I purchased a used boat trailer from them in 2007. I just got around to applying for a title last week and went to the DMV. Turns out I needed an invoice to go along with the title Budget Boats gave me. I called the owner Glen and he didn't hesitate to help me by writing a duplicate invoice - 15 years after the fact. Now that's a decent human being. Thank you Glen.

Purchased a boat and had to get a refund due to the lack of customer care. Was told our boat is on the back burner because someone else has a 20,000 dollar boat that they are servicing. Horrible business to deal with and will not be back!
