Bugatti's- Norfolk

A very underwhelming establishment. Most people only go because the good clubs close around 2. They also don't sell hard liquor cocktails and the music lacks variety.

The owner was the rudest person I have ever met. She literally was yelling at staff and costumer. You have to pay a $50 cover/membership for 6 months. The only way to get in is to be with a member and then pay $10 for 4 guest only. Included with the membership everyone must go through a full pat down as if you are being arrested. I have never met someone so rude in a mumu. Multiple people came out and was like why is there a line no one was in the club The staff at the front was kind and tried to explain everything until the RUDE LADY "Who is the only one allowed to yell" ( Her words)This is the worst experience I have ever had I can't believe this businesses hasn't been closed down as it seems really shady. That being said I dk what the inside is like as a couldn't give my hard earned money to a crazy woman.I feel so bad for the staff. I could never work for someone like her.

Love the privacy and the freedom to bring your own personal beverages. It's a great place to dance all into the morning hour and then have some fun with your buddies

We were one of the first on the dance floor but soon after, the place was packed. The DJ played an amazing set and we were impressed with the song selection and transitions. The music could have been turned down a little bit with how the speakers are placed in the middle but the "side rooms" weren't as loud which helped. Overall, we are excited to have found a place to dance the night away (literally) to electronic music!

Understanding what you are getting into before entering Bugatti's is going to make or break your experience. If you go in with a good attitude wanting nothing more than dancing, you're going to have a good time. I wanted to play tourist, so I went solo to see what the place had to offer. This is my story. I paid $5 to get in on a very slow phase 2 opening night. No line. Friendly bouncer. Based on reviews, I was expecting techno. But, to be more specific, the DJ was playing house classics remixed with a future house sound, and he even had an electric guitar that he riffed over some bass lines that definitely added some depth to his set. Thirty people in the entire place. Everyone was definitely a house head. Vibe was pinnacle. Dress code was relatively lax, I saw dudes in shorts, sneakers, and tshirts. This might be due to the lack of business that night. I have yet to stumble on any official dress code so this is my two cents: If you're a dude and you want to minimize headaches at the door, I would recommend wearing some kind of khaki pants, collared shirt and avoiding sneakers. That's my approach. Take it or leave it. Five stars because this is the spot if you need to take care of that dance festival rave itch you need scratched while you are in Norfolk, VA.

Shitty bar, ugly staff, greedy owners, clueless security, waste of time, waste of ears (shiddy house music), you gotta pay for a three month membership to enter but they never tell you "every time you return there's an entrance fee"??? Also, no hard liquor (it is to be expected for the hours) BUT, you are forced to buy a minimum of two beers per person? VA NIGHT SCENE IS TRASH LMAOOOOOOO!

I'm a dance all night long type. Finding a venue that can accommodate is quite simply the best. Great vibes and better music! see you again this Friday Team Bugatti's Question? yall got any late night food?

Terrible service, owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. Once we we were able to finally able to get cash at the slow atm (the only way to pay in 2023 at Bugattis) commented "well you were at the atm for 10 minutes" . $70 for three people to visit an after hours bar that smells like your creepy uncles basement and the owner looks like Carole baskin if she was severely ill and treats you like you just shat on her floor. But I mean by all means if you're into living a night in hell.

This is completely my personal opinion of this location. Terrible! In my opinion this whole place is a scam, everything is cash only and the business almost feels like an undercover location for something sketchy. In my opinion everything about it from the security people at the front hyping up the location to get you to sign up for a "membership" to the one lady who clearly owns the place that is the only one who handles the cash to get in is completely sketchy and scam like. If you go and see her you'll know who she is. She walks around in a mumu, in my opinion takes advantage of drunk people who have nowhere else to go and feels like she has the right to be extremely rude and mean. In my opinion the security gives off the vibe like they all know it is a scam but have no other option but to go along with it. In my opinion if you do make it in you'll wonder why there even is a line outside because there is NO ONE inside (this is allegedly from a friend who got in). Oh and in my opinion allegedly from my experience if you refuse the membership and to go in they will treat you horribly, crazy the switch up from trying to convince you to join. Did not make it fully inside to see if there was food or drinks but from the looks of the whole place and environment in my opinion I wouldn't even trust it. Overall in my opinion I fully don't recommend and in my personal opinion I think this business should be checked out for fraudulent behavior.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Worst bar in Norfolk. They make you pay for absolutely everything including checking every single coat and cardigan. My biggest issue with this place is the bouncers have to STAND AT THE BATHROOM DOOR, making eye contact with the girls in the bathroom. We can't even close the bathroom door halfway without them kicking it open very aggressively. WORST BAR IN NORFOLK. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR YOUR PRIVACY.
