The meat cravers pizza is amazing. It is loaded with toppings and not greasy at all. I knew when I didn't see grease dripping from the pizza that they used quality ingredients and that it would be delicious. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place.

4 stars for service, 3 stars for the food. A friend and I stopped in for lunch. We each decided on the chicken parmigiana sandwich. The man who took our order was very nice and helpful and brought our food and drinks to our table. Our sandwiches arrived relatively quickly and were good sized. We were both excited to dig in.The sandwich came in soft focaccia type bread, rather than a toasted sub roll. While the flavor was good, I was disappointed to find that my sandwich consisted of small pieces of chicken, rather than a breast, and while cheesy, was very light on sauce. There was way too much bread for the amount of chicken, so I just ate the small cheesy chicken pieces.Overall, this was just an ok meal.

We loved it. We stumbled upon this place on n or way home and my son had insisted we have pizza. This was the only place that was near us that seemed decent to eat. Well I was glad we stopped! My sub was delicious, and my kids loved their pizza. Great service and a cute little place.

We ordered a large pizza for pick up on the app and selected a pick up time. We got there at the selected time and the pizza was ready and hot. The pizza was very good! The staff were friendly and nice.One of the things i liked about the app was you could select your pizza to be cooked to well done... I dont like the crust to be doughy so that worked really well for me!!We will be back for sure. It was good and it is close to us

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brunetti's Express. Service: The employees are all extremely friendly and welcoming, and despite the fact that for dine-in, you order at the counter and they bring your food to you, they are very attentive and will come by and offer drink refills and make sure you are satisfied. You can comfortably make conversations with the people who own the place and work there. Food: excellent! We have had their pizza, a few different subs, and probably the best lasagna I have had in years! The Meatball Parmesan Sub is a favorite, and the bread is made in house and is less "bready" with a lot of substance and flavor. Ambiance: This appears to be newly renovated? The counter is vast and clean. There is limited seating, and they do a lot of carryout, but we prefer to dine in and it feels like you are at an actual solid family dining room table. There are some cool photos of the business and of Italy. The space is intimate enough to be able to hold a conversation with your dining companion, but it is casual so you can "come as you are" and not feel judged. Hours: they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. This can be a rude awakening if you are craving their fried zucchini on a Tuesday afternoon. I am new to the Mechanicsville area, and at first I was reluctant to try this place out because it just looks like a take-out or delivery place but wow, I am so happy to have given it a try.

Brunettis is the best pizza place in Hanover county by far. I've had their pizza multiple times and it isn't super greasy like its competitors and it is way more authentic compared to fast food. This time I tried the Chicken Parm Sub and it was so so good. They fill this sandwich up to the brim with chicken, marinara, and mozzarella. The chicken is breaded nicely and the roll it is served on is almost like a baguette but softer. It actually adds a nice bite and crunch to the sub. This sub was filling, but if you are super hungry I would recommend the French fries as a side. They are to die for and surprisingly really good for a pizza shop. We also ordered the garlic knots (not pictured) and those are phenomenal too. They are pretty decent in size and drenched in the famous garlic sauce. They are airy and pillowy which add to it. The service is amazing at brunettis. The front desk worker was able to answer any questions and the staff constantly asked if we needed anything and refilled waters nicely. Lastly, although they are known for their takeout, the small dining room can still be enough for a small group of friends to enjoy a meal. The price is very affordable for the quality and quantity that you get. I highly recommend brunettis to all my friends that want an authentic and reasonably priced Italian meal!

The fried ravioli appetizer is delicious, especially with the marinara dipping sauce. The real star of this show, however, are the buns for the subs. I got a meatball sub and couldn't get over how delicious the bun was. The meatballs were fine, the sauce is really tasty, but the buns are delicious. I'll be heading back for another sub soon!

Highly recommend Brunetti's! Got a Margarita Pizza and Chic Brunetti Sub. Both were awesome! Super friendly employees, fast service, beautiful updated restaurant.
