Buttercups

Very rude! Ordered two sandwiches, two drinks. And a few cookies. Spent $50 with tip. Food was good. Went back in (only outdoor seating) to order two soups to good. They rudely said, "The kitchen is officially closed!". Its was 2:00. Sites show open until 3. And they couldn't pour two soups. We won't be back. There's plenty with better service closer to home. A good reason not to tip until after service. Very rude!

highly anticipated the opening. followed the construction closely. food and service are wonderful. no start-up glitches. all went smoothly. great outdoor dining area too.

Always great food and drinks here! Super friendly service. The strawberry matcha was perfect for Valentine's Day. Get the Gladys bagel....you won't be disappointed!

Stopped by this place on the way back from VA Beach and am so glad that we did! Found Buttercups on Yelp and decided to check it out. Ordered two dream loafs one with meat loaf and one without and BOTH were AMAZING AND FRESH! Also ordered a cup of orange juice and it was the best orange juice I've ever had that was also FRESH! Service was awesome and everyone was really nice. Will return next time I'm in the area!They also serve chocolate chip cookies which I can't wait to taste! If you're passing through the area or are in the area, stop by you won't be disappointed!

Amazing place much needed in the area. Must try! Very friendly ownership! Great atmosphere with room for more! Can't wait to see what's in store for the future of Buttercups!

Bland food this time, staff were pretty rude. In previous visits the food has been ok if somewhat greasy. Not going back, I'd save yourself the time and drive the extra 10 mins to Mochipongo Coffee, where they are friendly and have great coffee and well priced goodies to eat!

Buttercups opened very recently and have long been anticipated by the town of Eastville. Everyone is thrilled to see them open, and after having visited twice, they will be an excellent addition to the community.Buttercups offer a delightful selection of food and beverages. The coffee sourced from Chesapeake Coffee and the fresh bagels from Brooklyn testify to their commitment to quality. The large, value-packed sandwiches are a steal at their reasonable prices.They have several outdoor tables with umbrellas for enjoying the surroundings. They have all the ingredients for a very successful place, and it is great to see a food establishment open in Eastville.The staff has been wonderful--very friendly and all smiles. We are glad they fought through the state red tape and opened. They are sure to become a fixture in the town.

Wide, welcoming yellow umbrellas on the veranda in the center of historic Eastville. Very relaxing, refined southern ambiance. The owner and her daughter are delightful. The food absolutely SLAPS. Their fresh-squeezed juices are innovative in their ingredients and yummy. The tray biscuits are a perfect combination of old tyme Southern and modern. A touch sweet and very short, as well as pliable enough to make a perfect sandwich experience. We had the BoBo, fried chicken on a buttermilk biscuit with dill pickle, mayo, and sweet chili sauce and the Benny, a fun take on eggs Benedict--country ham, scrambled egg, cheese, and hollandaise...also on their blessing of a buttermilk biscuit. I haven't tried the bagel-based sandwiches, but we are going back tomorrow, for sure, so stay tuned. A real, serious eastern shore treasure worth the 3 minutes off Rt. 13. Welcome, Buttercups. You're a treasure and your story has just begun.
