"This is now our favorite mexican restaurant. Big menu, We have been coming since they have been open and ALL the food has been great. I am impressed because they give you plenty of everything including meat. They don't hold back. Quality of everything is really fresh. The brightest guacamole and the crispiest lettuce. My favorite part. EVERYTHING comes to you HOT. They bring you plenty of salsa and one time we ran out . Our server quickly brought us more. Friendliest Staff. Very attentive and upbeat happy energy. The servers are awesome about explaining the menu if you have questions. Communication with all the staff is really wonderful.There are so many really good drinks. They have a drink menu and the menu is huge. So are the drinks. LOVE LOVE LOVE the drinks. My personal fave is the Las Palmas "Coco" Margarita. Lovely to look at with all the fruit lining the rim.Inside is beautiful with Neon lights at the bar and beautiful paintings on the walls. Accents of mexican pottery everywhere. Very colorful. We love it. We even had friends come from Indiana for a visit and all 14 of them loved it. Service was spectacular that night too. Even with a big table of big eaters. They kept the drinks filled all night."

"Twist is a great experience for drinks and appetizers or drinks and dinner. Fun time all around. My friend and I were there for several hours catching up so alot of dishes and drinks were ordered. Everything was incredible. Our waiter was very attentive, funny and knowledgeable on the drinks and the menu. I would recommend this establishment for first dates, hanging out with friends, and after work drinks. We sat in the bar area but there is a more quiet and secluded dining area for date nights."

It's also a taco night~ But really, the charm of this place is N64 games set-up: Smash on one side and Mario Kart on the other. I wasn't really... around for N64, but I love the console regardless. Man, do those joy sticks do work on your thumbs though. It's awesome. Get drunk. Play games. There's also robot boxing available! Another thumb-heavy game, lol. Connect Four is set up, and it's a quick round of a 1 v 1 if you want bragging rights against your friend(s) for the night. Cards Against Humanity with expansions are available, and that game is hilarious. Operation is missing some pieces, but it's still difficult af. Jenga is the best group game to play drunk, often with the rules of "loser takes a shot." The bartender that's been there the past couple times is awesome! He tries to remember your order, and he's super accommodating! He's quick and friendly. Even if you wanted to enjoy happy hour alone and watch some TV, this is the guy you want behind the bar. He cares about the customers and is experienced in his field."

I sent them back and soup came out with more seeded crackers. It was loud in there. People who worked there wore clothes I would clean the house in....the atmosphere did not marry with the menu. Food was great but everything else did not add up for a date night nor NOT allergy friendly... be on guard."

The wings turned out to be the best thing we ordered. Everything else was a little on the bland side and there was very little pulled pork on the nachos but if your bite actually included BBQ sauce it was tasty but other than that, ehh.We did not come here for drinks though, so if that is part of your the rest of it would probably be better."

"I attended the Junior League's Brunched event held at The Harbor Club this past weekend. What a really great venue.It's bright... But we were there from 11am to 2pm with a lot of amazing natural light to fill the place.The venue is quite spacious and beautiful inside. I was reminded of looking out over the water when it was a Hooter's several years ago... A much better use of the space now. Plenty of seating with lounge areas, the bar, and the outdoor patio overlooking the Elizabeth River.Top tip: sit outside if the weather is gorgeous. There aren't a lot of views this good in Norfolk. On nice days, like when I was just there, they open the doors that allow for a nice breeze into the place.TVs fill the place throughout that are connected to one central system, a good feature for events, as the Junior League had a rolling slideshow of all their sponsors.I didn't interact too much with The Harbor Club staff although they were helpful with getting us drinks. A couple of folks kept pretty busy keeping the place clean as people were trying foods throughout the venue.Definitely a great place to host an event for 100+ people."

