I've also always had really fast service, and I appreciate that we don't have a server but can just put in the order and wait at the table. This location is also conveniently located near everything in Town Center, which makes it super tempting anytime we're there."

"I've gone here several times throughout the past couple years, and I've been satisfied every time! Their menu has simple yet delicious options that are super affordable, which makes it ideal for a college student like myself. I've gotten their burgers, fries, onion rings, and some of their desserts, all of which I've enjoyed. The inside has a plethora of writings from customers on the walls, creating a very unique charm. One thing I've noticed that is popular is their "cheapskate" meals, offering certain budget-friendly meals on specific days, which seems like a great way to get the most bang out of your buck."

"I'm a huge pizza lover and I've wanted to try this place for a while now. I decided to give it a go last night. When entering you can tell it's a newly developed shopping center with all new stores & very nice decor. The MOD pizza concept was pretty cool allowing you to either make it your way with unlimited toppings or choose one of their specialty pizzas. I was very excited and already figured out I wanted the same toppings as the Margherita but with a twist and add all my favorites. So I got up to the front to place my order and ordered everything I wanted, was very excited but the place was busy and a lot of people were waiting for dinner at the same time. I noticed some stress from the staff with the busy lobby but I was anxiously waiting and super excited to say the least. I watched several pizzas go in and come out and I timed and watched who was in front of me with my expected time to watch for my pizza arrival. I saw my pizza come out and got up in excitement as I saw all of my favorite toppings on the pizza freshly baked in the inferno and I knew it was ready for me to eat. So I approached the check out point and inquired if that pizza had my name on it...the staff said no your up next..in my mind I thought hmmm..that looks exactly like my pizza with all the same toppings I ordered..I added black olives, spinach, mushrooms, onions and red peppers and I thought hmmm..I guess there's someone else that likes the exact toppings as me as I went and sat down. Lol. My order arrived and I was ready to dig in of course only to a discover that my pizza was switched with another customers and the pizza I had in front of me was not the pizza I ordered. Sadly disappointed I go back to the front to let the staff know they did give me the wrong pizza and the one I inquired on was indeed my pizza. They apologized and explained they were short staffed and it appeared the tickets got switched and they would take me back to the drawing board to pick again so I did but forgot some of my topping this time feeling rushed and disappointed. So I got my pizza and this pizza they did not stretch the Dough out bc I'm sure as she said they were short staffed and busy. With everything happening in the world I totally get it. I've seen a lot of small business's shut down through the pandemic struggling to make ends meet. I do love the idea here and although I was initially disappointed I do feel they have a good idea going and I may have just caught them on a bad day. So I would still try this place out again and hopefully have a much better experience my next time."

"MOD is similar to a subway/chipotle in that you go down a line in customize your pizza or salad. Start with the size curst, your sauce, your cheese, your toppings, and finish with their toppers. The pizza has a crispy crust, customized the way you want, and free toppings. Service is fast and at a decent price. I created a mini pizza with red sauce, olive oil, Asiago cheese, mild sausage, salami, arugula, balsamic glaze, and a light oregano. I ordered on the app and it was ready within 15 min. With curbside, you give them a call once you arrive and they'll bring it to your door."

We got the Canetastic combo which included 6 chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and a drink. It's a good portion for $18 and can serve 2! The chicken tenders were very good and the crinkle cut fries were also delicious. Texas toast was good and the coleslaw average. Found out that the only sauce that they serve beside the cane sauce is honey mustard and ketchup and hot sauce. The honey mustard was very good!!! Will be back for more delicious chicken tenders when the craving hits!"

"Freaky fast and freaky good, I stopped in for a "to go" lunch today and brought it with me to the airport.I've decided that I do not care for the oregano on the sandwich, so today was the Gargantuan in the "Unwich" format (lettuce, not bread) with a few other customizations including adding cucumber and adding dijon mustard. What ended up was a delicious sandwich that fit almost perfectly on my keto (no carb) diet.Great sandwich, clean restaurant, prepared super quickly. Jimmy John's does deliver within a 5 minute radius. Probably a good idea because this is not a very large parking lot. They do have an outside table.Round number special review... this is my 1000th review in the Commonwealth of Virginia! To make a long story short we ordered them and also placed an order of lemon and pepper to go along with the old bay wings and unfortunately we weren't as happy as we were with the old bay ones! First we requested the wings to be cooked extra crunchy and they were not ( luckily for us we were eating at home so we popped them in the air fryer for that crunch we desire on our bone in wings!. Second the wings had absolutely no flavor at all, no lemon or pepper flavor of seasonings!. I would try them out again but I wouldn't by that particular flavor of wings anymore!!."

Order was wrong twice, and treated me asking for what I paid for as if it was an inconvenience. Yeah this place is kinda awful....oh; the food. Bad...just bad. Poorly cooked. Really, wanted that sandwich......kinda terrible. Then the bathroom....no soap. It says, employees must wash your hands.....soooooo I guess not."

"First time I've ever been inside a Jersey Mikes. I enjoyed them at a few events and it's been good.The strip is newer and has a Starbucks, Great Clips and Aspen Dental. Parking is plentiful and clear of debris. This was a Friday evening visit and no other customers. The dining room was clean with all tables cleaned and cleared. This was a great start. My daughter was with me and got a turkey, I ordered a BLT. The staff we got was training, she it was a bit impersonal. The other two were lose and friendly. The sandwich was made fresh in front of us and the staff confirmed if anything was customized. No issues with my card processing and can tip. I grabbed a bottle of water, they have both fountain and bottle drinks.My daughter and I both agreed that we enjoyed our sandwiches. The bread was sift and fresh, the meat tasty! I must say I really liked my BLT. I would return and recommend!"

