Came here with a friend who knows the owner, and the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because we only had mozarella sticks and wings. Both were really good but I want to try the actual Filipino cuisine! Our drinks were really good, and our waitress was great! Loved the vibe and the music. Will definitely be back!

The atmosphere was nice. Came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Food was good but the service was a tad lack and slowful. A few friends never even got their orders, and they were among the first to place an order.I had the lumpia basket and fries which was tasty. An order of lumpia and 2 long island ice teas. (Drinks were NOT watered down even though it was happy hour either).Work on the service a tad...but overall it is a very nice establishment and a cool chill spot to hang out and enjoy friends.I'd come back again.

The food was good but very fattening so it's not somewhere I'd frequent often. The night life looks hopping' and if I were much younger, I'm sure this would be a regular hang.

Went out here late at night to grab a bite with Lanni. The parking is pretty sketchy but not too bad. We sat at the patio which was pretty chill and I ordered us some food. To my surprise, they were serving Silog (Filipino breakfast) very late at night! I ordered spamsilog and an order of tokwat baboy. The food took a little to come out, but it was very delicious and authentic! The garlic rice was delicious, spam was cooked to perfection, and the tokwat baboy was large and filling. Definitely coming back especially when we're craving pinoy breakfast at midnight .

Parking is a Major issue !And I mean Major! Not a very friendly or welcoming place at allAfter going through the airport security metal detector and then being wanded by security. I was told Men have to pay $20 to get in. Thought those days were behind us.They must make a lot of money with the cover because it was 95% menDecor is nice And Dj is great if it wasn't for the great music and energy from the DJ I would have given 1 star.Bartender was fast but not Friendly Parking lot is tiny so it limits the crowd. Of course every business around them have signs saying no parking I would not go back nor recommend

Came in for what they posted on Fbook "Taco Tuesday". When we walked in there was nobody in the establishment. We sat ourselves at one of the booths. I noticed a bartender standing at the bar on his phone. I went up to the bar and he did not look up until I said hello to him. No greeting by him but a rude "Are you with them in the back?" Clearly I was with my family since once again we were the only people there! He then gave me dirty menus and I took them back to my family. A few minutes later he walked to the table and said "You guys ready to order?" It's amazing how a simple hello or welcome would have gone. But clearly customer service is not a priority. We were excited to try the Filipino dishes and dollar menu advertised on Facebook. My mother began ordering. The man then cut her off and said he needed to go check with the kitchen to see what they actually had available...... He then came back and told us the many things on the menu that were unavailable including TACOS for taco Tuesday! We still tried to give the establishment a chance and ordered what we thought we could. A few moments after placing our order he came back and asked us what were the Hangover Noodles. We told him it was something on their menu and he said "Show me." How does a worker not know their own menu? Anyways, after we showed him we walked away only to come back to tell us "yea we don't have that." That was the final straw and we decided to leave. Paid for our drinks and went elsewhere. It was such a disappointment that this was our experience. As Filipino Americans we were thrilled to discover this business at Filfest at mt trashmore. At the festival they had a truck with very nice employees and good food. It's a shame that their actual restaurant/bar is horrible.

This was our first visit to Buko but it will definitely not be our last! I had the spamsilog and my husband had the sizzling sisig with pork, and everything from presentation to taste was amazing. We both ordered drinks, a Lynchburg Lemonade and a Captain's Castaway, and agreed they were delicious. The alcohol taste was not overwhelming, but it was a generous enough pour that you knew it was there. We came in before the club crowd, so it was quiet, and the service was friendly. Our meals took awhile to arrive and didn't come out together, but we were enjoying a date night and not in a hurry. As other people have mentioned, there is a 20% gratuity added to the check regardless of party size, which we didn't mind as that is the minimum we usually tip. If you have a little patience, you'll have a great experience at Buko!

Food is good but the service needs some work. Had to flag a waiter down to get water instead of the occasional checking in at your table. Maybe the servers just don't care how good their service is because the restaurant charges 20% right off the top for "gratuity". It takes at least 40 minutes to get our food. We had to send the crispy pata back as it took an hour to get it and we were done eating already and are ready to go. They always got a bunch of gimmicks going on that it gets too loud to enjoy the food or even have a conversation. They had a mic night but it was just a bunch of dudes rapping off key, one guy even took his shirt off like what? There's plenty of other places in the area where you can enjoy filipino food and I recommend going to those instead
