Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Bruster's Ice Cream never disappoints! Despite having their own parking, I personally enjoy parking across the street at the gas station and taking a pleasant walk over. It adds a nice prelude to the treat anticipation.I've always received excellent service here, with staff being friendly and attentive. Their promotions throughout the year keep things fresh and encourage repeat visits. Recently, my pup and I attended their Fall Festival, and it was fantastic. My pup was thrilled to get a free doggie sundae, which was an adorable gesture. I indulged in the Hallowscream Ice Cream, a seasonal delight that was absolutely delicious. The rich flavors and fun theme were perfect for the season.Bruster's also made sure there was something for everyone. The kids' activities and photo opportunities added to the festive atmosphere, making it an ideal outing for families and friends.

Bruster's is my fav. The Hull St/Genito location I think will always be a high performer and though all the other locations I've visited in the area (Chester, Staples Mill Rd) still do a great job, there's a friendliness, promptness, and generosity that the Hull St location has seemed to perfected. Graham Central Station is the hands down favorite though I've enjoyed more different flavors at Bruster's Real Ice Cream than I could ever count. I prefer them (everytime) over Cold Stone, Baskin Robbins, or any of their other competition.

Fantastic ice cream, great value. Even the Oat milk dairy free Vegan ice cream is fantastic!

This place has some good and bad days... Good: the ice cream is pretty good. I love the cotton candy and the raspberry cheesecake one. My dog actually got a doggy ice cream cup too. I had no idea that they had this. There was a young girl serving the ice cream and she was really nice. Bad: another day I went, I got the cotton candy scoop and it the girl handed it to me melted. Like it was just a cone with melted ice cream in it. I tried to ask her for another one but she said I had to pay for it?? I also asked if my dog could get the dog ice cream cup and she went "that isn't even a thing here"

I treated myself to a sundae here on mother's day. I got the banana pudding flavor with hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry. It was great! I should've gotten caramel though, I think that would've been a better compliment. The banana flavor tasted pretty real but I got a hint of that artificial flavoring which wasn't doing it for me.I liked the drive thru especially during the pandemic, however I wished they wouldn't have put a plastic spoon in the bowl - just in case ya know, germs.. The service was fast, and they even have free ice cream for kids under 40"! I'll definitely be back and bring my toddler next time.

Typically delicious ice cream. Typical friendly service.However the scoop size at this location is smaller than my experience with most Bruster's locations. Limited value for your money.

If I could give zero stars that is what I would give. If I were the owner not one of these teenagers would have a job. I come frequently and the last couple of months every single time has been horrible. They are too busy laughing and joking around to hear your order at the speaker so you have to repeat it several times and then you get to the window and they still don't have the order right. On top of this, you do NOT take my card and then ASK ME FOR A TIP. That is so inappropriate to do. I would not mind if good service was given but after the first time of being shocked she had the nerve to ask me for a tip I very happily decline the tip now (only when service was horrible would I do that, I am generally very generous in tipping!).Owner: you need to re-evaluate your staff and make sure their priorities are customers. Plenty of time to laugh and have fun in an ice cream shop when you are in between customers.

The kids working there socialize too much and get orders wrong and increase the wait times in summer. Ice cream was runny and had to eat it too fast to enjoy it. Maybe the freezers are set wrong. The scoops have gotten smaller but the prices have increased. Save your money and skip this place.

The ice cream is amazing. The service is ehhh. The service is inconsistent. One day we will go and we will get a waffle cone with full scoops. Another time we will go and the scoops will be half the size. For the price of their ice cream, I want to see that I'm getting the same each time. When mentioned to them, they don't know how to respond. At least at Sweet Frog you know you get the same amount of ice cream each time for the same price.