The manager was quite attentive and was working alongside the servers cleaning & bussing tables. Their menu was quite lengthy with options from different flavored margaritas - Dragon Fruit with Tajin Rim (50% off happy hour]to burgers, half off appetizers (Crab Cake Sliders), and their steak fajita that melted in my mouth. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend to locals & people passing through. Great service, wonderful food, and my dad couldn't get enough of the salsa! Haha"

The fries were crispy and well seasoned. I asked the steak to be med rare and it ended up being closer to med well, but the meat was still not too chewy. Fries fish (3.5/5) - standard fried cod. Batter was nicely golden brown but the fish was a little dry and left some flavor to be desired. Bread pudding (5/5) - an outstanding dessert. With the vanilla ice cream accompaniment, the bread pudding was a warm melt-in-your-mouth treat that made me forget about the brussels sprouts for a moment. Not overly sweet either, and a decent portion. Well done!Strawberry and peach ice cream (4.5/5) - another great dessert, the seasonal flavors of strawberry and peach blended together for a unique and very pleasant taste. Mostly strawberry but the additions of peach bits in this house-made ice cream tied the flavors together. I just wish it was a little strongerService/atmosphere (5/5) - great porch seating with screen doors and all. Friendly southern hospitality, all total about as good as it gets. i decided to round this one up to 5 stars for the outstanding desserts and service as well as the decent value."

This was on a Sunday evening so it wasn't busy. We were quickly seated and served. There's a pretty good mocktail selection. I asked the waitress which one she preferred and she suggested the Cinderella. It was okay. Nothing particularly special. I'll try something different next time I'm there. However, the crab mac and cheese was on another level! Definitely one of the best restaurant mac and cheeses I've ever had. Perfect flavor and generous with the crab meat. It's on the appetizer menu so I don't wasn't expecting it to be so good. I'll definitely be back for it specifically!"

Not only did we dine in, a few people from our meetup group joined us where we were able to snag a table in the back for a semi-private dinner (a group of 9 were there but were pretty casual). Would this bring back good times or leave us with utter dissappointment?Walking in, we were able to get seated along with the rest of the party. Inside, it had a nice crowd but not overwhelming. And the whole place looked spotless. After a few minutes, we were all ready to order. I selected one of their newly added items, the Thai Me Up pizza. It consisted of ginger wasabi peanut sauce, chicken, carrots, red onion, shredded mozzarella, cilantro and chives topped with a sriracha swirl. This was pretty good. Each ingredient came together nicely. To have the peanut sauce as the binder was a great call. It did have some spice as expected but not overpowering at all. And the rest of the group really liked their dishes. When you have great company enjoying conversations along with their meal, it's a win-win. And I can't say enough about how tentative our waitress was with us. You know we'll be back here again :)"

And let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. The staff are super polite and kind, the side dishes we ordered came out nice and hot, and the sushi rolls themselves were beautifully done. The quality of their fish is ‍ my boyfriend is super picky about white tuna and was pleasantly surprised by how soft and buttery theirs was. The restaurant was also very clean and well kept, and the decorations are beautiful and intriguing. I love the little pergola they have in the corner and love the cute tree lamps over the bar area. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!"

The inside is pretty cool with a Mexican party theme and decorations.I was surprised there were not more yelp reviews and pictures, so I went on Google and they have a ton. The food is really good from beginning to end, and have no complaints. This was our first time here and we both agreed to come back. The service was awesome, different people came by to check on us brought more chips and salsa and offered fresh limes. The folks seem genuinely happy to have us in their restaurant. So I left the club and went home to grab my family to take them to brunch. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the lovely weather and my wife and I sipped on a couple of mimosas. My kids had chicken tenders and fries while I ordered up a 6oz cheese burger topped with bacon and a fried egg. The food, drinks, the prices and scenery were on point. We loved it. Definitely a little diamond in the ruff sitting their in Hampton. BTW, they have this house sauce that I used fir dipping my fries. CRACK!!"

The drinks and guacamole appetizers were perfectly prepared. Our entrees didn't need any seasoning and our food was cooked to the correct temperature. "We have now been to 411 Eleven York 3 times for their Valentine's Day Menu, and once again they did not fail to impress. It was incredible. The service by Reagan was fantastic and the food was just as good. We were lucky enough to be seated in the quiet and lovely bed and breakfast they operate next to the main entrance. We had the fire place next to us with just a few 2-top tables in the room. I, and my wife, do not necessarily celebrate Valentine's Day, but we do enjoy the creative menus that the nicer restaurants provide on that day. If you haven't been to Four Eleven York, it really is a must-go-to place in Hampton Roads. We have been many times and are always happy when we leave."
