arrangement instead of roses which I have been doing for years. I asked Jay if he could have the floral arrangement delivered within a couple of days. He said no problem. When the floral arrangement came to the house, I was thrilled. As you can see in the photo, it was beautifully created, unique with lots of different flowers and vibrant colors. Needless to say when my wife arrived later in the afternoon she was overjoyed.If you want to give someone in your life a gift that has uniqueness and creativity try Julian's Flowers