"The place is brand new and opened early and my family could not be happier! The parking lot is a little tricky to get into, but once you're parked, prepare yourself for a really good burger experience!When we arrived on a late Thursday afternoon, the line was just out the door. They do have some seating inside. The place was clean and run like a well-oiled machine. We ate at one of the tables and service was friendly and courteous. A couple of managers stopped by our table to either ask us if we wanted water or napkins, or to ask how our experience was. (It was great!)The menu is fairly limited with burgers, chicken sandwiches, a hot dog or grilled cheese. French fries, shakes and soda rounded out the selections. We all opted for burgers, shakes and fries. It was a little higher priced than I expected to pay but the food really was very good. We are already planning when we can go back. When we left, the line was out the door and down the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. Go early if you can. They aren't set up in their app yet, but when they do get set up, we will order ahead and save some time. I wish them huge success and look forward to eating there again. It really was delicious and the vibe was just right. My kids are already choosing what they will order next time. That's when you KNOW it's good!"

Their sauce had great flavor and the spice level was perfect, not too mild but not crazy hot either. I got my food delivered and it was piping hot, which is awesome. Portions were good for the price, totally worth it. Definitely ordering from them again. So happy with the food and service. Five stars!"

"With it being my first time at this location, my daughter and I decided to stop by for a quick bite to eat on a Sunday around 5pm. The line in the drive thru was pretty long but I figured it was due to the time of day so we patiently waited. Once it was our turn to order, we decided on the #1, a Big Zax Snak (3 chicken fingers & fries) and the #3, a Wings & Things (5 wings, 3 chicken fingers & fries). For the wings, my daughter wanted them coated in bbq sauce and we both ordered our drinks. For some reason, the associate taking the order could not comprehend all that we were ordering and it literally took us repeating the same order several times before he understood...or so we thought.As we approached the first window to pay the $30 for the food, which is absurd, we asked that he read back our order to ensure it was correct and unfortunately, he still read it back to us wrong. After we carefully explained what we asked for, he read it back to us correctly.We pull up to the next window to receive our food and thankfully I checked the bag before we left because it was not correct. There was a sandwich in the bag and other additional items that we did not order. We were asked to provide our receipt and waited patiently in hopes they could figure it out. Once we received our food and checked the bag, we realized the wings were coated in the wrong sauce but we had zero patience left and drove off. The food was mediocre. The chicken fingers were smaller than I remember but I hadn't been to a Zaxby's in years so things could have changed over time. I'm hoping our recent experience with Zaxby's was due to happenstance and not how they normally operate because if so, I'd probably never return."

"This Jersey Mike's location just opened recently and is a welcomed addition to the area. It is located at the corner of Battlefield Boulevard and Albemarle Drive in the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake. The location is very close to my job so it's very convenient for me. Ordering online and picking up in the store is a breeze. I prefer to order online for the convenience and to earn points with their rewards program but it seems many prefer to go to the store and wait in line to place their orders. In either case, they are friendly and efficient and will make you a very nice sandwich with fresh ingredients.My go to sub at any Jersey Mike's location is the #13 Original Italian. It's made with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni and toppings of your choice. You can choose your type of sub roll from white, wheat, rosemary parmesan (my favorite) or gluten free. I've only eaten from this location twice, once a coworker picked up an order for a few of us and the other time I ordered online and picked up in the store. On both occasions my order was correct and delicious.The parking lot shared with a few other businesses is on the small side but seems to be adequate. The lot is in good repair and I have not observed any trash or debris accumulation. There is one point of access on Battlefield Boulevard heading south and another on Albemarle Drive from either direction. The restaurant is neat and clean. It's mostly a take out restaurant but there are a few tables and chairs if you wish to dine in. I'm happy to have Jersey Mike's in the neighborhood, I'm sure I will visit again soon."

"We were tired of all of the fried food we indulged in on our trip so on the way home we decided to give Subway a try. I rarely eat Subway but I found this particular visit delish. The plaza that it located in is very clean and organized and the restrooms are clean and smell good too. The staff at this location was very friendly and seemed to be following proper food handling techniques which I always worry about when traveling. My husband and I both got the tuna and we customized the ingredients we wanted. We found that the options available were fresh and plentiful. (They even had the hot pepper spread which is hit or miss at Subways!) The tuna tasted good and was nice and cold. The soda was fizzy and tasty and the chips were not stale. All in all a delicious alternative to the usual fried road trip food and we were here for it."

"Well, this may be a surprise. I decided to get fast food for the evening. With nothing to eat, Sophia suggested for me to head here for curbside service. I have eaten at Subway for many, many years dating back to my college days. A footlong sub you definitely can't beat. Right now, they're offering a buy one, get one 1/2 off deal. Now that's worth taking if you're looking for a reasonable deal.So I ordered online for the both of us (myself an Italian BMT and Sophia a Black Forest Ham). Once I pulled up for the curbside spot, I checked in and one of the workers came right out. Truly fast service if you ask me! Once I got back home, it was on to our meal. Each of our subs were pretty good. Enough meat to satisfy my hunger and plenty of veggies to boot. I will say they went a bit too much on the mustard and black pepper, but overall, I was satisfied with my meal. It has been years since I ate Subway (probably back in 2019), but it is Subway so you definitely can go back to the good 'ol days once in a while.Not a bad deal if you ask me. Covenient online ordering, fast curbside and a good product on your plate once you get home. And it looked like they renovated the inside of the building too when I pulled up. Next time we may eat inside if the timing is right."

This place is awesome I had the fried chicken gizzards...sounds weird but totally delicious and worth the 10 minute wait!!! Add sides like mac n cheese , blueberry/honey muffins ,red beans and rice or gumbo(I didn't try). This place is a hot commodity , I can gas up my car, play the lotto and order dinner haha .Life is good"
