"Here on orders again after a year in Africa. Saw this place as I was passing by and figured I could go for a sandwich. Man, was that a good choice!I had the Virginian. It was ciabatta bread with prosciutto, turkey, ham, provolone, romaine, tomato, banana peppers, and balsamic vinaigrette. Absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Taste if you're looking for a quick bit to eat or want a sandwich or salad. It really is a great little place."

Love the Bar!The bartenders are great, very attentive and friendly. They always know what you want even if you come in once a week. The food is DELICIOUS. The wings... ABSOLUTELY delicious. No other wings in all of Virginia compare. The burger, just recently had for the first time was delicious although I did ask for well done and got medium, I didn't mind so much as it was still delicious.

This is a great place for lunch! They have delicious sandwiches and salads. The deserts are pretty good too. They get pretty busy so order ahead.

I can't say enough about this place. We stopped by last summer and built this year's summer schedule around coming back for it. My husband loves pizza, has tried it all over the US, and has decided this is his favorite. I totally agree. The topnotch ingredients, expansive menu, and cooked-to-order wood fired pizza is extraordinary. Plus, the place has great little gifts and artisan snacks.

I have been going to Oxford Cellars (formerly Once Upon a Vine South) for years. Every Friday night 5-8 they do a wine and beer tasting that is fun and the products are affordable. Chris and Richmond are full of excellent recommendations.

"This a very small wine shop. The proprietor was very helpful and made good recommendations. Prices are higher than a grocery store, but not unreasonable. Recommended."
"I had ordered gizzards from the restaurant, in which the were out of and would not provide a substitute.The "Cheese fries" that were ordered, was nothing more than cold stale fries and unmelted Kraft cheese unlike the menu photo. The mix over rice, contained extremely undercooked and crunchy rice. First time trying this place and most likely will be the last."
